Super hotel fajn personal.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, we didn't miss anything.
The breakfast buffet has a good Auaswahl and was delicious.
The rooms are very clean and spacious.
A small point deduction is available for the mattresses and the bath that has come into the years, here something could be renewed.
We had a great stay and would book the hotel again at any time.
Great value for money.

My mother really liked and she wants to return.

It's okay. I didn't use the spa places, but the bar is closing at 9 pm!

We stayed there for 3 Nights and were quite satisfied in itself. The Staff is really nice and helpful.
Breakfast is at medium Level, commensurate with the Price-performance ratio.
The Location of the Hotel is very central, everything is easily accessible.
The Parking Situation is generally quite difficult, but we can still get a Place in the Parking Garage of the Thermal Hotel for about €10 a Day.
The Spa Area is too uncomfortable for my Taste, you could make more of it and the Sauna also far too small.
Unfortunately, the Massage appointments were all fully booked.

Had a pleasant stay in August. Room with balcony to the street was very good, street noise was barely warm. Those who need a parking space absolutely make a reservation are worth it. Pool on the sixth floor with a view already had something special. Breakfast is very rich but without live cooking and the seating is already uncomfortable.

The linens change once every 3 days, if you're dirty, you have to throw them in the showers and replace them with the cleaning.

Searched several weeks for a hotel with spa offer in the house.
Due to the good ratings, central location in Karlovy Vary and integrated spa as well as price, the choice was made on the hotel Venus.
After the check in I was informed that the entire Badelandschft was closed exactly in my 3 days stay. There were coupons for 3 hrs. In a swimming pool that is one mile away, but this had already been very early (sometimes only until 15:30 am).
Due to the circumstance no relaxation was possible…
-On the road during the day, discovering the city.
-Everything closed in the evening, boredom in the hotel room.
I could have chosen a clearly günsigeres hotel without a spa.
The breakfast was very good.
There were still 3 parking spaces on my arrival. But I was sent to a 400m away parking garage (~ 10 €/day). I was told the parking spaces are kept free for German customers… well, I'm from Germany. On the one hand, I think it's easy to question the parking spaces are distributed by nationality. On the other, I wonder how other German customers differ from me. I probably use euro's second class.
Positive were cleanliness and location of the hotel.

It's all good. On the 3.5 star pulls. In the bathroom there is already a set of ordinary shampoos, quaint room, smells like sewage, while saying that the disease is widespread in the old buildings.
