Excellent staff and plenty to do. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was nice. Great for families.

Great place for a family holiday especially with kids upto mid teens. Beautiful location, fantastic amenities, good restaurant, reasonably well stocked shop (with reasonable prices). Rooms are basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are great, pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful. The area of Banjole is beautiful, loads to do and see.

Nice accommodation, staff friendly, clean. Nice view from the balcony. Cons — smoking allowed around the poolside and restaurant, not great for kids. Not enough parasol to ratio of sun beds. Ban the towel on the sun bed reservation. Never saw a life guard at poolside, whilst there. No USB Ports in room. Food market, expensive for certain products. Restaurant down stairs, was alright, staff needs customer service training. Out of principle was not told we would be charge for condiments. Went to other restaurants outside from recommendations.

For 150/night settle in microrooms with broken beds and showers with a curtain, as in a children's camp. The administration refuses to go to the meeting, although we come here for the fourth time.

This hotel is very busy with tourists from all over the world on the holidays. It has been renovated after the previous owner, the floor and doors have not been renovated. The pictures that are shown on Google Maps and their website make the room look bigger. The hotel is located at a very good location and the facilities are also very good, for example, the pool is big and newly built. The hotel has lots of beaches and restaurants located nearby.

Room — very small for four. Not suitable with teenage kids unless you are used living in one room. It is a place to sleep only. Pool — nice size but no one obeys the shower rule so it's full of sun cream. Also people put towels on loungers then go away. Hotel say this is against rules but can do nothing about it. There is a shelter for life guard but I never saw a lifeguard. Restaurant — not good. Not value for money. Setting — it is in a beautiful bay. With boats in a small marina Facilities — as described on web. Nearby are also some great facilities and they run island excursions from the hotel.

Very disliked, the hotel 4 stars, trash to take out himself, not once not removed for a week, very weak internet, almost no.

We were a good service week very kind and friendly only drawback the air conditioning could not regulate the night you die of cold!

I am very satisfied here. All clean. Very nice staff who understand some. Will definitely come back. And you can go for a very good walk with the dog.

That's the very good place with nice People in there.

We really liked the area around the apartment. We liked the apartment hotel itself less because:
1. The room was very light of hearing.
2. Within 9 days, the room was never cleaned.
3. The towels were picked up after 4 days, the fresh ones simply placed on the bed.
4. The bed linen has never been used in the whole time
Although, according to the hotel description, it should be changed after 7 days.
5. Cleaning, etc. All just at an extra cost.
6. The garbage was never emptied and you had to buy toilet paper yourself as it was never replenished.
7. The bed was very hard and the couch uncomfortable.
8. Smoking was allowed throughout the outdoor area also in the restaurant/bar in the hotel there was no non-smoking area, so no food was possible without smoke nuisance.
9. The offer in the restaurant was very clear, with half board even further limited card. The food in the hotel restaurant was not very tasty compared to the surrounding one.
10. Breakfast was very monotonous. Within our 9 days, it was always 100% identical. No change in cold cuts, cheese, bread, etc. The coffee and "juices" were not good.
11. House rules have not been reviewed by staff.
In summary, it is a mystery to us why the name Hotel is listed in the name or where the 4 stars are supposed to come from.

Hotel is very large for the rooms small but clean … Beach is beautiful ideal with dog. A big minus for undescribed ancillary costs for the dog. Whether very big or very small a flat rate per day 12 euros … Have a Chihuahua Shorthair. … I find 12 euros per day too expensive!

Beautiful apartments. Nice staff. For apartments that are not in the main building you have to tackle a steep mountain when you go to the sea and to eat. Ideal for families with young children and or dogs.
Breakfast from the good buffet.
Food alakart, portions were adequate.

Super Top Hotel. Room clean. Staff friendly.

Nice hotel, great for families, food was delicious. Shopping market directly at the hotel. To the beach in 3 min walk. Parking in front of the hotel. Bicycle and scooter rental as well as car rental possible.
Live music every night.

