A little bit of the years. But clean and friendly. Rooms without a minibar or refrigerator. Good beds.

Very nice, small and cozy Hotel. Friendly Staff. Had a groupon voucher for 99 Euro for 2 nights incl. HP and a Massage. Price-Performance Top. The room was very clean and large. Top Masseuse. Buffet Breakfast is a bit simple, but enough. In the evening there was a 3 course menu. Was not exceptional, but tasty. So we will definitely come back again.

Unfriendly staff, rooms so la la, strong chlorine smell in the house although there is only one hot tub, loudly very light polite, food ok but always the same if you just want to stay ok otherwise better spend a EUR more and where to book elsewhere.

To Stay and Breakfast is not suitable for me unfortunately, the best recommendation. The welcome from the staff is more than reserved, and during 5 days stay it was not consistently much better. Rooms are almost clean, only during the stay not cleaned once. Only the trash was emptied daily. Condition of our room something was faulty, the bathroom door was not to be, it was missing the case of the castle. Shelf in the shower was rusty. And in the lamps of the animals from last year were probably still in the glass. Breakfast was good, although the coffee was a little getting used to. But tastes are different. In the Spa area, we did not go, the chlorous smell at the front Desk had put us off. Otherwise, in the light of hearing all the house, you can hear pretty much Everything. Nevertheless, cheap Accommodation and very well located to the ski resorts and to Karlovy vary. Personal conclusion, for peace seekers tend not to be the first choice.

Rooms are clean but light abgewohnnt breakfast is super dinner unfortunately not.

Hotel room has come a little in the years. The room was in a not so good condition, the TV did not work, the mattresses were well located and had only one board instead of a slatted grate underneath. In the bathroom the holder for the shower head was defective. The breakfast and restaurant was good and inexpensive. The wellness area is beautiful, infrared cabin, steam bath, sauna and whirlpool are available. However, the pool only worked conditionally. The water was distributed in places not intended for this purpose.

We were there for one night and were very pleased. Value for money is right. Parking next to the hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. From quark, fruit, dried fruits to cereals, to various types of sausages, cheeses. Nutella, honey u jam. Dinner was great. Could order a la carte or half-board. We also had a really super nice waitress (thanks to the blonde lady). Wellness could also be booked for €6 a day. Ski Area Klinovec is 20min away by car.

Large bathroom, spacious rooms, good breakfast and spa. Nearby (car) good ski area. Price performance is definitely right here!

Good for sleeping and very good restaurant. By car in 15 minutes in the first ski resort.

Not good. It was not clean. But my baby needs some milks at night and they gave me some. But about the cleaness I should say it was not good.

For four days the hotel between Ostrov and Jáchymov was a domicile for a group of over 40 people. One feels very comfortable although a bar would be welcome to stay in the evening after dinner. But really an inexpensive alternative for stays between Karlovy Vary and the German Oberwiesenthal.

The price-performance ratio in this Hotel is true. The rooms correspond to a 3* level, they are very clean. Breakfast and dinner are easy and good.

Were there for the first time and it was good. But the breakfast buffet is unfortunately always the same only two to max. Three varieties of sausage and the every day, cheese three varieties every day. Unfortunately.
Warm share every day Viennese and either hard-boiled eggs or set eggs. Very bad.
The evening menu offers nothing for toddlers and nothing else is offered. Apart from a soup and six dishes just warm, there is nothing else in the evening. Were therefore often eaten elsewhere. Very bad
Staff was friendly and the house itself makes a good impression. Parking directly at the house, No long distances to slopes and neighboring towns (mainly only by car).
Price performance fine.
