We had a really nice stay. All employees are very friendly. The hotel is near to the beach. Nice pool, nice garden. Good food and good entertainment in the bar. 👍

An excellent hotel in a perfect position for the beach. Clean spacious rooms; food very fresh & varied daily, with 2themed nights per week. Staff were/ are excellent with no exemptions from the time we arrived until we left everyone was friendly & helpful.

Very good hotel but we’re staying at Grecian bay.

A hotel that is very hostile towards stray animals. Two of their employees especially, Mr. Makarios and Mr. Passaris, have been blaming the local Animal Welfare volunteers for the existence of stray animals in the area.

The staffs are wow, they are so friendly and very nice staff, it's not hotel you feel that you are at Home.

I spent there three wonderful days this summer. Nice and gentil staff. Clean rooms with breathtaking views. Coming back for sure.

Was here 20 years ago, better than ever, got bottle of champagne on arrival! Sea views are fantastic! Room clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful! Food is excellent! Love the location, just outside of main Ayia napa, so quite, but in walkable distance if you fancy a night of fun!

Great place room size are good, beach access is available, the good thing about the location is that you have sand beach and rock cliffs, very calm, every thing is close (pool beach rooms restaurant),

Great Hotel in the Better part of Ayia Napa, Adults Only, quite place ideal to relax and escape the crazyness of Ayia Napa. Very good food, ideal for couples.

A very nice place to spend a relaxing holiday, the pool the beach the food are awesome. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are very good and clean and very well serviced. Not too fare from aya napa square where the shops restaurants and pubs are, about 10 min walk. I surely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, away from noise, but you can walk to the entertainment in 10 minutes.

Been a customer for more than 15 years, love the place and would recommend it for anyone and everyone of all ages. You’ll love it if you’re a young couple or a family with kids. The Breakfast is so good with plenty to chose from, rooms are clean with AC. The pool is big with a side kiddie pool and life guard, the access to the beach is within the hotel. I would give it 10 stars but I gave 4 for the following, Wi-Fi is too slow and keeps logging out could invest into higher speed, also been a customer for so long and never once been offered a discount or free stays as most hotels do, my boys are under 1 years old I still had to pay for them, they didn’t even tell us about the kids club we found out by luck. They offer babysitters as well.

Nice hotel, but for a couple with a small child is not a convenient location. Good breakfasts, and lunches and dinners are not very.

The hotel is of a good standard. The only thing at the reception is xenophobic: I didn't want to speak Russian, I thought she didn't know it. However, the friend said she was the one who had spoken to her at the Russian the day before. At the next 5 hotel we were kindly on a broken Russian showed the way to the Grecian Sands Hotel.

Great hotel. Location Clean and groomed area. There is everything you need both in the rooms and on the territory. Clean beach.

Super location, quiet but still close to Ayia Napa center. Close to the beach. The hotel's beach deck chairs have always been occupied before breakfast, which I thought was a shame. The staff was very nice and could be good English. I found our room a little too small. What is disturbing is that the bed is not a double bed, but two single nice ones shoved together. Breakfast might be slightly better, eg with fresh fruit and not as much from the tin. The "Roof Burger" restaurant is really nice and worth a visit.

Courteous, lovely and friendly employees. Delicious food. Can't be closer to the beach. Free sunbets one stair to the beach. Huge pool. Tasty "Roof Burger Bar" on the top of the hotel. We love it and we will came back.

A wonderful stay in a very high quality resort. The nature, the beauty of the site, the architecture of the hotel, but what impressed us most is the kindness, and the great professionalism of the staff. A big thank you to the reception service, with the only person who speaks admirably well French, and Andreas without forgetting the other people. A fabulous service with Kiki at the pool bar, and Michel and all his team at the restaurant. The restoration is of quality. The setting is different several times a week, sometimes in a very chic restaurant, or on the seaside in a friendly atmosphere, and a show twice a week. There is no intensive animation, it is the greatest calm for the happiness of all. The pool is large enough to rest and bathe, with a sufficient number of seats. A mini beach of 50 armchairs close to the pool, and finally the beach less than 2 mn in front of the hotel. You have to go there to rest and discover a great quality of service and kindness. Thank you to the whole team for its fabulous moments of sharing.

At €275 a night, at a so called 4 star hotel you would expect near perfection. The only reason I have not given a poor review is because my partner and I really enjoyed the pool and beach area. As you will see from the uploaded photos to tripadvisor, our bed was so inviting to come back to every day. 4 star quality right? And what can I say about the pillows, as soon as you placed your head on them, you were touching the mattress (not to mention the immaculate condition they were in, NOT). Who places smudged/dirty pillow cases? To make maters worst, I had to ask on a DAILY basis for facial towels and bath mats. Yes, a bath mat was rarely left for us. Now, you would also expect a 4 star hotel to have a business center right? Wrong. In this case, staff would kindly direct you to their partner hotel just a few meters down the road right? Wrong again. It almost seemed a nuisance to ask. When you go on a holiday and stay at what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, you have certain expectations. After all you are paying for a level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, Grecian Sands has a long way to go to achieve such 4 star standards. Maybe take a look at your partner hotel Grecian Bay for some inspiration. There is no apology needed from the hotel management. Your apologetic energy should be best placed on achieving 4 star service for your clients rather than spending it replying to online negative/average reviews.

An excellent hotel. Vacationing here in 2010. Beautiful beach, comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious food. Cons: do not put your drinks in the fridge-bar, at departure you draw the cheque of all drinks from the mini bar, fridge, drunk Mall when this will make appearance that do not understand what is involved and suddenly don't understand English, žulât a little.

Nice, quiet hotel on the edge of the city.

The hotel is very good. The food is wonderful. Never for eleven days is not repeated food! In room cleaned every day, change towels etc. View from the balcony unusual one side of the garden with a little pond on the other side sea view. The beach was very interesting arranged. Was about two beach. One who, directly by the sea was paid, as many hotels were located on the second line and they were forced to pay or just lying on the sand. And the second Plage, who was on a small hill — totally free. Strangers on it was not. Only from the hotel. As to the sea had спскаться 5 steps, so we even had a useful after a heavy saturation of the stomach. Beach towels, sun loungers, parasols on such a «porch» for free. And the sea of pure transparent water. I do not even believe hundred happens sea. Leaving melancholy, but will definitely return to Cyprus.

Quite a decent hotel, the area is small, the food is excellent, rooms spacious, by the way, many restaurants and shops.
