➜ Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful nature, quiet to relax, a great host, all in all, everything super.
This I would give 5 stars if only it is a bit "peaceful" in the morning +OH MY GOD! SUPERB PLACE! +bedroom was perfect for me, but I think it's a lil bit small and cramped for my husband (he's tall) +coffee and tea you can make anytime +you can sit outside on the porch to enjoy view +toilets are clean +smells like home +owner was so friendly -creaking wooden floor (i was planning on not making any sounds but failed anyway) -ceilings are probably annoying if you are taller than 175cm (my husband is 187cm, he hit the ceiling at one point) especially in stairs area -shared toilets, so you have to wait your turn -since they run the smallest cinema in Denmark, the sounds and the vibrations of the movie reach our room, actually that doesn't matter for us but maybe yes for other guests, the owner already told us in advance tho, so we prepared anyway -in the morning it is rather "busy" on people walking by with the creaking floor, and talking, if you're not an early bird, this could be a bit "nuisance" in my opinion P. S = you can rent bike here for 100DKK a day, just talk with the owner and he'll give you bonus on explaining what's surround you with map.

We just stumbled across this gem as we cycled into town. Adam, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Since it was early in the season we had the place to ourselves. The craftsmanship of the renovation is just beautiful, the whole place is fabulous. Location is perfect, right by the square in town. I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I totally recommend a stay in Ærø, if you like picture perfect villages, gentle cycling & walking, smoked fish, lovely restaurants…
