Excellent hotel in a beautiful town. A very relaxing and peaceful place to enjoy a luxury break. Great choice of food and a lovely spa. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff.

A very pleasant stay with the Café of Mine had, we were able to enjoy the breath & Recharge program. Highly recommend to you. A very good cuisine, Service, very accommodating! The cleanliness of the Hotel and especially the SPA area was very good. The SPA Department receives from me ***** star, well-organized, and punctuality was exemplary. The therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and by Daniel and Lucia is very well represented.

I have My house without the quotes, I don't think gdalia in a different place to relax!

Inflated price tag for services. Poor nutrition. The rooms are painted in the style of Soviet kitchens of the 70s. State-of-the-art furniture. The rooms are not cozy. Good treatment base and excellent spa.

Lovely Spa Hotel! 5 warm pools, 4 saunas, etc.! It's a beautiful kitchen! Dinner is beyond praise! Respect to the chef!

Pretty hotel situated just above the main street of this quaint little spa town. Breakfast was wholesome and the dining room well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and the garden in the summer time pleasant enough. There is an old style library and coffee area which have comfortable seating. Underground garage parking.

Very nice house with spacious rooms and a beautiful spa area where also many treatments are offered. Breakfast and Saturday evening menu knew how to convince the Friday evening buffet unfortunately not at all. The service at the reception is very friendly and courteous, in the spa, restaurant and bar very sluggish. Summasummarum we were satisfied.

Spa area invites you to relax and switch off, and this was also renovated only 2 years ago.
Food (buffet) changes every day and offers plenty of choice.

The Falkensteiner is a very nice hotel with a great spa area.
We've been driving there for 12 years because we can get to rest there. The buffet is varied & good-has improved since last year.
The staff is friendly.
All in all we feel very comfortable there and will spend weterhin there our short break.

Amazing historical building. Spa are is spacious and newly renovated. We had some traditional treatments for this town and were very happy with it. The food was nice every day a new theme so one isn't bored with the selection. Rooms and all the amenities are great. I can only recommend this place.

We had the best time with my mum! Hotel was packed with Germans (obviously) but it didn't bother us at all. Staff was amazing-the manager of spa showed us around and explained everything, very nice receptionist Jana. All ladies from spa were great-really sweet to us during treatments, very patient with some of the elderly Germans (some of their requests. ) Food was really great, nice staff. Not enough ppl to serve drinks sometimes but they were doing their best. Our room was perfect, even though Wi-Fi was really weak and unstable in our building (Orangerie). Spa equipment is modern clean and great to enjoy. Thank you, we had a great time!

Very good value for the preventative Bäderkur "Alexandra" with 18 medically prescribed spa procedures per week. With the German language you get along well everywhere, very friendly staff, heated outdoor pool, underground garage, we are happy to come back.

Great hotel. Our room is big and bright. The building is very well maintained. The spa and pool are clean. The procedures are very professional. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Always fresh vegetables and fruits. Pleasant Trifles-a choice of oils and vinegars to salads or an opportunity to prepare in the morning fresh juice from carrots or apples (at the same time do not forget to put nearby a bottle of oil for those wishing to get a better understanding of vitamin A).
But a good holiday and consists of a lot of pleasant details and comfort. Next year we will come again.

Luxury hotel with one of the best wellness Zone Resort.
We stayed at the hotel for 2 adults and 2 children 12 years and 2 years. The hotel has a lot of buildings, as I understand, with different repairs and amenities. We stayed in the Pelnar in a 2 room suite (pre-booked) so we were completely satisfied. By the way, the hotel is new compared to other hotels in the resort of Marianske Lazne, and the rooms in our building were not tired. Meals in the Hotel 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner) plus a light lunch as a gift from the hotel. The hotel contingent is mostly Germans and a few Russians.  
The hotel staff do everything possible to please and make your stay unforgettable: the eldest daughter had at the time of residence DR: staff helped organize dinner in the restaurant with a table decoration and cake, in the room brought a postcard and a gift, a small The child was presented with a branded toy. Children left their toys several times in the lobby-always found. Almost all the staff speak Russian. They also helped to arrange a return transfer to the airport-clearly and without any complaints.
There is a pillow menu.  
The wellness area is the best in Marianske Lazne: 4 swimming pools, including outdoor swimming pool with salt water. There is also a separate pool for physiotherapy and procedures. During the day in the wellness area you can drink water with lemon, tea. Saunas are located on the floor below: Turkish, Finnish, herbal, infra-red.

Spa area is not allowed by the staff and guests with street shoes. Bad Spaaufsicht.

Very nice Grand Hotel in the centre of Mariánské Lázně with focus on spa and wellness. Own Alexandra Source. CO2 treatments. Elegant suites, generous beauty — and health. Qualified employees. Nice pool area, various saunas great bar with library.

Great place for comfortable relaxation, with a very good service where you feel like home! The big minus is the massage. For €75 I was just ironed. We were not satisfied. And overall great.

The place is wonderful, quiet, calm. Nearby a park with ponds, it is possible to feed ducks, and in the spring and in the summer Swans. The hotel itself is clean, cleaned daily. Food varied (buffet), but repeated, daily the same dishes plus 2-3 change. The spa area is large, 4 swimming pools and 4saunas. The people are a little, you can safely swim in the pool and warm up in the sauna. Lots of Germans, Russians enough. For children there is no entertainment, no playground.

Mariánské lázně is a romantic dream;I think this Spa is much nicer. As Karlovy vary. The leadership concept of the Falkensteiner Hotels is exemplary.

We are now for the second Time here, and with the services very satisfied. The Sauna area is however still a cave because the swimming pool it is leaking. The Bretterverschlang makes it no better.

Rather swindle with Lockvogelpreisen, as a real inexpensive Kennenlernangebot. The Falkensteiner Hotel Grand Spa Marienbad competes for some time quite violently your Winterspezial for 59, 00 € per Person and per night per double room. Incl. Should be: Stylish ambience, exquisite cuisine, incl. Half Board and lunch snack, Saturday evening 6-course Dinner, Etc, Etc, etc The catch is, how should it be otherwise, the offer is not available, because no matter when you anfrägt, know the receptionist at the mention of this price, the clear and unequivocal and always will be promoted immediately and as fired from the gun, that these rooms are ALL and ALWAYS booked out the whole Hotel is almost always fully booked and there — what a surprise — only one Suite to book. Conclusion: a Hotel, I do not want to know, let alone visit, who knows what else for other unpleasant Surprises waiting for us like, probably cost the &-course menu also extra and the car Park etc etc In Germany, this would be a blatant case of unfair Wetttbewerb, we'll see how something with EU law can tolerate — because I stay but love in Germany, Austria or Switzerland you pay like twice as much and also know what awaits me.

The Grand Spa Marienbad is famous for its century-old spa and health tradition. Even celebrities such as Goethe, Johann Strauss, Mark Twain, Chopin and Sigmund Freud were on treatment in exactly this hotel. The building built in the art nouveau style is not old-fashioned. The modern design blends very well with Art Nouveau to a symbiosis. The library itself was kept in the art nouveau style and offers a large selection of antique books.
The Acquapura Spa contains not only the standards such as an indoor — and outdoor pool, a sauna area and pamper all the possibilities such as massages, but also a medical centre, several health — and spa treatments and a Bath Spa in the hotel's own mineral spring "Alexandra".
Besides the Acquapura Spa you can enjoy his time relaxed even in the garden with sunbathing lawn or at the vital bar and lounge.
