Review of MOSAIC HOUSE Design Hotel 4*

I was in prague with my friends, I know this is a nice hotell, nice bathrooms and nice looking rooms! So I was very happy at first when I got there! Later when we was going out for the night I left my sellphone on the room because I didn't want it to get stolen! When I get back it is gone. I tell the reception that my phone is missing from my room and me and my friends are the only ones with keycards to it and they where all with me! They said they dont know who stole it and they didn't believe me! I asked to see the cameras from the hallways outside our room. They would not allow me to see. We later found out that anybody could get a key to any hotellroom by just simply ask in the reception! No ID or evidence, you just ask for the keycard and you have it! Really bad organized, The same night somebody on my floor had been playing with tear gas over the whole hotell. So noone of us could breathe! We had to go outside coughing the whole night! We got no compensation at all. We had a deposit of 120 euros put in for our rooms incase something would be bad taken care of. We didn't get ours back! They said we had cut holes with knives in our mattresses, 3 of them! We asked to see the mattresses live in our room so we could confirm they weren't tricking us! We where only able to see pictures of it, I am 100% posetive that I did not take a knife and ripped up 3 of our mattresses, neither my friends. I will never recomend this hotell to anyone! I have no clue why this hotel has 4.5 stars.
