Perfect! Good price! Nice location, beautiful view, very friendly staff and I really liked this tasty breakfast in the room was nice furniture and it was so comfortable. We were in Karlovy Vary in April, so it was amazing! We will come back to Marttel!

This hotel is not recommended. It's just through, it's dirty, shabby and used to listing what all is defective, the place here is not enough. Therefore, only a pair of things that cover in the aisles is defective, therefore stands there 1ceiling flooded, sauna has reportedly been renovated for over 2 years, as is the whirlpool. Breakfast puts the crown on this hotel, unkindly to the last and loveless pale something something to lie down on the bun.
Our recommendation, prefer to spend a few euros more and take one of the wonderful hotels right in the center.

It is a return to the 80s, not only the interior but also the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Queen-Size Bed-two single mattresses on a double bedroom. The Price is Democratic-the level is lower accordingly.

Is not recommended, the beds are not made, let alone the bathroom. There is no mention of cleaning during the stay. The bathroom is outdated and clean well. The positive, is close to the town and free parking.

Booked on the booking, there was action, price reduced. For this money the hotel include Elevator, room amenities, Breakfast. The hotel can be seen that is newly renovated. Located in a quiet area is easy to find zuu and pleasantly clean. The Persohnal is nice, the understanding in English or Czech, German rather not. The breakfast was plentiful, great choice. It gefaĺlen us well, would book again for a vacation.

Very nice location. Just a 15 minutes hike will give you a beautiful view of Karlovy Vary. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly!

The hotel is close to the center, large parking, rich breakfast. Rooms are not very clean, bathroom cramped and untidy, towels and linens are very old with holes) )

The staff is polite and trying. Car parking at 50 (open). The breakfast is not rich but quite acceptable.

Good hotel, warm rooms (actual for December), clean rooms, helpful staff. Excellent parking. Before the far sources, but, if you like to walk, it will not be a problem. There is no hairdryer in the room, but it can be borrowed at the reception.

The location isn't that great unless you drive. The rooms are what you expect for a 3 star and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The cakes were lovely.

The shower is too small, mini-storage above the sink, the towels have already done a lot! No room service! No communication about other special features, wellness etc. No TV Guide, no information about the city, public transport etc.

The rooms were nicely decorated, but the shower was calcification and the toilet needed 10min after the Spühlen to refill the water. Good service was not given and the food (breakfast) was not acceptable, the bread was too floury, the cold cuts were not tasty and every day the same.

The room was clean but not maintained at all. Breakfast was poor and sad. Far from the center, and you must climb for 25 minutes if you want to get back from the city center, or take a bus which goes only from the terminal. You can totally find better places to stay for the same price.

Price was very nice, but a bit inconvenient from the station. Bed seats and pillows smelled old wearhouse, and there is only shower. However a toilet and shower room were separated and it was good to stay with someone.

The bathrooms are too tiny and the breakfast is very average. The wellness treatments do not happen everyday.

Everything in this hotel (about 1km from center) reminds you of the 80's. Old furniture, beds on wheels, bathrooms and even breakfast itself. All that's missing are ghosts. However is clean and staff willing to help.

For one or two nights still OK, but longer will be difficult. Room service only every two days. Fresh towels had to be picked up at the reception if you knew where they were. Breakfast was so reasonably, but also really only standard. All staff seems to be working at a Leihfirma. Responsibilities remained closed to me. Again? No!

Well, the room was dirty and dated, the restaurant shut down, the heating system broke down and so our room was freezing and it was a generally poor condition. Staff really doesn't speak english but we managed speaking German with them. However, it was really cheap so we had the general view that we got what we paid for. We really loved the forest walking paths, the beautiful views over the city and the bowling alley was great to have next door in the evenings. Then, on our second last day in Karlovy Vary, my mother in Canada passed away unexpectedly. I got the phone call and in a state of complete heartbreak and despair had to organize flights to Canada and pack. I informed the hotel that we would have to check out the following morning and cancel our reservation for the next night. The woman was very understanding and told us everything was in order. However when checking out the following day, the staff member on duty had no idea that we were leaving. And here's the clincher — charged us for the night that we had to cancel. 1.152, 59CZK (43EUR). The idea that somebody took advantage of me on the worst day of my life is something I will never forget and something I simply can't forgive.

Nice location, walking distance from the center. Has its own car park, and the hotel is in a quiet area of town. The room was nice and spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. They had a decent breakfast buffet.

Was really not bad, good clean room, huge bed and the bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was OK, all wishes could be met. Gladly again.

The personnel of this hotel is unbelievably rude. I booked for a double bed room and the reception girl yelled at us and offered us twin beds instead, trying to explain in a poor English that is not her problem that the hotel website is defective. They do have double beds but they don't give them to everybody. Rooms are not clean and the hotel is old and not well preserved. Never ever again! I would suggest to keep away!

Nice treatment, cool staff, great place to take care of your health. If you manage to take treatment and go down to drink water by prescription, then you will be very fit, as you have to come back on the mountain. And you need to drink water 3 times a day) ) )

Everything top. For the price excellent. Huge room with very large bed. Internet well. The TV is small and a little transmitter. Everything else since.
