It’s is a super relaxing hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean. I’m very pleased with my stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Cuba. Been twice and are planning our 3rd visit to have our wedding. Amazing staff make this place special. My home in Cuba. My favourite place in the world.

It is the second time that my partner and I visited the hotel, almost all the staff reminded us of the last visit, the service is excellent and very personalized, they make you feel at home.

Only arrived yesterday but so far very impressed. Room lovely, staff great, food — good selection, tasty & plentiful. Free bar helps too😂😂😂

I can’t fault anything, the rooms are great, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding nothing is too much trouble. I forgot my adapter, I told my rep and the maintenance guy came to my door to lend me one. I call that above and beyond.

My name is Lisbet Viera I have been waiting for months for a refund of a reservation that I could not enjoy due to the pandemic and for not opening her hotel in Cuba. If I don't write, no one attends, they only entertain me every time I do it and time continues to run. Please take care to make reservations with them at this stage where a strain arises every day and we will not know if you can enjoy vacations and they are not worried about returning in case of not opening their hotels.

This is a Hotel where we are sure not to be mistaken.
You like golf, catamaran ride or whatever, that's where it happens. Hotel very well directed, secure.
The must is the food, excellent.
Very large spacious room, very large balcony, separated perfectly for privacy if you want to sit late.
Room worthy of a luxury hotel but affordable.
Amazing view and wow pool design.
In the evening there is a chef who serves as a small lunch at the entrance to the beach.
Superb bar and authentic staff.
Dance floor in the evening, even classes or in the afternoon on Latin dances, very appreciatedė.
In short of its architecture it is majestic by its height inside where everything is chic.
Perfect for those who love the south but not too much to be disoriented.

Falta de respeto del hotel.
Lack of ethics on the part of the hotel. Days before the reservation decides not to open and does not relocate customers. A facility that does not respect its customers is unreliable.

Total Lack Of Professionalism They take out offers 2 months ago to later say q will not open and without relocation a total total disillusionment.

From the first day until departure everything was 5 stars, its staff is the best I have seen on the peninsula. Luxury pool, excellent rooms, Masterchef restaurants, everything… A hotel to forget the problems.

I had a reservation. I couldn't travel through the pandemic. I asked you to please move the reservation for next year. They didn't. I lost a lot of money. They didn't care at all.
Terrible attention! Don't go.

Despite the alarm situation by COVID-19 and the cancellation of our flight, this hotel does not offer us a refund of the amount.
Also, they don't even respond to the more than 50 emails sent.
Very, very unhappy with the service.

Really great experience, avoid race for beds at the pool as they are copious and beach is a 2 minute walk and is idyllic. Always stuff organised to do but you don't have to take part, only bad thing I have to say is that the breakfast buffet could change around a bit but there's so much choice you can just avoid eating the same thing. Highly recommended.
