Really enjoyed our stay — lovely and quiet. Great attentive room service, bar service was fab. Food was excellent, did miss the ‘kids section’ in the restaurant which was meant to be available. Japanese restaurants a bonus. Also missed entertainment, even if it was just a kids disco for an hour. Didn’t know it was all cancelled before booking. The music by the pool was a bonus but inappropriate at times with songs being played that had very explicit lyrics. Loved the private beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Just had Monday night Greek night. Fabulous. Probably the best all inclusive meal I’ve had in any hotel in many different Countries and cruise ships.
In fact forget all inclusive you wouldn’t get better in any good restaurant. Each dish was perfect.

His staff for the excellent service and great food.

One lovely tall lady Louis, she manager in restaurant, her face very smiling and very friendly, helpful to us. Amazing time.

Great staff, very clean hotel. Public areas could do with an upgrade as they are looking a bit worse for wear. Food ok but not as good as I expected as this is a Tui platinum hotel. All in all nice hotel.

Have only been here a couple of days but so far everything is great especially the staff, really friendly & extremely helpful.

love this hotel. The managenent and staff make it special and the food is excellent. They really made an extra effort for valentines, really enjoyed the cocktails.

Lovely staff. Straight on the sea front. Nice pools. Clean well run hotel. Came in February not too busy. Not sure how lively this place will get in peak season.

Very impressed. We had a wonderful time. The facilities are very good and the food was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. I really cannot fault this hotel.

We have just got home from spending a week here. Gorgeous, couldnt fault it and the food is amazing. You need to get up a little early to reserve a bed but there is plenty. Amazing location and staff are friendly. Will be booking here again.

Myself and now husband got married here in July and also stay in the hotel for 2 weeks. The staff were all fantastic, nothing was enough trouble for them. The hotel is beautiful with lots of sunbed, plenty of room and a choice of either a busy pool or a quieter environment. Food was always fresh with plenty of choice. When it came to our wedding we couldn't have asked for more nothing was to much trouble and we were made to feel very special. We will definitely be revisiting this hotel.

A natural place for the public. Stoney in most of the areas. There is some sand & grass. Can be enjoyable for everyone. Good if you like water sports. There is sun beds, drinks table & parasols. I paid 5 euros for 1 sunbed & a parasol. Reasonable price. A drinks Kiosk. No hot food, only crisps & Bananas.

Still on holiday and don’t want to go home. We love this hotel. The rooms are immaculate, the food is delicious, the grounds are beautifully kept. You have the choice of pool areas, lawn areas or a small private beach. The staff are very polite and attentive and work very hard ensuring you have a relaxing holiday. You don’t even have to queue at the bar to get refreshments as the staff regularly come round to all areas to take your orders. You even get an iced flannel to cool you down. We can’t fault this hotel at all and highly recommend it. Paphos harbour is a 15 minute walk along the beach and offers you great restaurants, bars and shops. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful place with beautiful people. Clean and friendly. Hotel staff really look after you and cannot do enough to make your stay a happy one. Caters for all ages from tots, teens, mums, dads and grand parents, this hotel will fullfill your expectations and more. It's a place for all to enjoy. Food excellent and a wide choice to cater for the fussiest eaters. Entertainment excellent. Lots of watersport activities on the doorstep. Fabulous views. Bar staff are wonderful along with the drinks they serve. Maria, was the best though. Lovely lady. This hotel is a place we will surely return to. I would highly recommend staying here.

Superb hotel, impeccable and friendly service in all areas. Very clean rooms and facilities. The food was excellent, I have stayed at a number of all inclusive hotels, many in the Caribbean and the food st this hotel was the best of all. There is simply nothing I could fault this hotel on. Will be back again soon I hope. Great location, a nice stroll to the Harbour area and within easy reach of shops and bars / restaurants should you want to eat out.

Super! The location, the friendly staff, the rooms, the grounds, the pools, the common interior space and the restaurant, and most importantly-the food with all-inclusive-above all praise. Very pleased. The rest is mostly elderly Englishmen. There are families both with small children, and with children older. Calm. I've never seen a raging. Who wants to take a break-consider options in AI-Napa.

Stayed at this hotel for ten years on the trot and still compare all holiday hotels with the Imperial Beach Hotel in Paphos. You are made so welcome, lovely environment, excellent food and all comes together with the weather. We hope to return again for an Autumn break when weather is not too hot as it is during July and August. Would I recommend it — without a doubt.

Good clean hotel with comfortable bed n pillows. We had a sea view room n the sunsets were amazing! Good flavoursome food n friendly staff. Lovely outdoor pool but was cold due to time of the year (Feb). Warm indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna. Spa for pampering. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and beautiful surroundings, lovely promenade to have a walk along the sea. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. There is a big and beautiful lobby and guests love and really enjoy spending a lot of time there. Rich buffet breakfast and luxurious dinner in rh3 evening! Two nice pools. The hotel in the whole makes a very good impression and is a place you'd definitely like to come back.

