An absolutely lovely hotel, a great little nugget of luxury in the middle of my time travelling Czechia. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the location was excellent. I would give this hotel six stars if I could!

Have stayed several times, always a good experience with comfortable modern rooms in a great historic building and a central location.

Great Hotel, local cuisine of 10 and praise, great breakfast, there are also three receptionist at the entrance of which one speaks in perfect Italian, I took a room with a view of the park and the cathedral very nice.

Really great hotel close to townhall and Stodolni street.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location of the hotel. Had the suite with free mini bar e. G. Soft drinks are free and access to lounge area on floor 3 with some wine food beer drinks. Rooms are big and very fresh. Bathroom has a high standard and seem quit newly renovated. Breakfast is not the best selection BUT they do have a chef every morning to make u a fresh omelette or scrambled eggs that is a huge plus!

I´ve been there for a business trip, so my company booked a single room wich was small but well designed so that the small size was not unconfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very thoughful and friendly. I´ve also stayed at Park Inn wich is also a great hotel, but I prefer the Mercure because it´s more central, so you can walk to the inner city without extra transportation.

Very well located, large room, very clean, indoor parking, continental breakfast is very provided, nothing to reproach.

Glad to stay here for a day. Everything was fine. Comfortable and clean rooms, delicious food, kind and prompt staff. Hotel has parking for guests though it is paid. Good location makes it easy to get to the city centre fast. While not cheap you pay for good services.

Very good service, near to restaurants and shopping mall, and the receptionist Petra is very cooperative.

Very good hotel in a very central location near the restaurant Caruso. Beautiful, comfortable and modern rooms with double beds of remarkable size and with impeccable room service. To discover then the restaurant that offers specialties really sells prepared.

A fantastic hotel, the only one actually right in downtown Ostrava with this standard (as the Radisson is a few bus stops out of downtown), but this summer I'm a bit disappointed. The prices are the highest in Ostrava, but no information (at least on BookingCom) that the busy street outside the hotel js actually a construction site. Closed. No buses, no trolleybuses, lot's of construction equipment and crossing through sand to get downtown. It's still a great property, but I would respect them more if they informed guests and gave discounts. But sadly I had to learn about the roadworks from Google Maps and the local public transportations site.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful location. Definitely will be staying here again.

Really super hotel. Staff is really polite and helpful. They provide all the help and information that you need. Room was big, perfectly clean with really nice bathroom. There is a parking lot, wellness, Bar. Everything you need. Near the city centre. Food was very good. Breakfast was very good. Everything you can think of you have it there for breakfast. This hotel is for every recommendation.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The setup of breakfast was slightly confusing with several places to pick up your meal contents.
