Hotel Belvedere was a good choice for our conference. We had a very pleasant experience with the hotel staff. Our guests loved the architectural style of the main venue. Cooperation with the hotel staff during the conference was perfect and Wi-Fi and the equipment worked perfectly too. The hotel staff also provided the service of packing and labeling food, which we could then take home so no food went wasted. We appreciate this a lot! The only thing we were a little bit dissatisfied with was that the sound separation in the main venue was not good enough. But in general, we had a good experience so we can recommend this hotel for other conferences for sure.

Me and my wife havet stayed here many Times and in christmas are we coming again. Great roomes and breakfeast. Nice and frendly staff. Best hotel in Prauge!

A nice hotel but still very boring to be on.

No shower caps… if you ask they give used ones.
Only 2 coffee or tea sachets given. They are very rude when you ask for extra ones.

Perfect room, clean, renovated, friendly staff. Several trams passing the hotel to train station and center. Great breakfast. Such an uncomparable price. Definitely recommend.

Good basic hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Also well located on the tram line.

The hotel is fine. The staff were helpful. We asked in advance if we could get a room on the quiet side of the hotel (the back), which we got. We also got our twin bed separated. The room didn't have AC which was unfortunate, but not insurmountable. Instead we had a fan in the room which helped and can easily be kept on at night. And we kept our curtains closed when we left, which housekeeping kept close when they were done with our room. The location is great, we walked to the sights in the city every day. And back at night through Letna Park, which has great views a beer garden and occasionally concerts, giving you a taste of the local life.

Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast but unfortunately rooms are not equipped with A/C and it makes it in hot season (now) very hard to relax & sleep.

The hotel has only 5 parking spaces. You got to contact the hotel personally if you need one. Booked a familyroom. Was not so child-friendly. Well spotted. You have quick acess to old town.

Great hotel in a quiet place. No crowds of drinkers and screaming half-night tourists like downtown. Subway at least. Three stations and you're in the historic part of town.

Far from a 4 star French, it is still a good stopover. The breakfast is very good.

Very cosy and clean Hotel, the City is just a few minutes ' walk away. The Thai Massage is very nice and convenient. Especially, the small and cosy Restaurant Belcredi is the Hammer. I can only recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and friendly. Well placed. Ideal for visiting Prague.

Comfortable hotel but the street is very noisy at night otherwise impeccable service.

Big rooms, great en suites, comfortable beds. A fan to keep you cool. Barely ever disturbed by the staff, but room was always cleaned. Decent price and decent location with centre a short tram ride away.

This is not a 4 star hotel probably 2 star, the staff are extremely rude and just walk off when you talking to them. Room was not ready for 2pm check-in and they kept saying come back in 15 minute for an hour and half. No apology as well. Asked for some ice and the bar lady just refused. Breakfast was awful, even the fruit was gone off. Needs a lot of improvement starting with the staff, would not recommend this hotel. When the hotel replied to my review on TripAdvisor they said they offered a complimentary refreshment at the Lobby Bar which is not true and just rudely kept saying come back in 15 minutes so, they have time to lie and reply to reviews. I also complained at the check in desk and they did not want to listen and shrugged their shoulders. This hotel gives a bad name to Prague! AVOID.

Rooms were small with no air conditioning. There was a fly in the room when I checked in and the location is not ideal. The shower was also leaking. The free breakfast buffet was really tasty.

Very good hotel, very central and close to an appreciable park the fact that in all the property is not smoking.
The rooms are quite large and recently refurbished. The generous continental breakfast is really good.
The receptionists are really nice and the change is one of the best you can find.
Recommended for family vacations.

Toilet no privacy can't close door when sitting on it. See image attached. No ac in room. Bathroom shower head not working properly and floor full of ants. Near train, can hear train in night and loud drunks throughout the night. Had to have window open because room was hot and smelled funny on arrival. Stayed in room 416

We liked the location of the hotel. Otherwise we felt very comfortable there. Cleanliness friendliness why given. A bit more competence at the reception we would have liked but it was acceptable.

