Surrounded by wonderful greenery and a stone’s throw away from the city centre. Time to hit the pool, even though it’s 40 degs.

Very disappointed with Hilton Park's service. Today I witnessed 3 tables with unhappy clients left the pool bar angry and hungry because of poor service (after ordering food and not served). A group of clients at the pool bar had to ask for drinks for 3-4 times. Big car parking space is left empty just to have hard time to the repeated clients, so the hotel staff can park! This hotel either doesnt know how to make money or dont want to. The management is not seeking for bonuses :/

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, nothing too much trouble.

For a Hilton, this place needs a lot of love to be called a “Hilton”. The staff is probably the best thing they have, they are excellent. Their amenities are the opposite: old rooms, cranky a/c units, smelly carpets, cheap pillows. The pool is nice, but for a place with so many swimmers visiting, it needs to be clean up daily. If you put your goggles and go under water, you will get grossed off by what it’s under. The gym and spa are on point, and nice prices.

Stayed firstly for a weekend visiting my daughter who lives here and then extented my stay another 3 days.
I honestly can not choose the best word to describe the service and anticipation of my guest needs from the staff! May I say amazing? Brilliant? Excellent? Well I would say all of those. From Petros, Anna and Panagiotis at the bar. Agelina, Miranda and Rosa at the breakfast service to mr Yannis at the conciers and generally most of the staff smiling, saluting and engaging with true heart.
Pool is very clean and well maintained surrounded by beautiful gardens which provide extra shades to escape the high noon heat.
Rooms were well spacious and well kept but a bit outdated. The hotel is renovating so I guess they will be spot on when they are all finished.
Housekeeping was good but I would suggest the ladies to keep their voices and the slamming doors on a quieter level since some might be relaxing in the rooms after breakfast.
I had an issue with the noise from the main outside air-conditioning unit rattling and not allowing me to enjoy a well full night sleep. I mentioned this to the reception the first and the second day and the ladies gave me the "raising shoulder". I had to strongly complain the next day and demand to change the room for someone to do it so. I felt bad as I was expecting the reception to react on my comment at the first day or even the second.

Upscale place with superior service and very nice rooms. We have been there for a wedding and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were spacious and perfectly in order. They offered all you would expect from a Hilton and we liked the small details such as the universal power sockets for US and European plugs. The staff was friendly and everything we could wish for. The pool was clean and offered even a few spots in the shade. The attached gym is great, offers multiple classes and is well equipped. My wife used the hair and makeup salon which is conveniently located at the ground floor and she was amazed by the service and quality.

Super Nice Hotel, This is now the second stay in this Hotel. I am absolutely thrilled when I saw what has changed between the first and second stay. The improvement amazing! The Check-in was excellent, friendly and a lot of information what’s going on in the Hotel. Breakfast, many staff now, everyone is super friendly, and they have time to talk with the guest. They clean the table immediately, serve also food or bring juices to the table. If you have this service, this atmosphere in the morning, your day will be excellent. Pool area, the same, friendly staff, nice good. Finally, the Lounge, staff courteous, helpful etc. I always like it when I can write a positive review, and this has changed in the Hotel. Super, excellent.

Very nice hotel, I have only spent here 1 night but I can say my room was large, comfortable and clean, the bar is a bit small but generally I would recommend this Hotel.

Typical business/conference hotel. We were there with a toddler and although the staff was extra nice, the place is not really small children friendly. There is no playground, sand pit, toys or play room for them, nor baby sitting services. Also, the standard rate of €200-220 seems a bit excessive. The gym is great, the outdoor pool area is phenomenal, the hair/barber/beauty services are a nice extra and breakfast is fantastic. The rooms in the main wing have been recently nicely refurbished. Overall recommended, mostly for business travel.

I've just spent two weeks in this hotel and it's been a breeze. I would like to underline the stellar, amazing service provided by the staff taking care of the breakfast, such a smiling and friendly service is unheard of and I've seen my fair share of hotels across the world. As some people said the bathrooms are starting to look their age but I can also see a significant portion of the hotel is being renewed (without disturbing the guests). Swimming pool, restaurants, gym, rooms, bathrooms; everything is spotless and super clean. The free large parking is a plus and the Japanese and Cypriot restaurants are really something to try. This hotel is a key asset for the Hilton brand unlike any others.

Spacious rooms, great gym, pool, bars, etc. The friendliest and most helpful staff ever! The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because food and drink, though good, it's very expensive!

The Hilton Park Hotel is located almost very close to every point of the city. For this reason beacome very popular. It is a nice hotel and the employers are very friendly to the guests. Because of the location a lot of ammenities such as exhibitions are taken place at the convention center. Of course it is not possible to satisfy all the requirement of Humans. Excellent service with reasonable prices.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Staff can't ever do enough to satisfy our needs. Especially the reception staff who are professional, approachable and very friendly. On another note, the rooms are a bit outdated and would need a good freshen up to reflect the current Hilton brand.

We arrived around 9pm due to a cancelled flight out of Larnaca. The staff did a good job under the circumstances. When 100 plus Geordies get plonked in your hotel unexpectedly it is not easy to deal with. We have had a lovely supper and breakfast and a slow morning walk. Now G and T on the balcony in our 5 star exec suite. Happy day.

Nice hotel but could be improved to be a 5* hotel as have stayed in better 4* hotels, although only stayed overnight found the air conditioning in room was very poor which made it uncomfortable to sleep but the bed was very comfortable, not sure if water pressure was low but the shower was very week, overall the hotel seemed clean and staff were friendly wish I was there longer to give better review but then I may have only found other issue's to reduce my rating.

Most enjoyable hotel stay in 48 years. As you would expect, the hotel has very nice, clean, and well-maintained pool, gym, rooms, bars and restaurants. The staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. The stand out difference from other hotels though is their breakfast. Like many other hotel breakfasts, they have a wide selection of high quality items including an entire section of locally sourced traditional delicacies. The difference at the Hilton Park Nicosia is their amazing serving team who exude professionalism, friendliness, and a sincere desire to make each guest’s day and stay the best it can be – which they succeed at spectacularly. I will never stay at any other hotel in Nicosia and will measure the staffs of every other hotel I visit by the incredibly high bar set by this team.

Stay here at least twice a month. Great friendly staff throughout the hotel specially reception. Rooms are always fresh and clean. I travel all over Europe and this is by far my favourite hotel and that's down to the people who work here. Many Thanks.

Great service, great breakfast, great pool. Enjoyed the entertainment at the pool bar (skilled guitarist), the strawberry daiquiris, the gym and the restaurant. Internet was complimentary and worked just fine. Will definitely visit again.

Outstanding Hotel and services!

A good stay for business in Nocosia especially visiting St George's Medical School. Capacious antrum, attentive receptionists, easy access for quick and sustaining breakfast. Standard double rooms clean and quiet. Bar and restaurant very pleasant. Wi-Fi free in lobby but not in rooms. Tariff reasonable. Gym area and facilities very good as was unheated outside pool but a tad cool in October! Only negatives no free water in rooms and charge for Wi-Fi.

Great location but needs renovation asap. We have been visiting the hotel for several years but everything seems to have aged lately High price low value.
