The hotel I liked very much and I must rate 10 the service and attention, the only thing that should improve a little is the waiter service in the pool since a person can not cover all the orders and therefore sometimes it takes a little, but usually everything perfect, l exquisite food and extreme cleanliness!

It is a cozy hotel with an exquisite service and all the staff very friendly. Have a lot of quality at all. For something I've been rooming there for 10 years. Is my home in Havana.

We have been staying 10+ days and can highly recommend this fantastic hotel. Whilst rooms are clean and breakfast choice is great, do not expect the room being made regularly nor that room service like coffee/drinks in the fridge are replaced daily… another rather ennoing thing is getting a taxi. It could be organized much better. Otherwise, staff is mostly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this first stay in Cuba and can highly recommend the hotel, particularly if you visit first time Havana. Its very good located and you will find many thing to discover right around the hotel.

Live music almost all day in the fabulous lobby bar — makes for a great atmosphere.

Started off so well but went down hill from there. Check in was straight forward and the room was nice enough although a little damp smelling. They kept my passport for ID verification, when asking for it's return the next day was told they didn't have it. After a few minutes it was found. 2 nights later, water poured through the light fitting in the bathroom, from the room above. Fortunately we had just finished showering as I am not sure how that would have ended. Took 5 hours to have us moved and this ruined a meal out which we had booked. Strangely, the front desk didn't seem to understand the seriousness of the situation with regards to water and electricity, and I was disturbed by the fact the fuse didn't trip. Upon check-out, there was no offer of a good-will gesture after the bathroom incident, plus the card machine wasn't working, yet money was pending on my card when I arrived home — after paying cash to settle the bar and room bill. Fortunately my bank stopped the payment once I returned to England. A real shame, as it seemed an elegant hotel in a good location, with great roof-top pools but the customer service is where it falls down.

Worthy of 5 stars. Giving it 4 because breakfast could be improved. B/fast area way too small! The staff were super no matter where you were in the hotel. Facilities brilliant! Bell boys amazingly helpful and felt super safe especially with the kids!

Of the best hotels in Havana. Located in the centre next to the Capitol, the Malecón and the historic centre. Very nice views from its terrace on which there is a good size pool and a restaurant. The food was very good and if you for topics of allergies they have that preparartela of some special way please do not hesitate to ask. At the breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of things. The croissants the best I've tasted.

To The Iberostar Parque Central Management and Staff, I would like to thank all the staff and management for a recent awesome stay at you hotel. From the moment I walked in I felt like a 5 star special guest. The 3 day stay was one of the best experiences I had in Cuba. From the room to the pool to lounges to the restaurants to the cigar shop my time spent at the hotel was memorable and will be sure to stay with you again and will highly recommend to all my friends that this is the place to stay in Old Havana. We visited the hotel's rooftop for the amazing view of the city as well as to have a drink and food. I didn't like the sangria as I could feel the crunch of the sugar in between my teeth. The tuna salad sandwich was good but it came with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on the plate, which I thought was an odd flavor combo. The rooftop also has a pool and hot tub which I asked and was told is only for the hotel's guests. The lobby was lively and beautiful with greenery, a glass roof and live music.

Great location and the view from the swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good with a great variety. Our room was spacious and clear. The staff was polite and helpful. It gets a bit noisy at night form the street but I could cope with it. I would strongly recommend it.

Visited the restaurant. The person that greets at the door was reluctant to use my credit card. The waitresses and waiters were awesome — very friendly and courteous. Quick service. The violin trio played a beautiful mix of 90's Disney soundtracks and local Cuban music. The food and desert were delicious.
