Always plenty of sunbeds, reception staff lovely and helpful. A beautiful hotel all round.

Lovely people, immaculate everywhere, nice friendly staff. Love the policy of not saving sunbeds beautiful views across the Mediterranean.

This is a beautiful hotel well managed with management and staff who cannot do enough for you but at the same time are discreet and not in your face. Friendly professional and always a welcome and always do everything with a smile! Facilities are great from gym, spa, front desk and all staff! Restaurants great food!

We recently returned from a superb trip to Apollonia. Firstly the staff were amazing. Went out of there way to help and care for us. Especially as my daughter got an allergy while she was there and they showed so much care and assistance. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the food was so lovely, even for us Vegetarians. Many thanks we will be back.

We have been at the hotel for 10days and are about to make a very reluctant departure back to England. We can not fault the hotel and it’s staff in any way. Any queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The waitresses and waiters have been fantastic. Cristina and Domin? in the restaurant simply can’t do enough to help and constantly went above and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. Stella from the hotel bar has been fantastic, she has always been a welcoming face and was very helpful in making the decision of what to drink for us, often just leaving the decision to her and awaiting the surprise of what arrives at our table. Our favourite entertainment had to be the guitarist who took interest in welcoming his audience and took the time to interact with each and every group to get to know them a little. Thank you everyone at the hotel for a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful honeymoon at The Royal Apollonia in early November, we got a fantastic sea view room, white roses, champagne and a fruit basket on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the range of premium alcohol available and also the fantastic choice in the main restaurant. All the staff were wonderful and gave us traditional Cypriot hospitality!

Great stay, beautiful pool with direct access to the sea, delicious meals, the staff makes the effort to speak a few words of French, I can only advise you to stay in this establishment.

Nice swimming pool and the sea is very close. You can swim during the days in both places.

My husband has been chasing a refund since March and we have had lots of false promises of a refund from the hotel. Now the hotel will not respond to any of our emails and each time we call and ask if they speak English we get the phone put down on us. Very unprofessional and extremely stressful.

Just back from a weeks all inclusive and the hotel and staff were fantastic, the only negative was the food at times, breakfast was great had a lot to offer, however if like me you are a fussy eater then lunch and dinner can be a problem especially on a themed night, but overall great hotel.

They have got it right here, very well ran. Immaculate, impressed with our stay here.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. From the moment we arrived until we checked out everything was perfect. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From the reception staff, maid, pool bar staff, hotel bar staff, restaurant staff, SPA staff and management-you were all wonderful.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, with air conditioning that is always just right.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of comfortable loungers, pool bar and waiter service round the pool. The quality of the drinks was very good. The views are breathtaking and so relaxing.
Although I didn’t use the SPA (which I wish I had, but definitely will next time), it is absolutely beautiful and the smells are amazing. I didn’t use the indoor pool as the weather was perfect, however again it looked very nice.
We ate in the main restaurant and you have the choice of indoors or outdoors, each meal had plenty of hot and cold choices with a fantastic range of delicious desserts.
Thank you to all at this wonderful hotel and can’t wait to go back. Highly Recommended.

Lovely hotel. Great pool. Japanese Restsurant is great and great value. Right by the sea, with soft, black sand. Generally, great quality food. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is such a lovely hotel and I would fully recommend it to anyone. The view from the sea facing balcony is amazing and is romantic in the evenings. The staff are all very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The dining and catering staff are very friendly and they work like clockwork to make sure everything is tidy and timed well. The hotel itself looks fresh and new with a modern theme. The food is extremely tasty and an absolute work of art, it makes me sad to have to go back to stodgy Britain! Cannot fault this place 5* but couldn’t work out how to rate on Facebook.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Absolute luxury and we have enjoyed every minute. The staff are fantastic but the girls in the meze restaurant especially as with the help from our rep they brought out a amazing birthday cake for me! It was so lovely and tasted amazing! Such a wonderful way to start my 30th birthday off.

Went there on a business trip. They lost my reservation, didn't apologize, gave me a shitty room and didn't compensate me in any way. The pool & beach are nice, but the staff is not so professional.

Good hotel, everyone liked it. The world, the world, the club. A few restaurants. Read more with their umbrellas and lekami. There is a spa with their pool, sauna (in her really not be). Thank you.

Great hotel, great location by the sea. The staff are super nice always with a smile. The food is great plus you have two restaurants. Great pool with a private beach. Five minutes away from the hotel you have starbucks, super market and a pizza place. The hotel has a good spa and gym.

