Super nice Hotel. Class location and very nice helpful staff. The room is also great with a Hammer views the Wenceslas square.

Wonderful hotel, stayed many times, all happy — good location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, varied breakfasts. The hotel has everything you need for a visit to his beloved Prague!

The hotel's room is really confortable and clean but the elevator is very frustrating to use to go to the different hotel Area. It work with the card/Key but frequentaly it works After several try. The breakfast is big with a big open area but the cook is not so good.

Hotel is good. AC is not so cold but its acceptable. Staff are amazing but they are really busy. Prices are good comparing to others and the location is the greatest. Breakfast is stunning. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very well. Centre. View of the garden from the window. That's just the light bulbs are not all in the room burn, but for me it is not terrible.

I'll start with the pros: 1 Good and comfortable bed, 2 downtown. Cons: 1 view from the window (our room overlooked the patio), 2 old hotel some things are broken (trash can, shelf etc on the little things) that spoiled the overall experience.

For the price we paid, at this time of the year it is very very good. Place is clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. It is also at a very good location, close to all the attractions we planned to visit. Unfortunately their air-conditioning couldn't fight the current heat wave, but was still better than nothing.

It is a very good hotel. Everything works there. The staff is really good, an excellent breakfast, the rooms are very comfortable and it's in the main street near to all important places to see.

It's a nice hotel. Convenient location, delicious breakfasts, what else do you need in Prague?

Basic place with the right necessities and friendly staff. No luxuries here but pretty decent rooms with the right things to ensure people enjoy their time. Breakfast also included. Add long as you're ok with this, you will enjoy the julis.

Location, too bad the bathroom a bit stale but very good service and cleanliness, great breakfast with comfy hours recommended.

Centrally located in the heart of Prague. Within walking distance of all major attractions as well as being on the route of the underground metro, busses, & trams. Rooms are large and well presented. 3rd stay here (5, 34, & now 25 days). Highly recommend.

Visited here for kids playroom. It was sunny, clean and spacious. No need to worry if kids will fight for toys, there are just too many =P.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and very good breakfast The only two things we were not happy about was very hard bed! and there was also a lot of noise having the window situated right to the square (but noisy drunk people are not the hotels problem). So maybe next time we try different room.

Great Hotel with very good facilities. The room is very large with own kitchen. All in all it was a very good stay.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the pool is charged per entering the pool area. (€8). Except for the silver-fish and the insecurity windows (there were no protective hinges, where everyone could have jumped or fallen out of the way (for the drunk or the children! ) The room and bathroom was super. Small kitchen, good internet and good breakfast.

The hotel is not worth 4 stars. The rooms are functional but the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. Accordingly, it was always unpleasantly warm in the room.
The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean.
From the sauna I was also totally disappointed. The sauna is located in the basement and does not represent a place where you feel comfortable. In addition, there was just a small sauna room available and all this for 10 euros extra!

Situated perfect for Prague. Stayed here now four times on each visit to Prague. Had a different style of room each time. But have to say the front balcony rooms are very nice. Very good choice for breakfast. Staff are helpful & friendly in every department. Would recommend to anyone.

Good hotel, great location in the centre, a lot of shops and eating options in front of the hotel, polite staff, clean rooms, great view from the terrace! Definitely would book again for a short weekend getaway! Good for kids too!

Very good hotel. Perfect location near the metro and trams. Walking access to major tourist attractions. Very spacious rooms. Clean and equipped. Good breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Great location but the hotel is very old. Needs a renewal inside.

Excellent choice for families with smaller kids. Playground in the francescan garden (the park behind the hotel). Big rooms with air conditioning and even with a small kitchen.

Standard hotel located on very convenient place in city center. Breakfest quite poor.

Airco not working + no curtain for roofwindow resulting in room being incredible hot. Manager not willing to solve these problems. It was take it or leave. Stayed 1 horrible night, manager charged 3. Total rip-off. Don't go!

The most: ideally located in the centre of Prague. Spacious rooms.
The least: access to a swimming pool, paying parking, uncomfortable bedding.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and affordable. Staff were very nice and helpful. When we ordered a taxi to the airport, what looks like a private car came to pick us up. It was not clean on the inside, he drove very unsafeyl (got flashed, ran a red light, didn't stop at STOP signs). We were on time and survived the journey, but I have no idea why would the hotel hire this cab driver for their guests. If it wasn't for this experience I would give a 5/5 simply due to the price/value ratio.

The review of hotel pool only — absolutely disgusting. The smell of urine in changing room. Two showers not working properly — low water pressure. The floors are dirty. The door between changing room and showers is missing, the other door between shower and pool got broken and never been replaced. Yesterday — water droping from the celling and there was bucket on the floor! The mess was everywhere around.
I am a client of this pool for 5 years and the quality is just getting worst and worst without any changes. Is the shame for being the pool of 4* hotel: — ( (

Did not work to full air conditioning in the room. Night sleep we had to open the windows.

Great stay and would highly recommend as its right in the centre of Prague so convenient and rooms are very big and well laid out. The gym downstairs is one of the best hotel gyms.

A very nice room, good staff and wonderful location.

Very nice, spacious, clean rooms. The reception at the front Desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet absolutely sufficient. Beer in the Bar in the afternoon and evening very cheap.

I can forgive a 5 star for the service.

A very good hotel. Pure, calm. The convenient location. The courtyard has a beautiful garden and a children's playground. So, if you are travelling with children. Staff were reasonably friendly. Cleaning every day! Private works.
