Tip Top a very very family friendly hotel. The water park is pure fun. Family First is the hotel motto here and is present everywhere. The entertainment is great and the sports offer gets everyone in the mood. The staff speak almost all German and are very nice and helpful. The rooms and grounds are very clean. In Porec and the surrounding area there are many shopping possibilities. Insects it has almost no and the freshly prepared food are world class. We are happy to come back to this place. Great hotel located in the immediate vicinity of Poreč. Large spaces for leisure and relaxation by the pool. Excellent cuisine undisputed strength. Kindness courtesy make the relative one of the best facilities in the area.

Excellent service. Cozy atmosphere. It is very close to the beach and to the city center. The restaurant on the beach was amazing.

In general this is supposed to be a good hotel. Its equipped with all necessary ammenities that you need for a good family or romantic vacation. But the attitude of the staff is destroying all the experience. The unfriendly cleaning ladies, the waiters, the pool-guy, they let you think every day, that next time you should go to a place that is welcoming you, make you feel at home, etc. I would fire half of the staff with immidiate effect. Only the front desk was sort of OK, and the experience manager lady was the only one who could handle customers properly. The rest of the team should go back in time to communism, where this behaviour was accepted.

I love this hotel. Several times rested and all happy. Too bad the pool isn't with sea water. And perhaps that's his only downside.

We had a lovely 9 days stay in July and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is nice (although the fridge cannot be used: it is only for the prepared drinks) The restaurant is a bit smaller for the amount of guest but the variety of food is good. Might come back next year.

Great hotel. From the 7th floor, the highest of the hotel beautiful sea view. Car parking with sunscreen covers for a fee. Clean and new rooms. Paid sponge stack, free sea towels. Beware, every Wednesday night there is a gala (quality restaurant food improves, with music is shows). Avoid if you can (see availability) to book kitchen-side rooms, sometimes vacuum cleaners are running that might be bothering you.

Very nice hotel. We spent 1 week here at half board. The food was extraordinarily good for the hotel buffet. Everything else was also excellent.

Great hotel, very friendly, courteous staff. The choice at breakfast and dinner is very good. Large rooms with balcony. Walking distance to the old town of Porec. Lounge chairs at the pool are quickly occupied.

Rooms are very nice, the service is too. Went in the spring (off-season) so not too many people and good prices.

Result: You have been ready for a long time with the food until the drink arrives (approx. 1-1, 5 hours).
Addendum: After complaint from the tour guide, this service was also in order! was quickly corrected. Whether such a complaint is also fruitful for individual travellers?

Nice facility and always great food. Unfortunately the pool for the size of the hotel is a bit small and for the beach chairs you have to pay.

Half way through my week stay. Hotel is absolutely amazing everything is spotlessly clean both inside and out. Staying half board. Buffet breakfast is fantastic I am a fussy eater but have no problem here such a vast choice hot or cold recommend the bacon nice and crispy. Dinner is even better been trying local dishes really surprised how tasty they are. Only down side you have to pay extra for drinks with dinner don't mind for beer or we but surely they could supply soft drinks and water as part of your dinner. Rooms are really good toilet large with walk in shower plenty power points. Entertainment ok nothing to write home about but knew before I came so not all that disappointed. Wi fi all over hotel. Free and really good puts Britain to shame used sauna twice really good also free. As well as fitness machines. View from balcony ok. Hotel quiet through day plenty of sun beds available really impressed with hotel.

Wonderful place! Delicious and pure vegan cuisine, sterile cleaning, in short I look forward to returning!

Our favorite hotel in Porec; close to town, nice pool and great terrace for breakfast and dinner, always very nice staff.

This place have a great atmosphere with very clean facilities. Beach is close-by and Poreć city center is in walking distance…

Good hotel, decent quality rooms, pool bar and facilities. Evidently from the reactions of some of the bus staff who dropped us off, one of the best hotels in the region. Breakfast and dinner is good although after a while a little predictable, but this could be said for any hotel with half board facilities like this and as we have witnessed in other countries. Impressive and extensive grounds and some of the staff are outstanding (especially the entertainment and excursion staff — especially the lady of the latter). Most staff in the restaurant good, one or two great! Good games area for the kids. Can be a bun fight at peak breakfast and dinner times which was unpleasant for me, being the fussy and snobby one. Rooms are a little on the small side for a family of 3 unless you do as we did and complained early on and we got a bigger room. At least the staff didn't complain or justify too much and tried to accommodate our wishes and got us something better (although my wife with super smelling abilities detected a damp aroma which missed me completely! ).

There was a short thunderstorm at Pical appartment that we got (G3) and immediately flooded whole apartment. We asked for adequate compensation and we didn't get it so we asked for a refund. Apartments are 40 years old!

What a lovely hotel fantastic location only ten minute walk to Porec. The central restaurant in the square well worth a visit. So good were going back next year.
