Nice, calm place. Far from the city center.

We loved this hotel, the staff on reception could not do enough for us, shuttling us by mini bus to the underground or tram stations and even into the city and back one evening. A nice quiet setting, lovely garden to sit in but without the shuttle we would have struggled getting to the Prague. The food was good in the restaurant but customer care and service was very lacking. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

Good hotel with swimming pool, bowling and mini golf… peoples very kind, but absolutely not normal that one hotel finish each day at 9:00am croissant and others to make the breakfast! pay attention to it.

The food was good in the restaurant but we think more training should be given to one waitress in particular who was quite incompetent. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

Nice atmosphere. Not an expensive business lunch. Everything is neat, fast, and tasty.

Very nice hotel, enough in the green and yet close to the city. Free transfer to all nearby. Bus, tram, zoo, various restaurants. Perfect service, room clean cleaned every day simply feel comfortable and explore Prague, small swimming pool with hot tub as well as mini golf and playground at the door, very important our friends on 4 paws are allowed here.

Very nice hotel and great service, the restaurant also has excellent cuisine. If you have something to criticize, then the not 100% cleanliness of the rooms. But as I said, if you're looking for, you'll find something everywhere. I can only recommend it and to the center by train It is only a stone's throw away. Any time again…

Great hotel. The food was excellent. Bowling, sauna, swimming pool. Be quiet. The rooms are cozy. Wi-Fi flies. I had a flight at 22.00, and I had a free extended stay until the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Loved! All the staff speak good and clear to Russian! Very convenient! Easy to deliver to any place by car and free of charge. Breakfast is monotonous, mainly: scrambled eggs, boiled egg, muesli, toast, sweet buns, fried sausages (pork) + tomato sauce with beans. Everything is delicious! The rooms are well-cut but the only thing I have missing glasses (for swimming) and a cover from them, had to buy new! Lunch and dinner-in the restaurant kitchen is open until 22:00 and the restaurant itself to 23:00 there you can eat for a fee by choosing dishes from the menu! Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 except Sundays-from 7:30 to 10:30
Swimming pool is good in the swimming pool depth 1, 30 on the capile there are buttons at the click of which in the pool begin to work a lot of jacuzzis were in the pool. Near the pool Jacuzzi, a little further toilet, shower and sauna!

My favourite hotel in Prague. Rather small and familiar, but still elegant. Beautiful indoor pool, good restaurant with nice service and in summer barbecue at the hotel's mini golf course. Two bowling lanes. So also well suited for families with children. However, not in a usual tourist location, but a few metro stops from the city centre. The hotel offers free shuttle rides to the Metro and Prague Zoo.

The room cleaning wants to be the best. Nice pool with salt water 32 degrees. Ideal for small children.

For the second time we were guests at the Castle residence Praha and were also very happy this time. Spacious rooms, adequately equipped and quiet. Air conditioning can be provided if required. Sufficient number of parking spaces on the premises of the hotel. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The restaurant area is suitably good, dinner was delicious. We were able to use the bowling alley in the house in the short term. A pool is temporarily available in the basement. You can easily reach the desired floor by elevator. The reception was remarkable: in the German language we received helpful tips in connection with our visit to Prague. The residence is a little secluded on the edge of Prague in a villa settlement. Very pleasant we felt the offered shuttle service from the hotel to the metro station and back — call was enough and our home Bringer was at the agreed place.

Outstanding service — they gave us a secure place to park our motorcycle, carried in our luggage, spoke excellent English, explained how to take public transportation into the city, had a van to shuttle us back and forth to the bus/tram stop, sold tram tickets, gave touring advice, excellent breakfast, and a big room with good air conditioning and a private seating area on a terrace. Quiet neighborhood and lovely grounds. Large outdoor seating area with a BBQ dinner one night. Laundry was done for us at only 6 euros for a load.

Stayed for 6 weeks. Having stayed in many hotels all over Europe this was without doubt the very best by a long way. Konrad the manager and all his staff are to be congratulated for their extreme friendliness and willingness to be helpful on every occasion. A real gem in prague.

The Castle Residence offers an excellent price/performance ratio: for less than 80 euros per night you stay in large rooms, parking and Wi-Fi are free of charge, there is a shuttle service to the next tram (which you need, because it is somewhat secluded) and an indoor swimming pool. The staff is extremely helpful and thinks better than oneself.
Only small drawback is breakfast: it's okay, but no revelation.
My full recommendation!

Superb hotel with friendly staff and local character. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet with delicious European fare, a beautiful pool area, and free shuttle service (which were only some of the amenities offered by the hotel). I had a brief problem with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the helpful, multi-lingual staff sent “tech support” to my room to fix the problem. I only stayed a short time, but would definitely recommend the hotel.

A great and especially child-friendly hotel. Thanks to the shuttle service, no problem was our car safely in the hotel car park and the reach of public transport. You can buy the appropriate tickets directly in the hotel. Overall a lovely spacious family room, great service, friendly and helpful staff and great cuisine. We can only recommend the hotel.

Great hotel, with parking possibility (it's important, in Prague city central almost impossible to parking). Nice staff, everybody speaks English and/or Deutsch. The Hotel is not in the center, but they have a free "Shuttle" service to the nearest tram station to and back. Very useful! We had a great stay here! P. S. : The hotel's (free) Wi-Fi signal was a little bit weak in our room, but we could use.