The hotel is In a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Were really surprised that the stay in the pool area is just a guest of €25 per day with the issuance of a towel, on the bail of the document ( ( (very expensive, horror as ( ( (from the restaurants you can dine only in Acakico…

Service is second to none, food excellent and superbly located.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here around March 2018. We both had an absolutely lovely time at the hotel. The food was outstanding, the rooms were immaculate and the views are stunning. But what makes this hotel one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of staying at are the staff. Each and every member of staff will go to the ends of the earth to ensure your stay is the best it can be. They will take the time to learn your names and room number, what you like to eat, like to drink and where you like to sit when you go to eat. One good example would be when my girlfriend got sick during our stay. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and cared for, arranged for transport to the hospital and even had flowers sent up to our room. The staff made us feel truly special. Should you ever visit Limassol, try to get a room here. You will not regret it and we can't wait to book our next holiday here.

Executive Suite a little kitch and below European standards. For the rest it is very good and beautiful spa as well as outdoor swimming pool and private beach.

Comfortable room, hospitable staff, nice public areas, super wi fi, delicious food & easy to get around outside. Bus stop nearby, to go into Limassol town centre & marina/old town. Or you can walk into town 45mins, all flat.

Chic 5 star hotel with little quirks in service. Maybe as a German it bothers me too quickly to clear the deck, which waits too long for the operation at the bar or that is required for signature… Even if I'm here on business, I want to be able to relax in the evening.
This plant specializes mainly in Russians and English.
Many employees speak perfectly Russian and well-understood English.
In the evening there is live music… My taste does not meet this!
The two in-house restaurants must be mentioned as a special Plus! Very upscale and Super delicious cuisine! A Japanese and a Meze restaurant — I can only recommend both of them warmly! As a hotel guest you get 20% discount.

Cleaning depends on the maid, one of them even water is not wiped, which from the jacket dripped after the rain. Food is impeccable. For every taste. And vegetarians and on, a large selection of cheeses, greens. The managers at the reception are always ready to help (Sara, Cristina), any problems will be solved. The sea is right under the window, it is a pity that now is not the season to swim. Pay attention to the maids as well so everything is very good.

A wonderful place to stay. The food is first class. Staff are happy to see to your every need. This was our first visit to Cyprus and we would stay hear again highly recommended.

Rested in the first half of October, families with children (5 and 8 years). We arrived in the morning. We welcomed at the reception, ate Breakfast and spent in booked us a room (family with sea views). Here all positive moments suddenly began slowly to end. A room on the second floor, with the most extreme views of the roof projecting restaurant: the constant noise of the kitchen air conditioning, the clatter of dishes, cooking odors and tobacco smell! Silence came at 11 at night and started almost 7 am. Recommendation for tourists: take a room higher up and further away from the restaurant (on the right side of the corridor). Twice we were asked us to move — but the answer is "no Seats"! The balcony on the roof and somewhere in the distance — not the sea. The territory is very small. Do not turn around, not walk. The pools are not very clean, there is always a lot of sand. Children with a cold, almost icy. My children simply didn't love. Fled to the sea, even there in October it was warmer than in children. Pool. Animation almost no. And if you read the reviews below, you will understand that 1 animator for the whole hotel — this is not animation. Alena (by the way, she's a great animator), there was not even fresh markers and good pencils, paper gold. The angle at which the designated children's area is dirty, never saw that there were cleaning. All dirty Sarabande broken. And even with all this she tried and played with the children.

I expected a bit more for a five star hotel. One night the smoke alarm started by an error and we just got a sorry these things happen, not impressed with the answer given. Breakfast could be better nothing compared with the Hilton or Marriots breakfast.

The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly, unobtrusive. Lots of services. Breakfast, restaurant and service during breakfast-4. Very good restaurants on the menu. Comfortable beach. A lot of sunbeds at the pools and on the beach.

They did it again. Once more the staff at the apollonia have made our stay feel like home from home. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful nothing is too much for them each and every one of them. We have such a wonderful time every time we go that we continue going back every year. The service is excellent, the rooms and the rest of the hotel are immaculate. Not many people give credit to the cleaners but I feel I have to say the whole place is spotless. Even the outside toilets are spotlessly clean and you can't say that about many hotels. A very well done to you all and thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Nicely redecorated rooms and good food quality. However the lobby service is slow and lobby area not clean up to 5*.

Arrival — very fast and kind of aggressive. No harm meant but still not so comfortable. Stay — most of the room was renovated. The safe and phone were very very old. Breakfast is okay — not more. Bad coffee and vegetables. The pool is great and so is the service by the pool. Leave — checkout was awful.

