Usually stay at this place for business trips, overall good, the room is relatively large and clean, this time also arranged a room with a balcony, praise.

Its one of the best hotel, very quite, excellent service with the polite and courteous crew and most of all unlimited foods and drinks. Its highly recommended. See u next.

Ok hotel located close to a lot of different businesses in Ballerup. The room I had had a not so pleasant smell of sewage in the shower when I woke up. Breakfast here is OK. They have a good wine selection in the bar. Their control routines are not that good. A colleague of mine experienced that someone had put a dinner on his room number. Fortunately he didn't have to pay.

It's a very basic hotel if you need a room in Ballerup for a few nights. I was on a business trip, and since the office is in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, Lautrup Park was a good enough option. If you want more comfort and amenities, though, I'd look for other options. Honestly, I don't understand how did they manage to get 4 stars, because most options you would see in 3-star hotels (kettle, disposable slippers, room safe etc) are missing. Pros: — Location (if you have an office nearby). — Convenience store by the corner. Cons: — Rooms are very small. It feels like you are staying in a dormitory, but the hotel somehow has 4 stars. — Very basic furniture. Some rooms don't even have the minibar. — No kettle in the room. — No slippers. — No room safe. — Iron is in the hallway. — Not much to do around. Ballerup is a business town, full of office centres and not much else. — Constant Wi-Fi connection issues.

Comfortable hotel, 20 minutes from Copenhagen, location close to the business centers, few things around. Restaurant in the hotel, free Wi-Fi.

Worst hotel ever… Never go there… Beds are so crappy I had to visit physio for a week to get right… And the internet is slow and crappy.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Rooms are OK. But curtains not effective, dirty under the bed, cold in the bathroom (very cold). Breakfast is basic. It would be OK, but it is really overpriced.

Ok for short stays for work, have a rather relaxed approach to service at bar. And the strangest thing is the iron and board are in corridor outside rooms.

It's a very convenient hotel IF you have clients in the Ballerup business park. Basically in the middle of nowhere Copenhagen wise. Hotel says 4* — I will agree for lounge and restaurant, impressive design, fashionable and relaxing. Rooms not on par — 3* — dated fixtures, poor design, small and crummy especially corner rooms.

Nice hotel to check-In if your office is near by. The only thing I an not convinced about hotel is, on what basis they represent themselves as **** for me this is a good 3* hotel.

Nice hotel for business trips. A grocery and convenience store located next door. Not much else around to do or eat out. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. Toiletries are basic soap and lotion anything else can be purchased at reception. Rooms are a bit small.

If you visit ballerup, dont know why you should though, this is your best option.

Simple but cosy Hotel ideal to rest after a long day of work. The restaurant is very good and recommended.

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, clean room. Although the variety on the restaurant is limited (bar menu burgers and snacks also available) the quality is outstanding, highly recommend this hotel.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Looks like an office building on the outside, but contains a nice bar and restaurant, and good functional rooms. Great staff.

Very good service and welcome. A good restaurant even if the menu does not offer a wide choice. I put 4 stars because no laundry service.

Location was fine, quiet, conveniently besides a supermarket. Room looked good and was tidy, breakfast tasted good and the staff was very service minded, just a little slow on tasks.

Nice hotel, great staff, very funny and friendly. Rooms are slightly small but nice, beds are comfortable. Bar has a good selection of drinks and the food in the restaurant is great.

Great business hotel. Very close to my workplace and there is Fotex just beside it. Elegant, cozy and clean. Great restaurant staff — cheerful and friendly. Would love to go back and stay in short business trips.

Nice room, good breakfast. Location was a bit in nowhere, one shop and one restaurant nearby. Classy businesshotel in an industrial area.

My third time here. Quite nice, good beds and polite staff. I like it! Good place to stay if you're attending conferences in Ballerup.
