Very nice, good food, friendly staff, very comfortable beds. very nicely decorated. Lovely swimming pools, good facilities, cannot fault anything except that they use plastic drinking straws. We went to a Relatives wedding whilst staying here brilliant day. Rooms air conditioned. Really good holiday.

Nice hotel. But they water the drinks down. Entertainment is minimal even though the thomascook reps do their best. Should be classed as a three star. But it is right on the beach so the location as far as the beach is concerned it is great.

The Dome Beach Hotel Cyprus is a place where you can go to relax or have fun. It is very child friendly and the food… Wow the food is gorgeous. There are lots of amenities here and just a short walk down the road is Aiya Napa where there are shops galore and the nightlife is well… Loud. The staff at The Dome Beach Hotel are second to none. Maria, Nicos, George, Alex and all the staff were amazing. They want you to enjoy your stay with them and will do anything possible to make it the most memorable holiday you will have. We love it here and to think this may be the last holiday we will spend here is really sad. Everyone should try this hotel at least once in their lives. Gosh we absolutely love the people here. ❤️❤️❤️

The building is too old for me and so secluded. To the main road about 15 minutes.

Not a 4 or five start hotel I would say its 2 starts! but am rating it o1 star! very very poor service from a chef of the egg count a lady. She was abrupt and made it unpleasant. I stayed here in oct 2017. The facilitys are akso not great.

The hotel is not worth the money, the Russians are very bad.

Good hotel, only stayed one night here so didn’t get to make a full on judgement but very clean, nice rooms, good poolside area.

Me and my husband got married here in July it is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly and are happy to help you with anything you need.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, good pools and facilities. Very enjoyable stay. Shame there weren't many kids interested in the kids club, but it was out of school holidays. Close enough to Agia Napa to visit, but not too close for families.

Very nice hotel, good selection of food and drinks.

Fantastic attitude towards babies and toddlers, including as much milk as you need, — food is multiple choice but only slight veriations per day, staff were very well mannered and felt very comfortable to be around, kids pool is full of free inflatables that the adults ruin and burst by being silly themselves on. Beach charges for beds and umbrella — not good. Entertainment was extremely basic and poor, even though the entertainment staff did their best with what looked like no budget at all. Generally nice clean friendly place that makes you feel welcome even if your little one is throwing food all over the place!

The location is excellent, hotel is old.

We've had a fabulous holiday the weather was perfect and I would definitely return to Cyprus. However I would not return to the Dome Beach! We have stayed in much nicer hotels and had we not booked a junior suite with private pool and sun loungers we probably would have requested a transfer to another hotel. It appears to be an old hotel which they have TRIED to modernise in parts and failed. The hotel is clean but in desperate need of a major overhaul. The real downside was the dining for me, the Japanese and Greek a la carte we’re ok but the buffet dining was like feeding time at the zoo. We ate out in Aiya Napa for three evenings. The majority of the staff appear to be working very long shifts, serving breakfast early in the morning to concierge in the evening and as a result tired and unhappy. No late check out available and due to a late flight this was disappointing and considering we didn’t arrive until 2130. Check out was at 1200 mid day but we were bothered on 4 separate occasions from 0900 to vacate the room. This is definitely not a 4* resort. This was booked last minute due to having to cancel our original honeymoon to Cuba, due to this being our honeymoon understandably we wanted it to be perfect and maybe we were expecting a little too much.

Nice staff, clean rooms, closed to the beach, friendly for family with children.

Very disappointed. This is my 2nd time at this hotel the first being about 6 years ago, but since then it has gone down hill. Food was very basic. There is no snack bar. The so called snacks are what's left over from breakfast and the same after lunch. The rooms are ok for 2 but if you have paid for a 3rd adult be aware that the 3rd bed is a fold up with a really skinny mattress. Not good. The decor is dated and the outside furniture is filthy. Tomas cook has made it a signature hotel just because you can have a wedding but I would give it a 3 star rating. Compared to other 4 star hotels it's a very poor standard. You are only allowed to change your towels every 3 days and if you miss the time it's tough. We ended up having ours for 6 days due to going on an excursion. Definitely do not deserve the 4 star.

The hotle is very clean and well keep, the staff are frienely and help full. Most staff speach english.

I was at a hotel nearby, and it was just a look. I liked everything.

Honestly? Did not like. Of course, I can't call his assessment an objective, but nevertheless… In my case, it so happened: this hotel is not able to accept us for some reason and put my family in a four star hotel. And then we moved to the Nissiana. I agree that one star, there is definitely a difference, but I certainly didn't think so… Maybe because of what happened to me this situation, I felt the difference most keenly. Now, finally, let's turn to the differences: first, Nissiana we felt like on holiday in sanatoriums Tuapse, have not felt this abroad, which attracted soy family when ordering tickets. In a four star hotel came many foreigners, with whom it was interesting to learn. By this point, I can add about the evening performances in the more expensive hotels musicians were much nicer. Secondly, the food is, of course, heaven and earth. Less choice and quality — Nissiana. In fact, this is just what fell in my heart… "what I am? ", — you will ask. And the fact that, in my subjective opinion, it is better to dig and really enjoy your holiday ABROAD.

Very noisy hotel with some annoying problems, like the bathroom door not being closable.

The hotel is quite old and unfortunately not well kept. In this case, I want to say what is management such a result.

Good all inclusive hotel, very good staff, very helpful and responsive. Lovely private beach. Rooms good but not very imaginative. Good Wi-Fi signal, local 4g signal of good to.

Terrible run down old hotel that's not only in dire need of renovation, but possible some staff that actually cares as well. On top of that, the food was terrible, regardless of meal and I'm glad we didn't pay for full board. The only upside was the spa, as the massage was good. Note that this is a wedding hotel, don't go here for a holiday, as you'll be annoyed by the noise from rowdy neighbours.

At the beach on weekends run visitors only for a fee: (set in the water very poor, Rocky, the beach itself is not very clean, child swim problematic. Good that municipal beach is located nearby,
but sunbeds and umbrellas there for the money. The hotel itself is already poiznosilsâ, previously the situation I think still it was pleasant to the eyes. The entire interior of the hotel is designed in the style of 70-80 years. And that's a very good kitchen, prepare tasty.

Not pleased with the fact that few speak English, few amenities, small drink menu, but good food.

Great location. Gorgeous beach Macrones. The water Park and amusement Park within a 10 minute driving distance. I liked everything.

Poor quality food for Italians … animation English only … very poor hygiene and cleanliness … good all inclusive … Cyprus is lovely. Would stay on the island but not this hotel.

Lovely staff, great all inclusive hotel, fab for families and right on the beach. Around 20-30 min walk into Ayia Napa and 10 mins from the gorgeous Nissi Beach! Great location. Defo recommend!

OK tourist spot which does a lot of wedding parties. Can be noisy. Butlins. With the guarantee of sun. Good beaches and v. Good for families with kids well looked after.

The "dome" is a good address! Very clean, spacious facility with wide range for each to recommend. A large swimming pool and a smaller lagoon pool area are a welcome facility for both adults and children. The clean sandy beach is flat, sloping with some rocks, through which you will reach but very comfortable on sandy soil and no slippers in the sea. The water is clean and clear. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone and refrigerator. For AI Bucher everything free of charge, just like even the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool! Only the in-room safe costs € 2 per day. Absolutely top meals! All meals in buffet style with a huge selection and super quality. There's is a rating by another guest "Worst food for 40 years"! Absolute nonsense! All in all note 1. Whether you are a couple or family, for everyone there is. We'd leave again.
