Villa Ivan — Differently called ''monastery'' with chief guru Ivan. Is located in Croatia in the town ''Omis'' I don't recommend to anyone, even to my worst enemy. We have booked our rooms through the travel agency. We have arrived as a eight families in eight different cars. In total 18 adults and 12 children — between 4 to 17 years old. On the place we have met the owner (Croat) his age is approximately 60 years old is lives in the guesthouse into the basement alone without family (is divorced). On the beginning he behave and seems to be alright but after few days under pressure from other two Slovak families he became nasty. He start to be mean start pointing and complain that the children are running, that the children stroking cats, that the children slamming the door — but the door hasn't got any slow door closers and with opened windows it is almost impossible to shut the door without slamming because of the draft. Every morning he was argue with as because the night before we were sitting outside up to the midnight drinking beer without music in background just conversation and laughing, we can't call that party at all. The Slovaks were complained on us and because of that, he was very nasty to us every morning, he gets angry and shouting on us. On the end about the room quality. They are medium class, wiFi not working from very beginning, A/C is not efficient enough and not enough parking space. Conclusion — This place is far away from three stars.
