Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful and of an excellent standard — well worth a visit.

We stayed here for three nights. Perfect location for exploring Prague on foot, all the sights are in walking distance. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building, rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has an old world modern charm
Ideally situated in the centre of town close to trams and metro. Staff are very helpful, we were given a twin room and they changed it for a double without any bother at all. Food at breakfast was excellent as was an evening meal in the garden bar.

Returned from elite hotel 22nd July. What a wonderful stay we had. Staff are so friendly and help full. The breakfast was great. Location we found to be perfect for our needs. We booked the hotel private transfer and it was money well spent. We can't find any fault in this hotel. Well done Elite perfect.

This place is OLD, you can feel the history here. Rooms are great. Clean tiny bathrooms. Great service. Good breakfast.

Amazing hotel, we decided to stay our last night here before heading home. The prices are a little high (probably due to only giving 2 days notice to book) but worth every cent and then some. Looks very simple from the outside but once you are inside it opens up. Breakfast was hands down amazing and staff were very friendly. The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable, everything with our stay was perfect. Highly recommended to splash out and stay here, location is in the center Prague and everything you need is within 10 minutes casual stroll.

Located near the center on a small street. Settlement from 3 o'clock eviction 12. The rooms are nice, 3 of me had a bath, which is rare for Europe. The bridge is a 15-minute walk.

Very centrally located and quiet. Rooms very clean. Reception very helpful and courteous. Multi-storey car park a little small but the service is right (washed discs before the car was driven out).
During breakfast, there are too few coffee vending machines. You had to queue for a few minutes. Slightly small for the number of hotel visitors.
There are different prices for equal drinks. Restaurant and bar.
Service at the bar could be friendlier. All in all, however, recommended, as the location is simply awesome.
Price performance is just yet given.

We loved it… the rooms are gorgeous spacious with every amenity. The hotel facilities are very elegant intimate and staff so friendly and helpful. A short 10 minutes walk from the center. Easy to get to. Comfortable. Clean. Kind. Nice indoor garden for aperitif.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean even in the bathroom not a single spot to see. Breakfast was quite good, the juices are unfortunately made from instant powder… However, the hotel's own restaurant, tastefully and priced everything I. O.

Fabulous Hotel Elite with a good deal from the staff, Buenisimo breakfast, in general Fabulous Prague, with its monuments and its food. It's been a very nice trip.

The hotel is located in a narrow alley hidden with underground garage, lift and 24 hour reception. Always courteous and friendly staff. The hotel is only a few steps away from the main road with tram stop and several lines leading to the main train station and many tourist attractions. There are also ATMs, many small shops and a shopping centre.

Nice Hotel Only 1 minutes from public transport and a large commercial gallery.

Great location! Metro across the road. Walking distance from old and new towns. Walking distance from Charles bridge. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Beautiful and quirky. Fab breakfast and great food in restaurant… couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend for a homely feel abroad.

We were ten people who stayed between 15-18 / 2. I would like to thank you for a fresh Hotel and an excellent treat and a good service at restaurants. I will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances who will travel from Sweden to Prague.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are small but nice. The breakfast was very good. There's something for everyone. We would love to come back.

A comfortable hotel in a great location. We stayed in Prague for five days and searched this hotel room over the internet. It is a great place to explore the city. The service is excellent. Since I had announced that my girlfriend has a birthday, we were brought to the room on the said day.
Our room is always clean, but also small.
Our car was parked by the hotel staff in the underground garage. The corresponding parking space costs 25 euro per day.
The hotel also has a 2-person whirlpool. You can rent it for a small extra charge for one hour (we can recommend it).
In summary, it can be recommended for city trips.

Very nice rooms… very good restaurant but not among the cheapest…

We stayed for three nights in January on a Jet2 city break. The hotel and staff were 1st class… always keen to help. The breakfasts were superb and the one evening meal we had was excellent. We would love to go back when we have the time.

We stayed for a week. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and all limpiasimo, decorated with classic wooden furniture, breakfast buffet quite complete, perhaps some day with few options for vegetarians. The building, which was once a convent, is well preserved. Overall very good experience.

Beautiful classy hotel, former monastery of the 400, centrally located near the most important attractions and convenient to public transportation. Well furnished, clean, friendly staff and varied and plentiful buffet breakfast. Only drawback the pillows very high but it is my personal opinion, maybe not everyone has cervical problems! To recommend.

This is a lovely little hotel, ten minutes walking distance from The Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The rooms are very comfortable, mine had a bath, however they are not particularly spacious but fine nonetheless.

Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in Prague. Location is brilliant for getting around the city. Staff in the hotel are wonderful, welcoming and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean comfortable and well maintained. All in all a fantastic hotel and I hope to visit again.

