On arrival a nice warm welcome from staff. Hotel very clean and tidy. Swimming pool and pool bar great cheers.

This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine who stayed there earlier this year. We arrived very late and was welcomed in best way we would have been welcomed. From all the places we visit over the past few years this was the only one where we spend alot of time here. Very family friendly, loads of options for breakfast rich menu by the pool with food and drinks and all the staff was friendly that we felt upset that we couldn’t even stay to know them a bit better! The beach and city centre are both located within 2 minute walking and the view from balcony it’s just out of this world! We will definitely be back here in the next few years and already started to recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you for making our staying here a dream!

It's clear. Rooms with fresh repairs. Polite staff. Wi-Fi at 5 degrees. The beach is very close. The food is European.

Essentially the hotel is three stars, but I would give five) ) ) The rooms are good, the gym is free. Two pools. Internet throughout the hotel is free) to the sea 2 minutes. The chef works wonders, everything is very tasty and varied! The only downside is cleaning.

Location The hotel was renovated in 2017, everything is clean, neat, light and cozy. We had a family room with a sea view. To the sea 2 minutes to go. The "type" of the main walking street is also 2 minutes. As for me, the hotel is ideally located. There is no noise from cafes and restaurants. The road is also on the sidelines. In general, the silence… And that's what I needed! Only on Saturdays arrange shows in the café at the hotel, in which breakfast and dinner are served, but then it is up to 23, so the norm! The staff is friendly, polite, smiling) The Russian language is less aware. Overall I put 5!

Very quiet, cozy, new hotel near the sea, with free gym, swimming pool and sunbeds. Food in the morning and in the evening, always tasty and varied (not even want to dine). Drinks are paid during dinner. The Internet is excellent in all areas. Cleaning every day. Close to the hotel and across the road supermarkets. On the high floors there is a chance to see the fountains show for free. Reception-English, the restaurant has Russian waiters. There was not enough driving, very quiet, as in the library. At the site of the guide I would hire a couple of animation girls, for games with children and some program for adults (always in the evening you can arrange Mafia, cards or other board games). Need to watch out for the odd slack cleaner but other than that, perfect little hotel near all the best bits of Protaras.

There has been a lot of updating to the hotels and villas in and around Protaras. This hotel is now a really smart and well run little hotel. Perfect for the beach and the strip. The breakfast is good too. I think we will be back here. We will be back here.

Modern hotel with good location and great Wi-Fi Disadvantages: 1) Quaint climate control in the room… It is impossible to make comfortable conditions.
2) breakfasts over monotonous 3) Room cleaning very rare phenomenon.

The food is not in the best, except for breakfast, there's no point in taking anything, even a lot of restaurants where you can eat, and walk to the sea on foot 100, it's not the first line, as stated. Repair of Novyj_ all rebuilt in July 2017, the rooms are spacious.
The service in the restaurant is very good.