Wonderful hotel. Extremely comfy beds. Great staff — helpful and polite. Great location and facilities. Food quality, variety and quantity consistently superb. Unusually, this even applies to the vegetarian food, in fact, as a vegetarian for 58 of my 65 years, I can't recall being anywhere ever that had such an excellent selection of delicious vegetarian food. Oh yes, and Paphos on Cyprus is also a great place for a holiday!

Just spent a week at this fabulous hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. There is loads to do, so you will never be bored. The food quality is excellent and very well cooked and presented. I can not fault this hotel in any way. I will definitely return.

A lovely well positioned property, sea views are amazing, inland views not so great but not a huge problem. The rooms are very clean. The food and drinks of a very good quality. But the jewel in the crown of this hotel is the staff. Their customer service skills are second to none! I can not fault a single one if them, from housekeeping to management. They should set up an academy for future customer service candidates. If all Louis hotels are like this the competition should be worried!

Lovely hotel but we found service too regimented for us. Seems also seems to be for old customers who are there each year. We found this hotel to be a lot dearer than the Louis Phaethon along the road whose service is more one to one, a lot more relaxed for the same entertainment, to my mind the Phaethon is better value. It's all a question of taste.

Had a lovely honeymoon here. Beautiful views of the Cypriot coastline. We had a sea view room with balcony and didn't regret paying extra. Food was really nice and there was lots of it. Think we met the most friendliest chamber maids and the rest of the staff were closely behind. Facilities were good with two nice sized swimming pools and indoor spa. Gym was tiny but ok if you want a quick blast! Paphos was around a 15 minute stroll. Would stay again.

Great hotel with really fantastic staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. Both outdoor pools were very cold but it was November though. Am only downgrading by 1 star due to room air-conditioning not being very effective. Rooms were always too warm.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, was so sad to leave! : (2 nights in we asked to move rooms because of the young 'noisy' couple next door :') Bit awkward, was holidaying with my mum! :') They sorted us a new room straight away and even left us a bottle of red wine! Wasn't really the hotel's fault! Just be aware that the connecting rooms are not very soundproof! :P Food was great, even for a super fussy eater like me. Always lots of choice and variety with different themed nights. We also tried the on site Japanese restaurant (also included with the all inclusive but it is a set menu) which was very nice and something different to try! The staff are all amazing, always so cheerful and very attentive! My mum and I aren't the most sociable of people :') but the staff made us feel really welcome whilst also picking up on that :P One of the bar guys surprised us with cocktails by the pool even though we were sitting away from the entertainment which was really nice :) A lot of people spent their whole holiday relaxing in the hotel but we also wanted to explore, we found this hotel to be in a perfect location for that! Takes 20 minutes along the beach/prom to walk to Paphos Harbour where all the main shops/restaurants, the castle, archaeological park and a bus station are — from there we bought a day ticket for 5 Euros and went to Tombs of the Kings, Pafos Old Town and Coral Bay! Or if you don't want to walk to the harbour then there's a bus stop 2 minutes away from the hotel!

Wow that's all I can say daughter stayed here we only visited would love to stay here will one day.

Lovely place loads to do water sports or if you want t to just chill. Little snack place to get a coffee or beer really friendly people.

Fantastic hotel its very clean and all the staff cannot do enough for you they are so very friendly. The food is amazing with a fantastic choice of dishes you cant decide what to have as they all look and taste amazing. They certainly dont skimp on the drinks if your all inclusive as they are always offering you more. The only dissapointment is I only came for 1 week and I wish I had done 2.

Just spent two happy weeks here, the food is lovely, the staff cArnt do enough for you, drinks served to you anywhere you sit, even cold flannels brought to you on your sun beds, "nice touch" air conditioning in foyers and dinning areas, lovely massages, my daughter married here and they made her wedding day perfect down to every detail they couldn't do enough for them it was a fantastic day an evening dancing, room cleaners every day do a good job one warning don't loose ya key fob one per room only bit of a nuisance for couples that like to do there own thing, they charge u £50 for a new one.

Great hotel with excellent food. 2 walk in pools, 1 especially for children. All rooms have balconies but ensure you get sea views otherwise you overlook front of hotel. 30 mins walk from Paphos or short taxi ride. Buses from main road every 20 mins costs 1.50 regardless of distance.

Absolutely amazing time! One of the best holidays me and the family have ever had! Constant drinks, people all lovely and friendly including staff and residents! Food is absolutely superb! Very shocked by how fantastic it was, already looking at offers to go back in a few months!

Only first day, but revisiting after 10 years beautiful rooms and very tasty food. Adults and children very happy so far.

Staff are absolutely great, genuinely friendly & hard working, hotel layout is amazing adults n kids pools are separate, loads of places to lounge free Wi-Fi in lobby only, great hotel we booked last minute didn't regret it best holiday so far, evening entertainment can be hit and miss great for kids, but loads to do and eat with special alacarte restaurant on site, beach view is recommended.

Modern clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and I would recommend opting for a room with a sea view. Excellent food with themed dinning each evening. Great location too the harbour is only about a 20 minute walk from the hotel on the coastal path.

5star hotel very clean and modern first class service right from start with welcome drink. Staff excellent good walk into harbour or very good bus service.
