Very good attention. Cleaning. Quality of services.

I still meet my children at the hotel… We have had a wonderful few days, very good attention from the staff, varied food and d bna quality…
Book to spend at the hotel the 15 d my girl and she has been very pleased there was a very good detail x part of the place for my girl with a reservation for a restaurant and a bottle of champagne q placed in her room, all great, it is wonderful q take into account these celebrations…
As a recommendation I could refer to a variety of night activities but as for the rest, all excellent 👏👏 … I recommend you all to visit the HOTEL ROC ARENAS DORADAS… Thank you x your good service…

Well I am very delighted with the hotel very good attention I went to spend my birthday and without words the super clean rooms and the super nice waitress touched me on the 410 and her name is Elisabeth a magnificent person I am very grateful and I hope to visit them again I would like to improve the theme of the food and otherwise I have no complaint and I hope the always spectacular animation continues.

Loved every minute of our vacation and the food was great! All the hotel employees are so wonderful and caring!

I consider that the performance of the workers is not bad only that there are many customers in the installation and for this reason the customer service is not the best although they try their best … In addition, the preparation of food is worrying and the temperature with which some are served is not the best to me understand lacks much of dynamics, direction and organization why the resources are and I believe modestly that on many occasions they are wasted unnecessarily mind … as is the case last night at the New Year's Eve dinner. Varied products of very good quality and expensive in the poorly prepared and cold market which brings with it a discontent in the customers otherwise a very treatable friendly staff but that everyone does not have the same sense of belonging …

Very good attention, the service is excellent, everything very cozy, clean, in order I suggest you visit it.

The hotel has terrible conditions, the attentions are terrible, the rooms lack hygiene after q you pay so much money which they do not give you, you enter at 4 in the afternoon and they take you out after 12 osea day you pay for less time than the q you consume, and to enter before you must pay a Sta of 240cup above what you paid and if you want to continue consuming in time q they themselves they took away 1000pesos, it really is a desepcion.

We just got back from our 4th stay at the ROC, the staff is super friendly, and the entertainment staff does an amazing job at getting the guests involved in the games that are going on around the pool and at the ocean.

The staff is amazing, Client Services, restaurant, maintenance, bar, front desk all attentive to your needs. I love the place!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and always has a Smile on his lips. Just a super good Service, you can ask what you want, there is an answer… no Matter whether with the hands and feet, or English and Spanish is always. I think it is a class Hotel.

The best resort in Varadero Cuba amazing staff make you feel right at home!

Just got back today from a week in paradise. What makes it so special is the staff. Food was great, room was great, activities and all, but it means nothing without staff that are simply the best! There is a reason why I keep going there all the time :-)

The staff is amazing and for my first time the food was great amazing chefs very welcoming and beautiful sunsets.

Love love love this place! the beach is amazing and the staff is the best of the best! They make our visits amazing! I now call them my friends and family! miss them dearly! The food is good and the renovations and changes are awsome… was my third visit last april 2019. And we are planning our next one already! cannot say enough about this gem!

For the first time in Cuba and I fell in love with the country immediately! The sea, the beach, the people, everything is like I imagined it! Often I read negative reviews about the food, the Service, etc. To do This, I must say that most of them have a very different idea. Many try to compare a 4 star Hotel in Cuba with European Hotels. That is completely wrong! It is, obviously, not exactly like, for example. In European countries! The country, the people don't have a lot of money, etc. And still you give everything to create for tourists a wonderful holiday! MANY THANKS TO ROC ARENAS DORADAS! Particularly, I would like to say THANK you to our maid Yackeline! Every time everything is spic and span! And always welcome, what you conjure up from the bed covers! Then a super praise to the whole Team in the Cafeteria, especially Norberto! The fresh Smoothie made to order in the morning! GRACIAS
Obama (,, catastrophe’) is also a very funny guy, makes for a lot of Animation on the beach or by the Pool! Always funny, win a Havana bottles so always nice to play if you listen to Obama whistle! The best Café's in the Cafèbar in Nuyris! Great woman and always very friendly! All in all, I've been super happy with my holiday! The food, the atmosphere, the sea. Everything is wonderful! I can only recommend
Note: This beach towels bring (as a precaution). There are often no more. But that's not bad!

We have just returned home after a wonderful days of vacation in this complex, a wonderful environment especially recommended to travelers who like the beach very much, has one of the best that we have seen in our life, also has the lujazo that it is accessed directly from its wonderful gardens (it is worth highlighting the work and friendliness of all the gardeners, we will especially remember the smile of the one who works next to the dining room).
The rooms are spread throughout the complex and are two storeys, we were lucky to have hit ground floor, we didn't have to climb a single step on all the holidays, let alone take any elevator, leave the room directly to the garden, and almost to the beach, it is great, and it was also quite clean, thanks Zullin.
Breakfast papayas and ripe mangoes a luxury, at least for us who where we live are not found.
And what to say about the delicious coffee that Niurys (breakfast) and Maria (table), of the best we have tried, we have not missed a single day to the cafeteria, so good that we did not throw sugar to not spoil its flavor, a hug for both of us.
The Caribbean music group was very good.

The hotel is nice. They kept running out of plates, silverware and cups. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was nice too.

What a terrible experience we’ve had. They ran out of clean towels prior to our arrival so we had to use the same tiny towel for an entire week. The rooms were disgusting and extremely unsanitary. Blood and poop stains all over the bed and shower curtain. The staff there was always miserable. You have to tip them a lot for them to give you the tiniest amount of average customer service. The food was so bad but it’s Cuba so that’s a given. The beach was awesome but even that can’t help their rating because our overall experience was simply way below normal.

This was my second stay at this resort. It far exceeded my expectations. The staff are so friendly and genuinely treat you like family. There were so many little extras and so much love put into our stay. I can't wait to come back to our second home in Cuba. Absolutely the best resort in varadero. We miss you already!

It's not a bad resort for the price. Far from perfect but enjoyable. We switched buildings as our first rooms were unacceptable. The staff were accomadating with this (not speedy but pleasant) and the new rooms were much better. The food was below avg. Even for Cuba but we never went hungry, including the kids. For lunch go to the beach restaurant only! The resort is not fancy and somewhat plain but in decent shape. Just a little bit of effort would do this place wonders (example mold at the water level on the pool bar tiles and lots of it, just scrub it). The staff were lovely no complaints there. Beach is beautiful and pool was warm. For the money the place is sufficient but not overwhelming. All about expectations.

The beds and rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and most of the staff were pretty nice. Food and drinks are included, however, I cannot be sure of the quality as I was overrun with an uncomfortable stomach ache for a day and a half. If you are hungry during the night, there is a snack bar open throughout where you can grab yourself something to eat. Entertainment (which is also included) was simple, but entertaining nonetheless. In the back, there is a clean beach with a fantastic view and clear waters where you can sometimes find a school of tiny fish. Great place for a vacation!