Very good weather much to see water clear and beautiful.

Price's performance was good. Very nice quiet location right on the water. Nice breakfast eatery outside the door, it would rebook one need but a car.

Reasonable accommodation, good restaurants and lovely sea front, bathroom flooded every time it was used even though stayed in the new annexe.

Spectacular view, a great condo but well made apartments quiet and well provided a little pricey to be September but worth.

Best location for families who love the wild outdoors — natural beaches and nature parks — yet return to sleep in the comforts of an apartment cum hotel.

Average at best. Water in swimming pool is not very clean. Service is average too. Reception staff often looks bored. Our room hasn't been cleaned before we arrived (except fresh sheets). There was a power outage and there were no emergency lights? At all. Nothing. Pitch black. People got stuck in elevators. Staff were completely lost. No power generator? Wow. How come these guys are allowed to operate?

Nice place with large pool. You have to get up early if you want a bed next to pool. Nice restaurant, friendly staff.

There's no pulling on 4 stars. The room is clean. The room has a small kitchen corner, but there is not a dish washer, no detergent, no garbage bags, coffee filters, soap in the shower. All of this has to be bought by ourselves. Hotel prices are good. The room was very clean. Pebble Beach, water is clean. Breakfast is price/human.

The resort has direct access to the sea from the bight which also acts as a port of Banjole. The hotel is equipped with bars and small shops for the purchase of playful materials for children such as inflatable and water games. The complex is equipped with Mokteplici apartments with easy access to the beach of pebbles.

Ideal for families. A step away from a beautiful sea and a fresh pine forest. Children in the evening can play freely on the square in front of the residence…

Really great place with very reasonable prices! Right next to the sea in a small bay. The water in the bay is not as blue and clear as in most of Croatian coastline though. Very conveniently there's a supermarket downstairs. The pool is alright but this is a family friendly hotel so lots of kids all over the place. Overall a good experience and recommend it!

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

In General, good for nothing that Croats do not like the format of the hotels. The most important tip is if you can, take only apartments, rather than the main building, where you'll just live with neighbors on a kitchen because of terrible sound proofing. And so all the strong middle tier — reception, beach, restaurant, housekeeping. Who are looking for this money, the ideal is not here.

Not exactly sure why this hotel has 4 stars (some of the reviews look like they are fake) but this place is 2 stars at best. Only redeeming features are that the views are OK although this is the Croatian coast so everywhere has a good view, and the staff in the restaurant are nice. I would never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Attention CHEATERS!
We have made a down payment, as we walked, the ladies at the front desk says that would not get the money, but it would be no problem, I get back the money, have written more times, no answer! — so money is gone!

The hotel itself was OK, but the staff was quite unfriendly and annoyed. If I would… to deal with my clients a pity to the Nice facility and the beautiful area but service was all s *.

A place of hell. We stayed in a apartment this hotel on June 10 and find that there is alsolutely no electricity in the room. Actually we phoned the hotel at 9 p. M. That evening just to inform them of our late check-in around mid-night. The receptioin did not mention to us even she knew there will be a cut in the electricity that night. When we checked in to know such fact, we have no other choice but to stay in that hotel. The staff told us that it was due to some maintenance tasks of their own hotel. We asked for torches or candles but the staff could not help with quite unkeen altitude. We did our cleaning in dark and slept. The next morning, we went to the front counter to lodge a complaint and request for compansation. After some negotiation, the humble lady assistant manager understood the problem and agreed to waive the full room charge. When we are going to leave, she went back to take a phone call and told us that the Manager was very angry and demand us to pay the full room charge. Thus we requested to talk to the Manager directly. We were told to wait to 3 minutes but the Manager did not until 15 minutes later. It was then the most terrible matters happened. The rude middle aged female Manger told us that as we had slept that night and use their water and sheets, we have to pay full room charge. She even lied to us that they did not know about the electricity cut before we arrive, and that the electricity cut was not caused by the hotel.

To the super relax in the evening but no entertainment or similar.
