This is not hotel. Hostel is a better description. One bathroom at every floor for everybody. Manager and owner of hotel are very unkinds and unpleasure. National discriminition from them is very high, almast racism. Maybe they are facist, I dont know but criminals, for sure. They tried to get money from us for Wi-Fi, kitchen and laundery and they have changed hotel policy and rules every day. One day all mentioned costs 50 krones, other is 100 per month and third day they asked for tree months in advance. Its a fraud and money laundering. No receipt at all for anything what you paid. Housekeeper is great man and hotel maintaince staff are kind. Maybe its cool to stay for one night and nothing more. If you can, avoid this horor. Building is old and inside it is like in WW2 prison.
Maybe even one star. This is actually a big motel, with only purpose to sleep a night. Because "hotel" doesn't have much. It's only ONE bathroom for one floor! As well one MINI refrigerator for floor (always full). Kitchen is far behind back of the building. And there's only two for whole hotel! Many thing are misplaced. Positive side is peaceful and relaxing place… as all places of Trojanovice.
