Hotel located in the heart of the historical centre of Prague, a few meters from Charles Bridge. It Is in a 500años building, so the common areas are not typical of a 4estrellas hotel, there is no elevator. The rooms are made to new, with vaulted ceilings, spacious and with good decoration. The breakfast was very nice.

Great stay! Loved the location, the room was great and even spa tub. Beautiful, historic facility. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel. Good quality room. The only downside (literally the only thing I could criticise, ) is the lack lift. The be gentleman who helped us with check in was very helpful.

Extremely nice staff! Very professional and courteous. Currently under construction. Plus the third floor room apartment was a bit much of climing for my slightly elderly parents. And you can't beat being right in the center of the old town.

Hostel with hotel services. Located in the center, ideal. Family atmosphere and very nice, good breakfast and live jazz at dinner. The staff is very friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a very old building, refurbished, and has no elevator.

Unbeatable location on Main Street surrounded by business and places to eat. Facilities and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super full and delicious!

The hotel has a first-class clean and elegant impact. The rooms are clean, tidy and luxurious, too bad for the location. In front of the one in which I stayed there were often jobs and the noise did not little bother. Also to go up to the rooms you have to pass for unheated corridors that in winter are a real problem. The breakfast room was very bad.

Lovely hotel! I’ve never been to Prague/Eastern Europe before and had no idea what to expect, but the rooms were DELIGHTFUL — chandelier, gorgeous mint curtains, enormous white bed and a walk-in shower which was super modern with glass and beige marble. Would choose again without a doubt.
Also there is a resident parrot and they provide bottled water AND WINE on arrival.
Only issue was the TV didn’t work due to some construction works (not that the construction was noisy) but hey you’re here for the city not the TV!

Beautiful rooms, brilliant works of art in the staircase and the biggest surprise in the lobby.

Very good welcome, very well located, we enjoyed our stay with in addition the gift (Champagne) for the new year…

Perfect location for visiting central Prague. There is no elevator and steep steps to the rooms, once up there they were clean and spacious perfect for our group. The breakfast had a wide spread more than pictured here including omelette station, pancakes, yogurt, and champagne. Restaurant is also great for a bite or beer even if not staying on site. Highly recommend the goulash in a bread bowl + Pilsner!

Beautiful little hotel, full of charectar, in a fantastic location in Old Town, right next to Charles Bridge. All the staff worked so hard to make our stay wonderful, especially the reception staff! Thankyou so much. Recommended!

Stayed at the boutique but our breakfast was here as the main hotel. Breakfast was amazing — especially the pancakes and service was really good.

Nice little hotel above a Czech style pub/restaurant which has nice food, beer and live music. In a excellent part of town, and a short walk to many of the city's main attractions. Friendly staff and clean modernised facilities make for a comfortable home base for exploring Prague.

Great place to stay in Prague, it’s in a great area, close to everything that you will visit in the city, the rooms are great, the only setback is that there isn’t an elevator, the staff are awsome, very helpful, and say hi to oscar the parrot!

Very convenient location, 2 minutes walk from Charles Bridge, lots of local restaurants in the area, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Review of hotel Residence U Malvaze

The hotel and room is terrible! And so much that we left early! The room was paid for (without cancellation) until November 7, but on 6 November in the morning we broke down and went. We had booked the Executive family room for three guests. Our friends booked a cheaper room (at the same time), but when we arrived, we were told that this is the same number. When booking we looked at a lot of categories, descriptions to them and the main picture, that's why chose this number. But when we got there, we were given a completely different room. As explained by the administrator that one category contains photos of two rooms (better and worse). And we had a room worse. But in the description is NOT SPECIFIED ANYWHERE that offer photos of the two rooms and we thought it was a photo of one of the rooms (as everywhere in the rest of the sentences). And they, frankly, completely different level and vneshnemu mind! We asked that we were moved. We were told that the room that is pictured already busy with other guests and us ready to move tomorrow, but in some other. We agreed. But when next day came our friends, it became clear that they want to settle in our room. But ordered that they, too, did not match the description and photos. In the end it turned out that the room is as pictured only one for the whole hotel! And all the other "normal". At least the day before, we were lied to, that 50: 50… and supposedly as lucky.

We book family room (for4-5 person). We love the big bathroom with all typical amentities. Room is so new and nice decorate (no good view). Location is so great 2min to Charlse bridge — good for day&nighy city. It's disappointed that there is no elevator (or just for luggages lift) THe breakfast is so great. It serve American breakfast style (fried bacon, fresh cooked omelete). recommend for tourist!

Great location. Beautiful rooms! Good service. Breakfast was brilliant, best of 3 all time, what we have tried. There was sparkling wine, fresh pancakes and omelettes and cheese. We didn't tried dinner over there, but the prices was better than in next door.

This hotel totally overcharged me for my stay. After contacting them, they promised that they would issue a refund, which they never did and now they are not answering any emails or calls anymore. Be careful when booking here.

Nice clean hotel near everything no need to walk too much.

Centrally situated it's a great Base to see the Old City of Prague. Clean and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Dishonest restaurant, to avoid traps, do not go there.

Goulash great, knuckle too.

Terrible and rude waiting staff. They were not friendly, they were not flexible to dietary requirements (replacing bread dumplings with potato dumplings), they didn't smile, and worst of all, they give themselves a tip even though it says "tip not included" on the receipt. The waiter came over with a calculator and added his own tip to the bill. Then when I challenged this (I'm the customer and I decide how much I tip you) he aggressively argued his case. Very intimidating, don't go here.

Worst ever. Racist waiter. Bad food. Do not ever go there.

Yummy restaurant with Italian cuisine. The pasta is cooked as in Italy. The restaurant is centrally located. Very good.

Nice atmosphere and good English breakfast, coffee, thee and orange juice included.

The worst experience in Prague EVER! Beware, Achtung! Very bad service and an employee trying to keep my money! He didn´t give my change! Dishonest people! NEVER MORE!