This hotel is one of the nicest in Limassol, very well kept. Professional personnel, good views, all 4-star amenities, which you can get for a 3-star price booking upfront. It is located a bit far from the old town of Limassol (10 minutes ride on a public bus or 30 minutes walk), but it is well reflect in the price. Surrounding area is OK, yet I didn't like a feel of almost 100% tourist-targeted businesses. You better go other pace to eat and shop.

Excellent, renovated 5* hotel in the tourist area of Limassol, on the beach. Parking, highway access, excellent for conferences and events.

We stayed in November 2015. Room Worst disappointment is ceramic room floor, not cosy at all and there was no carpet. It was a very a hot day and a/c was already switched to heat mode and hotel staff was unable to switch it back. However fan was offered. Bathroom doors is a joke as it is not possible to close them fully (it consists of two parts). The bath plug is broken, so you cannot take a bath as it leaks the water. Light switch is old fashioned and makes an unpleasant noise. Housekeeping is another story, they ignored the do not disturb sign an kept knocking for a minute, and then they opened the door with their key saying they must check the minibar. On a positive note, the breakfast was nice. Reception staff friendly. Great sea view and location, you can walk to shops/restaurants or take a bus/taxi to go to old town.

I stayed there with my wife in October 2015 for 9 days. The hotel is located on a beach and there was not too many holiday makers. No difficulty finding free sunbeds. Was peaceful and pleasant overall, the weather was sunny. The hotel interior is bland and lacking, very dark bathroom with no light above the bath. Literally 50 shades of grey, probably the worst 5-star hotel interior I have ever seen. The breakfast was good, it is hard to get eggs, bacon and croissants wrong. Otherwise, the food in all hotel restaurants and room service food were a bit horrible. No fresh juices apart from orange one. The beach is not private. Locals walk in along the shore and use the beach and facilities. One morning at 09:00 they used an extremely noisy drill for an hour which was beyond annoying. The magnetic key cards stopped working every day. Other guests suffered from the same issue.  

A very good impression. Accommodation and food is decent, the staff is positive, clean sea, interesting excursions. Spoil all of our… but they couldn't spoil the holiday. Superb hotel would recommend.

Hello! Who reads me and who else will read the reviews about the hotel Royal Apollonia beach. We went in January of 2015 from 02 to 06 January 2015. Weekend tour. Regretted that he had not taken a trip for 2 weeks. The place is just magical. Limassol came along and wide. The hotel and Bar and telephone. Spa, swimming pool inside the hotel, around the Hotel pool, the sea is 50 metres away. The extraordinary purity. The wait staff speaks Russian, and the hotel has 80 percent of Russian tourists and only 20 per cent of the British, Germans, Spaniards. The English school curriculum enough to feel comfortable in a foreign country. There's even the English speak English, so the language has not been canceled. Very friendly people. Visited through the tour operator Biblio Globus temple Kikskaya of the mother of God. Does not transmit sensations. We went to places of Aphrodite. I found 4 heart of stone and brought them to Russia. Did not want to leave. Transfer from Airport to Hotel and back is included in the tour price. So there were no problems. However at the Airport took the shampoo, which I took from Moscow and hair balm. And Patrascu water is also selected. Everything you buy in duty Free you can bring on the plane. Who else was in Limassol? Pack your bags and come and enjoy! I strongly advise) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ).

The Royal Apollonia 5 star Hotel will ensure that you get the best taste of Limassol Cyprus making it an unforgettable holiday to this beautiful island. The staff is hotel's strongest point.

Hotel is great after makeover despite it has lost a lot of charm. Nevertheless, the bar food is a disgrace (dry burger, uneatable chicken, cesar salad everything else but what is is called). We have ordered as well some food from their sushi joint as we have been at the kids pool. We waited for ages, and when we asked where our food is we got told (unfriendly) that they do not bring the food 20 yards to the terrace. And we are not allowed to eat it there neither. Only a discussions with the manager (who seemed to hide) got us an apology. Their breakfast buffet can not compete with other hotels, even 4 stars. On top of all, despite when booked we have been told that their dead sea spa is fully operational we had to realised that it is not even installed. Seems that they just tricked us to get our custom. So after all use their rooms but consider twice to eat there as Limassol offers many more much better value-for-money places.

All very good, especially the kitchen. Sports Hall is a masterpiece, baths and also Finnish and Turkish. Rooms small but comfortable but the main atmosphere of rest is correct.

The Royal Apollonia looks great after the recent renovation. A complete makeover transformed this 5 star hotel to a paradise in Limassol. The hotel's pool is propably the best in Cyprus. Luxurious rooms, clean beach, nice view, delicious breakfast and finally an unbelievable stuff team with a great manager.

Cool hotel, but gym generally one word; not enough sunbeds! In General, clen poorly understands.