Hotel is ok and quite clean, our room was quite small and with little space to stow our things.
One is forced to live out of the suitcase. Staff was friendly.
The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is well maintained. The breakfast buffet has an above-average selection and offers fresh and rich foods. The staff at the reception are friendly, as are the staff at the hotel bar. Great hotel-Good recommendation. However, the hotel is located in an outer district of the city.

Good value for money. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit noisy but the breakfast is very good, varied and tasty. The Zimner was nice and large enough and cleaned daily. The tram just a few meters away is very pleasant. For a holiday short or longer, the hotel is very good to recommend. We enjoyed the stay all around.

Hotel is in a good location, there are several places to eat cheaply (Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Indian, pubs, etc. ) There is also a well stocked supermarket (Billa). Excellently connected, there is tram 26 which stops a few meters from the hotel and takes you to the center (a few stops) and to the airport (about 25 minutes). The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, the rooms are comfortable but they are not very recent (there is the kettle with coffee and tea), the Wi-Fi is great. The staff on the whole is friendly, they are not very warm but still try to satisfy the clientele, overall I found myself well both for the location, both for the transport and for the services offered by the hotel.

Good honest clean room. Wifi free. Sink water extremely slow going down. (428) Bed comfortable and modern and supportive.

It is cheap and quite ok for that. However, during the breakfast quite brazenly simply drilled with the impact drill and the rooms are not cleaned but it is wiped with a dirty rag. Say everything from the loo then sticks to the mirror, which is very clearly visible.
But otherwise it was good. Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable and breakfast is very good.

They were detained by my card, €10 in addition ' of what had been agreed, then paid room and sojourn tax. Made complaint I was told that this is non refundable guarantee.

Well located hotel, the centre is within walking distance. Friendly staff at the reception.
The rooms were only superficially clean and would not be cleaned during the stay, the rooms are not well soundproof you get everything from the hallway, the breakfast was okay.

Went here for a massage together with my girlfriend. We were more then satisfied. We walked in and floated out. Most likely we will go again.

Great hotel, great location. Good is amazing. The only thing, there's no enough light in the rooms. I like to read paper books and light is very dim. Overall highly recommend! 5 stars indeed.

For a 4 star The rooms are small very good breakfast with lots of choice.

The rooms, was nice and clean, butidy were small. The termostat were making a lot of noise, lof nouses of running water. The servicentre was not that good. The smoke alarm went on, by mistake. The staff handels that badly. Nice bar witt happy hour.

Parking is not available (full) even if indicated during the booking.
In the area only parking spaces for residents.
I shot 70 minutes and parked at 1, 4km from the hotel!
The rooms are very small and you have to leave the door open.

Good deal, comfortable rooms, I had a problem with the lamp of the bathroom that very kindly solucionò me the receptionist, since at that time the electrician had already finished his working day.
This same guy the day I salìa for Budapest I had a health problem, very kindly called me a taxi driver to approach me to the nearest hospital. Thanks to him, I do not know his name, I could arrive on time to the train and not lose the tickets that already we had purchased from Spain, if anyone can get my thanks I would like to know that thanks to his rapid intervention we achieved our destiny,. Thank you again.

Lovely place, friendly and helpful staff. Slightly out of the central touristy part of Prague — which I like but still pretty central. Highly recommend a stay at the Belvedete!

Beautiful Hotel in Prague 7… very elegant and "normal" prices. Perfectly connected with the center. 2 bus and tram stops at 50 meters from the hotel… Suggested extensively buy the tourist pass X 3 days so you can travel on every half of Prague without having to buy the ticket x any means. (cost €20 per person)

Hello and the third time I'm bringing also other people are very satisfied and what we need is nearby the tram to go to the center pass every 5 minutes I recommend to book and clean and you make a hearty breakfast and the staff and very kind.

No AC, very hot in 5th floor. We booked double bedroom, but we got a twin bedroom. A room change was possible at the next day only, in the new room de fridge was defect. You have to go up to 3rd floor and go down with stairs one floor (no elevator, no direct stairs to entry floor) to get in your room. Resaturant was full on weekend 9.00, so we had to come later again, but very good restaurant and breakfast.

