Friendly staff, nice and cozy rooms. Location is far from city center but there is a direct tram near the hotel via which you can reach the center easily. Just late at night it can be uncomfortable to come to hotel, otherwise convenient location.

Nice staff. Clean and modern rooms. Good price. Nice location close to main road and trams. Tall buildning with good view. The breakfast was not the best but OK.

Just for one night. Very polite front desk. Easy access to transportation. Great view from 15th floor. Only problem maybe pure connection to Wi-Fi.

Not recommended for families with young children.
Were with baby a weekend there. No ramp at the entrance of the hotel for stroller or wheelchair. No high chairs in the dining room. Breakfast buffet very measly.

I booked a room through booking for our holiday and we were very disappointed! I had booked a room called "standard"… disappointment when entering. A room with furniture from the years 50. And especially a mattress so thin that we had a sore back the next day! No air conditioning… heat of 25/30 all week. No shutters! Just curtains letting in the light and heat which causes an alarm clock more unpleasant at 6h of the mat. In short, we have to change rooms for a higher "game"! We had to pay more obviously.
Moreover do not expect to have Internet the Wi-Fi connection is non-existent!
Very disappointed. Especially as the hotel has 7, 9/10 on booking!
Only positive point the Metro nearby! You can much better for the price right in the center of Prague!

Meh. The only asset is the proximity to the airport.

It's very cool. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very Helpful staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop, a metro station and a bus to the airport.

Stayed at the hotel as tourists for 1 night. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Good Buffet, even there were views of 5 baking (something that tasted all liked). The room was Clean and comfortable. The overall satisfaction was excellent!

Rescently renovated. Rooms are big and comfy. Breakfast is moderate but plenty options. Transportation is wonderfull. Metro is like 500 meters and with five stops you are in "old town" and center. Also trams are close by like 200 meters. Personell is helpfull but cleaning services need to be improved. Overall its three stars is deserved.

It is close to the Metro but away from the historic center.

You arrive at the reception do not know Spanish nor do they strive to understand you.
Breakfast is quite correct, but at dinner time, ours was closed menu and the waitresses who serve the tables have a genius of a thousand pairs of noses, they plant you face and stay so wide the rooms do not clean all, you have to throw it to luck.
If I had to rate it would be "very deficient" the treatment and attention to the customers.

If you have gone to rest and you are not where to be raped, and all the expensive hotels dear, you can go to Hotel Krystal. Here you will see a beautiful interior, good workers. A large restaurant with a sorrel table awaits you at the hotel. The Rooms are beautiful and large. You can take a double, family, single room. In The room there is a number of spaces, also: dressing table, table with two armchairs, beds, thumbs, TV (plasma), large bath…

Beautiful hotel, location is not faar away from city centre. Very well furnished room. Nice ambience. There is no RAMP to bring the luggage to hotel, the steps are too High.

Arrived in Crystal in April 2018. The Hotel is good clean food enjoyed. I have no Flaws. Good location. Emotional situation. Advise!

The rooms are not too bad but there is no Wi-Fi yhay Some horrible noises all the time. Also, the breakfast is inedible, even if you want the juice tastes good.

The hotel has met our expectations. Courteous staff, whether reception or restaurant. Food was plentiful and delicious. Is definitely worth another visit.

We spent 4 night in this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels but never seen a room like this. It is like the room is lost in some other time, in the communist time when Czeh republic was on it's lowest level. The carpet had 2 colours, one is orivinal and second is the time darkened variation. The shower was leaking in all ways. You could hear construction workers in the room above from the 8 a. M. There was a lot of dust in the room. I will upload the pictures to better describe it.

Not very far from the city center — 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. Renovated rooms are ok. Breakfast could be much better though. 4 out of 5

Make sure you book a premium room as there are also standard rooms aka “f***ing nightmare” rooms. Apparently those rooms are being refurbished to premium which should be the standard but in this case they are like 5-star hotel rooms… to be fair the premium rooms are nice and clean with comfy beds. Top rooms have nice views. Faulty Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok. Good value.

Great place for nostalgic. Lots of rooms. More than acceptable prices. Good breakfast. The only minus-to the bus stop minutes five-ten on foot.

