I want this place all for myself. It was inexpensive and they had a king's feast for breakfast.

Good hotel, nice location and good room. Service could be a bit better. I lost something dear of mine and sent an email the evening after I left. A couple days later and still haven't gotten a reply.

This hotel is not a four star hotel. It's old fashion, no bathroom curtains, poor buffet breakfast and more things. It's very expensive. It doesn't worth it.

I've been in this hotel for 10 years. The hotel has been significantly degraded in recent years. The air conditioning almost did not work in 30 degree heat. The shabby setting in the room. In the bathroom a broken towel holder, etc.

Terrible service and it took the staff two days to repair a broken and leaky ac unit. A big pool of water in front of the door. Still no re-location to another room. Room smells like sewage. When the cleaning maid was replacing items in the minibar, she didn't bother to put it back in the fridge. She only placed the items at the entrance door.

It's a nice hotel. The room was on the ground floor corner. The room itself is not big but there was enough space. The prites are not walking comfortably 5 7 minutes from Vaclav Square 15 min to the karlov bridge. There is a park nearby for jogging before bed. Parking is convenient. It's a quiet place. 2 entrances 1 through reception and 2 through the yard. In general, the hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast in general was just anything you want. Of the cons 1. The noise of the sewers from 2 is. I didn't get any special claps, but that's a negative. And 2. Minus the staff doesn't speak Russian. In general would have gone there time after time neighboring hotels for a lot worse at the same price.

Excellent location, small but clean rooms, nice staff, relatively good price, BUT… We were overcharged which seems to be quite common practice at many Czech hotels. They often misuse the fact that they still don't pay with euros. Drinks at the minibar are extremely overpriced. Expect to pay 130 CZK ($ 6) for a bottle of water! The plates at breakfast are very tiny and the selection is limited for a 4 star hotel. We suppose the tiny plates are there for a purpose and they should serve as a psychological factor influencing you eating habits. Beware of fried eggs. They are undercooked. They make them in an egg ring that is too small. Therefore the eggs are too thick and the upper part of the white remains runny. There are too few toiletries at the rooms. The owner's response to my other review was: "we do have shower gel and shampoo 2 in 1 in a dispenser in each bathroom". Ridiculous. Don't take me wrong. This is not a bad hotel and it's a relatively good value for the money. But it's definitely not a 4 star hotel up to European standards.

I dont think its 4 star hotel in they meaning. They have a small bar (it's empty all time I was there), restaurant on the top floor (only for breakfast or dinner, not for good event), all rooms also look like from hotel between 3-4star hotels, not something specific there. Big plus is the location of the hotel. Its only 5 min to main square.

Marvelous hotel in the heart of Praha. We stayed in connected rooms with teenage kid. Very convenient.

Good location however hotel room we stayed in was mediocre. The temperature control didn't work and ended up getting too hot. Also there wasn't enough lighting in the room. The breakfast buffet was very limiting.

Clean, cozy, quiet and close to center!

The hotel is quite not bad, but we booked for 2 weeks, and when arrived populated we were given not one double, but two rooms of singles us it did not suit, the staff refused to give the room T. K. They called someone and booked a room later than us.
They said, "If you're not comfortable, go to another hotel. "

Nicely opened, but old and ailing.

Clean rooms. Descent breakfast. Good location. A good place to stay for that price.

Nice enough hotel in Prague 2. Rooms are quite small, but since we had 2 joined (as a family room) it was ok. For a 4* hotel water in the room should have been for free. Don't buy water from mini bar, there are many small convenience stores where you can buy it. Staff speaks English, can't say how fluently because I spoke Czech. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. The breakfast room is too small to host the guests. If everybody decided to come at once, there would be no space. Hotel is in a walking distance from Venceslal Square approx. 20 minutes. There is also tram stop and metro station nearby.

Good hotel. Breakfast was very good with quite a variety of food. The rooms were good but in the double beds rooms lacked curtains for the shower, it got all wet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also good the historic center is a 20 or 15 minute walk.

The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Near downtown.

Very noisy. Changed the number three times. All three times it was impossible to sleep! Good tomorrow.

The photo seems to be a huge hotel. In fact, everything is small. 4 Star but no slippers and there is no shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom. Just a common soap on the wall. No cream after shower. No water. The bar is paid and expensive.

The only advantage is the location close to the city centre at peine10mn on foot.

Has nothing of a palace and does not deserve the 4 stars, non-compliant service and catering very poor and not varied the good side is its location.

Very good to spend four nights. Close to public transport and city centre (even on foot) staff available.

Train robbery, stay away. We were given a parking spot where we could charge our electric car over night for 10 EURO. When we left we were presented a bill of approx 60 EURO (1500 corunas).

Great location, friendly staff value for money. Staff was very friendly, helpful and amazing. Hotel location was great as well. Would have given it a 4 star rating but there were few minor inconveniences which led me to give it a 3 star 1. Blankets were small. Even though we had 1 double bed there were 2 single blankets. Besides even the size of blanket for a single were small. 2.50 czk for ice? Never had a hotel charge guest for ice. This was just ridiculous 3. Room was a bit small. Temperature was comfortable. Air conditioning worked but dont think heater was working. Not that it was needed but may be what if it was needed and it hadnt worked. Keeping in mind all this is why I gave it a 3 star rating.

Very good hotel! Comfortable room, breakfast gourmet, clean and classy. Change the currency. Great location between tram and Metro. Highly recommended.

Good service, not too expensive, moderately close to old town and other tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and breakfast was OK.

I have been here four days with my class. Rooms are really nice and comfortable, with also a bathtub. I didn't understand how to adjust the thermostat, so I simply turned it off to avoid overheating. The Wi-Fi is HUGELY FAST! About the food, I expected better… This place is near to the city center, and this allowed us to reach it by foot without any problem. I really enjoyed it!

This hotel ticks all the boxes at a fantastic price. Easily walkable to all locations and just enough distance from the centre to enjoy more local sites.

Great stag location. 5 mins walk from main square. Close to everything. Hotel rather basic but also quite cheap. Service very good but breakfast was a little strange.

At 15 — 20 minutes walk from the old Town, a nice location to discover the centre of Prague.
Public transport not very far (Karlovo Namesti, a strand to the west).

Great value for money. In the immediate vicinity of the city centre in order to move on foot with ease. Good service and room … Difficulty with Italian … you have to know English otherwise …?!

Hotel clean and well located in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the place Venceslas. The room is not very big, but nice. Breakfast nice, and laid out without difficulties "gluten-free" by the service. Recommend for the friendliness of the reception staff and the situation in the city center.

Small rooms, some with access to a shared balcony, where when smoking is only manage to close. Breakfast buffet was quite good, but almost no hot. Beds comfortable, large TV room, bathroom has a hairdryer and even heated.

Clean. Well maintained. Good service. Small rooms.
