Great hotel. Not expensive, good Breakfast, clean, nice staff, colorful old building! The centre and great view from the window!

Very good location, garage is a plus. Clean, good room. Breakfasts need improvements.

Awfully never again. The whole house is just kept together by the dirt. The star is only for the location. It's a pity that the house is so wasted.

Pros : 1. Location — Very central, very close to the main attractions. 2. Language — Apart from Czech, receptionist could speak English and German. Cons: 1. Hygiene — Dirty filthy rooms. I had read Hotel Petr is in one of the oldest buildings in Karlovy Vary, it seems their carpets are also from the same era. 2. House Keeping — For a 3 night stay our room was cleaned only once, that also when we complained that the room had not been cleaned the previous day. Toiletries were not replenished and towels were not changed after our check in date. 3. Breakfast Buffet — Timing was from 08:00 to 10:00, if you reach at 09:00 and something had finished, don't expect it to be refilled. The spread was also not at all appealing and the breakfast room had only five tables. 4. Wi-Fi — No Wi-Fi in rooms, only in common areas. 5. Temperature Control — Rooms were not properly insulated, near the windows it used to be extremely cold. They had weird glass contraptions attached to the ceilings for heating. The effect of these contraptions were very localized, so one half of the room used to be warm (near the heater) and the other half used to be cold (near the window).

Great location.

A modest but cozy hotel in the centre of Karlovy vary with access to the Mlynskaya colonnade. The breakfast is hungry. Staff speaking.

The building of the hotel "Petr" is part of the architectural ensemble left warm.

Ate at the pizzeria. Upon ordering we orderd 2 pizzas, 2 desserts and a large bottle of water for a group of 6. The waiter mocked us for ordering a small order (we had a reservation at another restaurant and wanted something light — I'm not obliged to explain this to him). When the bottle of water arrived we asked for it to be exchanged to a room temp bottle, he tgen started huffing and puffing while mumbling away. Very bad experience although pizza was actually ok, a shame really.

The hotel is in a great location.

We were only for dinner in the restaurant. Very friendly, helpful, and competent operation. The food (fresh salmon trout, duck breast fillet) at the point and super flavorful! Again, because of the stylish exterior.