Very nice hotel, good staff, very good breakfast. Trams outside for easy access to city town. Nice neighbourhood. I will def stay here again.

The Hotel is a good value for its price. There are 2 public transportation station in close proximity that either take you down to old town or to the castle! The breakfast buffet was good. The biggest downfall was the not existing air conditioning. A fan was provided which was ok, but the days we were there were very hot and we had to leave our windows open which increased the noise level. If you can deal with either of those it is definitely worth it.

Nice and clean rooms. Although a bit noisy. Good breakfast and easy to reach by public transport. No airconditioning but a fan was offered. All in all a definitely a good value hotel.

Nice hotel about twenty minutes walk from the city center or a few minutes with the tram in the same street as the hotel. Acceptable reception Despite the fact that people are not very smiling. Large and beautiful room with parquet a kettle at disposal tea and coffee. Continental buffet Breakfast with some "local" dishes. A bit of noise nuisance because of the tram at the bottom of the hotel. Deplorable for a 4 star hotel to have to beg at the reception a roll of toilet paper… But overall the value for money is at the rendezvous.

Only downside the coffee and tea in the room were not renewed after using the first day a little petty in a 4 star.

The hotel is perfect. Our room was large and well equipped. Personal is freandly. They speak English and Russian as well. Breakfast was really good.

Great location, right next to the road car, cheap and clean. The breakfast buffet is lush and great atmosphere. The front desk speaks also german and English.

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried but probably we were lucky. The room was nice, quiet and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. It is close to the city center and the Letna park.

Good price, great breakfast but very noisy cleaning service that talks in a very high volume from 7am onwards. If you want to sleep in bring earplugs! Also there is an oily frying smell from the restaurant in the lobby at almost all times which isn't very pleasant.

Good hotel for the value but take note — NO AIR-CONDITIONING! So this might be OK during winter month but we visited in August and it was +36C outside and inside the building :) The fan provided did a good job but it was way too hot. The breakfast was adequate, fresh fruit were served as well as the usual "sausage+bacon+scrambled egg" set. A family room for a family of 3 + breakfast cost just 67 euro which was great. Free parking on weekends in from of National technical museum is available 600m away. Tram stop leading to town center is exactly outside the hotel.

The hotel deserves its 4 stars. Really liked. Pros: linen change every day. In the room there are also coffee and tea accessories (tea, sugar), wife free at reception speak Russian. Cons: from only the first Russian tv, Wi-Fi good catches only on 1 floor, light in the bathroom is triggered by movement (if not more than a minute to move it off).

The tree is a little far from the Centre of Prague, but you can work around this problem with trams, in 15 minutes, you arrive at piazza Namesti Republiky.
Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious enough (triple), the sore point is the front desk, arrogant and in short supply.

I was robbed in this hotel (someone stole my tablet pc from my room). From security point — there are no security cameras and there is inadequate protection.

If you're lucky, so at the first visit, then has my room to the courtyard and a working air conditioning. 2. Visit the exact opposite and the street below is really loud. Breakfast is not shame thing, but for my taste.

Normal nice hotel. Pure. Of the shortcomings — in a double room few electrical outlets. Lived together with the employee 2 camera, two phones and a netbook and only one available socket in the room.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and well-equipped rooms. The close proximity to the colonnade and the spa was very pleasant. Also the bath Department was in order. The applications have been carried out by qualified personnel. A good organization prevented higher latencies. The breakfast was modest, but you could live with it. However, was the dinner often and under no circumstances was the Ansptuch of a 4-star hotel. Dinner (2 layers) had to be taken with 4 people on too small square tables. Hardly space for dishes and drinks. The staff in the restaurant was absolutely unqualified and stressed out. This rush was also the guests. Already during the food intake of the main court, cleaning of salad buffets, etc. Was made with bucket and rags. The absence of a lobby area had both very detrimental. Our assessment up to 3 stars.