The hotel is on the outskirts, but very well located, on the metro on the Green Branch 7 stops to the museum (the center). Good breakfast. Rooms are renovated, comfortable. No Russian channels. The cleaning is conditional, on the 4th day I would like to rubbed floors. The staff is very friendly. Opposite our room, 401, the staff room wake in the morning with their loud voices. The staff smokes in the corridors, it is quite unpleasant. You can live comfortably enough. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Hotel easily accessible by bus from the airport the metro and tram bus stations are right next door… clean room, breakfast OK.

Great hotel. 15-20 minutes from Prague Airport, 10 minutes ' walk to Metro. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is being upgraded so make sure you book "premium" not "standart" room: price is nearly the same. Breakfast is included, I wanted a vegan and gluten free breakfast (you have to let them know in advance! ) and they were super accommodating and I couldn't recomend them more. Thank you for your service, I will book again.

Good value for money, room and bathroom clean. The room is equipped with a balcony. The hotel is quiet despite the road next door. The trip to the airport by bus takes about 30 minutes (from the hotel to the terminal). The staff is very nice is available.

The hotel is certainly not the first freshness, but there is a renovation. The room was clean and comfortable. As the Metro is close by, it is very important for tourists. The rooms have minimal amenities, the linen is clean. But all the equipment and bath with a toilet from the Soviet time, but you can plunge into the past) Internet in the rooms is not very stable, but acceptable. Very good location. Breakfast on massage and, but hungry will not remain. For the price we have stayed-do not complain;)

Don't book the standard room, it has the worst possible conditions that one could imagine. You can pay a bit extra to get an upgraded room which is just fine. Free breakfast is included in the price which is something like this: Pathetic coffee with mostly water and just a few drops of black color, juice is diluted with atleast 90% water. They do have scrambled eggs though but you have to be there right when the cafeteria opens or you will get nothing. ALL IN ALL Worst hotel to stay in.

The hotel is OK. Fully complies with its pricing policy. The rooms are clean with a bath. There is a shower gel, hair dryer. In the room TV (not Russian channels), refrigerator, table. In general, a standard room. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The linen is clean, towels too. Breakfast is OK. The hotel was built in the style of the Communist Party, but after the reconstruction (which goes and now) it is fresh and you can safely stop. Public transport within walking distance, to the left tram, to the right of the Metro. Tickets for Czech coins and currency exchange can be purchased at the hotel. The city centre is 20 minutes away by the Travmae. You can get to the airport by bus, you can not take the transfer. Stayed there 4 nights, was satisfied.

Rooms are very clean and modern. I can only recommend.
There could have been more choice at breakfast. Otherwise good.

Room facilities are normal-modest, but functional, there is a table, chairs, wardrobe with hangers and mini-fridge. On the 4th floor in the room caught Wi-Fi, when leaving the hotel before the transfer-you could leave things in the luggage room.
This is the end of the pros. The carpet in the room was covered with unpleasant stains, from the window strongly muzzle. The breakfast included is extremely modest, the bread was often stale, there was no choice of vegetables. For a couple of days such a breakfast is not bad, but not for a long stay.
For a week and three people are provided two sachets-probe with a shower gel and shampoo, it would be better not put them then quite:)
The main drawback-there is no access to drinking water (though, glasses for it were). Boiling water had to be bought in a bar (though it is not specified in the bar of services). It seems that this is such a "small water business" hotel staff:) So take a boiler if you may need hot (or just boiled) water.
The hotel is located near the commonly stops. Transport, but not in walking distance from the city center, so it is better to get a travel, if you are traveling for a long time.

GDR standard, dirty with mold in the bathroom. Carpet totally versized. Bed bone-hard, mattress perched. Wlan is not going. For some certainly sufficient, for me it has brought beautiful cross pain. There would also be renovated rooms in this house, unfortunately we didn't have that luck. Breakfast was ok.

Beautiful, practical hotel. Downtown can be easily reached by metro. Beautiful room with modern décor and very clean. At breakfast, however, it is time to be there, otherwise it will be a bit chaotic in the breakfast room.