The room was clean and well decorated with a modern bathroom and powerful hot shower. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet though this can be busy. We'll stocked mini bar, if a little expensive, but this is expected from a hotel room fridge. Would happily stay again if returning to Prague.

A beautiful hotel, very well located.

The breakfast buffet was good. They make you an omelet at the moment if you want. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant is worth it.

This hotel is located at the north edge of Nove Mesto. Most, if not all of the main attractions of Prague are within 30 min of walking time or less. The National Theatre is 5 minutes away. There is a good selection of Restaurants nearby, including vegetarian and Asian ones. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and if not included in the room is very reasonably priced. Rooms are on the small side, but very quiet — the hotel was booked solid when we stayed, yet we had no problem with noise. The bar serves excellent beer and Apple strudel.

The rooms are "small and dated" in the sense that they are in a 13th century building with exposed half-timber construction. The rooms are historic, yet comfortable, and big enough. The bathroom is big and modern. The cleaning is excellent, and the staff is helpful and very courteous. I will happily stay here next time I'm in Prague!

Clean, quiet great mattresses. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Ideally located for both touring the city and the underground.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Charming place with a courtyard garden. Close to most places. 10 minute walk to Charles bridge. 1 minute to where I was working. The only reason I didn't give 5 was that my room was very small. It did have a double bed but I think I was given this room as I was alone. The bathroom was quite big though. Almost as big as the room. The only window was a skylight. The street is a bit noisy but this is not a bland 'could be anywhere' hotel where you are shut out of the world outside. Would definitely go back. But would ask for a bigger room.

Great hotel located, pretty much, downtown within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with everything you could want sweet or savory, and everything of excellent quality. Staff friendly and very professional, do not give ' five stars, because despite having written two emails, one in Italian and one in English, at the address reported on the site of the hotel, I could not use the taxi service provided by the same. Anyway, I recommend the Elite Hotel to anyone who will stay in Prague for a short break.

Okay. Nice people. Not that modern and fridge didn't work the whole stay. Very centrally located.

Avoid this hotel. At the checkout we were forced to pay for the minibar, for products we did not use. When we protested the owner got pretty aggressive, and made clear it was impossible they could have made a mistake. The conversation escalated and he even threatened my wife. There must be similar hotels with a good location and a reasonable price.

The hotel benefits from its natural beauty with its ancient architecture. However, we cannot but deplore the very bad soundproofing of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness (insects in the bathroom…) and the lack of diversity at breakfast, as well as the low quality of what was proposed. The hotel is however not to be avoided, but better to be notified of the deficiencies that you may encounter if you venture there. The hotel does not deserve its four stars from our point of view.

As I povëlsâ for discount 46% and not looked HORRIBLE comments about this hotel. Nightmarish standard rooms. Positive feedback is left on the other (probably) room categories. Only once in the room, and not believing his eyes, he opened the book and saw how much negativity about this hotel. It is not a number, and KENNEDY! Add photos to Google maps. Don't be lazy and look.
SPIDERS in the room. Not nice to go to the toilet and the person to stumble on the Web. The total lack of sound insulation (URBAN LEGENDS site! ) can be heard as BREATHE neighbors, not something that snore and speak in a low voice. Staff-arrogant-hide (except the bartender in the lobby). Regularly absent Wi-Fi. Dirty attic window. Price 91 € per day, BUT the EXPENSE in the COP at the rate of 28.5 (when real 27.2). Overpayment amounted to more than 4 euros per day (breakfast and unpleasant). We had booked another hotel (anyone for 86 euros per day) and the rest of your vacation spent as people. Reviews about hotel will leave Google hits. Not worth the money. Lower price in 5 times for standard and normal.

Nice staffs, good room with free internet Wi-Fi, the breakfast is quite good too. Close to the city center. We can easily listen to the noise from the next room. Anyway, it is nice place, esp. It offers good price via online booking.

Was with his family in August of the year 2013. The worst hotel. The room was paid for in advance with arrival hurt. On arrival learned that our number is busy and will be free after 14.0000. After we began to resent us identified the room on the first floor with views of the courtyard and the boiler room. Most likely the room was economy class instead of the standard. It was all the time window was closed curtain. Furniture, to put it mildly, does not correspond to 4 star hotel. The door in the bathroom not only that do not have a castle and have a Keyhole. The entrance doors are thin and you can hear perfectly through them as staff and their voices. Settlement began only after an hour as we appeared at the hotel. None of the staff brought us an apology.
Promised Wi-Fi only works at the reception-and iPade were almost to the exit.
My opinion-deserves 2 stars and then with stretch. Neither my family nor my friends at this hotel does not choose.
I advise all to bypass this hotel party.

It was a very good hotel, but it was not a good location. The main advantages are the possibility to change the money directly to the hotel, and especially its location.
