It spends half of the day and in the Lift if you don't to 9. Floor not want to because the lift control really works. Staff partly unfriendly. Only one free outlet in the room. No fridge in the "comfort room". Shower room quite small. Consistently dissatisfied with the price-performance. The only positive is the good air conditioning was in the room.

OK mid range hotel. The room was clean and generally OK. Very efficient air conditioning keeping the room comfortably cool even when we visited during a heat wave. Some distance away from the city centre but can easily get an Uber to go in for an evening meal and back. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as there was a bus load of Korean tourists that all came down for breakfast at the same time. We had to wait for half an hour to let queue get through before we could access the breakfast buffet.

Not a bad hotel. Good rooms. Breakfast is quite decent.

We arrived back from prague on sunday after a lovely 4 day break, loved the hotel, the rooms were lovely and comfortable and the air con was a god send. Staff very pleasant and the breakfast etc was very good. Only problem is there is not alot around the hotel like restaraunts and bars. Thankyou we thoroughly enjoyed our stay x.

Completely economical option, the room was broken soap dispenser, protruding angle gaped holes, breakfast was not impressed.

Although there is a laleco from the center, the hotel itself is a pleasant one. Clean, neat, delicious breakfasts.

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Were already there for the 2nd time. Breakfast buffet might be a little richer, but no one is starving. Come back!

Nice and convenient hotel which coves one's basic needs re. Shelter, food and drinks. Nice and friendly personel.

A little disappointment unfortunately. We were reminded more of a youth hostel. The situation is good, but it already was. Breakfast didn't really deserve the name. For dinner we went where else because we were surprised on arrival. The staff were friendly and tried to answer questions.

Never again. I thought it would be great because it was close to the location for business meeting. If I only knew, I would have rather stayed further away and travel a long distance to get to my meetings. only added the star because the system wont allow me to post without selecting at least 1 star.

Good value for money. Just outside the centre, but the subway from the Chodov shopping Center is a 2-minute drive during the day.

A large, modern and pleasant hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available, good stable connection. Rooms are well maintained and OK. Bar and reception available. Very good breakfast. The hotel is recommended!

Overall a good hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Just enough. The menu is varied. Wi-Fi is stable with normal speed. Close to a large shopping mall. Good accessibility of public transport.

The hotel is very large. The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps this is the pros and ends. The hotel is very comfortable. The Metro and big shopping center is not more than 10 minutes, but getting there is extremely uncomfortable. Nearby there is a very large car interchange and go through a large number of roads. The window in the room does not open at all and the air con does not work at all. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Slicing, a little green. The result of my narrative is this. If you need a night's sleep, the hotel is just for that. And for a longer stay, I would look for another hotel.

For one two nights totally okay, the staff could have been friendlier at the reception. The elevators were a disaster, though. Eternal waiting time and one still defective.

For a short stay OK, the lady at the reception was unfortunately not at all friendly or accommodating. Breakfast was good and the room clean. Big minus point: the Elevators! Every ten minutes to wait for a lift and then to keep on every floor annoying.

Lovely place to stay. Huge sports shop in front and Centrum Chodov mall behind. Neat and lean rooms.

Positive points about this place — they have parking and allow dogs (of course for a price) Negative — the windows in the rooms do not open and there is no A. C. And with the heating put up to the maximum… it was hell in the small rooms with 2 people and no means of fresh air. The main reason the review is so bad is because the employee at the reception was rude and snarky. The previous night we were offered a refund and when we came down in the morning the receptionist was completely rude saying plain out no because you already slept here. Even though last night at about 1 in the morning we were offered a refund that we could pick up in the morning. And it is this kind of think that leave a customer unsatisfied and leaving the hotel with a bad impression. Pity because we come to Prague very often… but never again staying in this hotel.

Rooms are small in size and the air conditioning does not work. Was also not repaired after complaint. It was in the night, 28 degrees warm and that in December. We were also stuck in the elevator. Staff friendly. Breakfast nothing special.

Top location. Very easy to reach by Metro. Shopping center in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is clean and simple. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The workers of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The public transport is near to the hotel. I am very pleased. I hope, I can visit the hotel again as soon as possible.

There was no problem with booking. Rooms and toilets were clean (towels changed daily, toilet seat overlays etc. ) and well furnished. Staff was great and overall this hotel make an impression of being somewhat better than usual 3 stars. We even got free snack (great one, really tasty) after ordering a beer.

Pros: Rooms are clean. Have Air conditioner, TV, small drawers and small closet. Bathroom have Hairdryer, water glasses, towels are changed every day. Beds are comfortable with comfortable pillows. Breakfast is good, with coffee, milk, yogurt, juices. Staff is nice and helpful. Cons: Because of building design you can't open the window so for the fresh air you must open the door. (Air conditioner doesn't bring fresh outside air) There is no refrigerator. Location: It's 9 km from city center but it doesn't matter because Metro works perfectly. Hotel is 10 min away from Metro station (metro needs 6 min to city center) and is 5 min away from bus station.

Nice hotel to stay for a weekend. They are serving best orange jam I ever eat.

Breakfast could be better (very crowded and not so good food), Wi-Fi available in floors 8 and 9 and you have to pay extra for it (or find the password online), free Wi-Fi access only in the lobby, parking lot also costs extra.