Functional is about the only way to describe this place. An ok breakfast in ok hostel standard rooms but close to the city center and the airport.

Rooms are clean with towels changed daily. Breakfast spread is decent. Located near a metro and tram station so it helps. But the biggest disappointment is they don't provide Wi-Fi in rooms. Are they still in King Charles' era?

The rooms are being remodeled, if you get the new ones, you'll like it. There's a resteraunt on the ground floor as well.

Good hotel, near to the airport and a subway station that takes you to the center of the city. Bedrooms are nice and for a good price.

A high rise tower in Prague city is often to see but this hotel, being at outskirts, is a 14 floor tower, maintaining a classy affair of providing a elegant rooms to frequent travelers, who visit a city for a day or two. Good rooms, Although AC's and Fans are not available. Although, balcony is there with every room, and natural air from outside makes the environment very cold and chill, when deep dive in dreams post midnight. Wi-Fi is not available in rooms, its only available in lobby. You might disappoint by this, but overall a good hotel.

Stole things and do not recognize! Don't go! The hotel is terrible! The sheets are dirty! The towels are grey! The soap is nothing!

The best thing about this hotel is the dining room type restaurant with decent prices. The rest of the hotel recalled the film "Goodbye, Lenin". Soviet times, it seemed that our teddy bear would fly under the windows.

This is the Soviet Union. The progress of this hotel has not touched… The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

I went on a tour of Europe, checked into this hotel. The room in the style of the 80s at my house of such furniture and plumbing is not and was not, going to the room think that got to the hostel. The bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was good too. The carpeting is dirty. To come down from the 12th floor had to wait 10-15 minutes. As for breakfast: took apple juice was tasteless, macaroni and sausage were cold.

Old elevator, administrators have little understanding of English.

Feels like a deserted hotel from Call of Duty. Wifi is only found in the lobby. Beds are not very good. It is a charming experience of life behind the iron curtain, despite the showers having none.

Nowra I paid 22 euros, more it is not worth to spend the night at once needs.

The furniture is old, but the room was clean. It is OK for the price.

Considering the price of this hotel, it is more than acceptable. Rooms are clear and being cleaned every morning. Towels are clean also. Every room has a big balcony. Breakfast is just okay. It could be much more better but you can always find something to satisfy appetite. Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby and that's the big minus considering we live in 21st century. Metro A line is near, about 400 hundred meters faraway from the hotel.

It is listed as a budget hotel, but it's also listed as 3 stars hotel, which it is not. This rating is earned by providing some basic luxuries that were not present in this hotel. There were no hairdryers, no shampoo and no internet access. We stayed in a room at 12th floor. We were barely able to take a shower. While there was internet access in the lobby, it was so poor you couldn't use it. When I received confirmation for my reservation, they noted that I can pay with credit card. During our stay there, terminal wasn't working at all. I had to go downtown and find ATM in order to pay for my room. If this hotel was listed as 2 stars hotel, I would give it a lot better grades. This is no where close to 3 stars. I doubt I'll be staying there ever again.

Hotel as hotel. Close to the Centre, quiet area. Wi-Fi in the lobby, free of charge. Pure, but without claims. Most rooms with balconies. Great breakfast buffet, but coffee with a sandwich, scrambled eggs and sausages are guaranteed. At relatively low prices. Next, filling a pond where you can swim, Park, free parking.

Lousy echo of the Soviet era. Ugly block that is not learned to work without. Disgusting food and even more disgusting, the staff. I do not advise anyone!

Arrived in Prague, we were met, the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport Ruzyne. Normal hotel, all in all perfect, clean and linen changed every day. Breakfast from 6.45-9.45, sausage, cheese, muesli, cereals, muffins, alternated soup with sausages. In comments read that time, you can take on reception, in a Deposit of 10 euros, came to nothing, Hairdryer gave the maid just so. The Room has a TV, telephone and a small refrigerator. On the 1st floor, where is located the reception free Internet! We only had Breakfast and spent the night in the room. Therefore, we are all arranged. The hotel is far from the centre, the green metro line Девичка-final, continue by tram, all trams go by at a stop Over Джбанем seems to 9 stops by tram.
