Brilliant location, excellent service and sea views, great amenities for both children and adults. No sandy beaches as such but lots of bathing areas and facilities, there are bathing lawns within two metres of the sea. A children's paradise, all round the coast with lots of trees and greenery. My only problem was a hill climb to the hotel entrance and up seventy steps to the room, a bit hefty at 75years young, no lifts, otherwise great.

I like the location, the food and the service.! people with problems of the support and data apparatus — I do not recommend.

Keeping in mind that this is a 3 star hotel all OK. The elevator is missing. There are many stairs to reach your room from the beach. Parking is also difficult (impossible) to find in front of the hotel. But if you are in good condition this hotel is perfect.

Für den Preis hätte ich definitiv ein besseres beziehungweise wenigstens schmackhaftes Büffet morgens und abends erwartet. Daher weniger Sterne. Die Lage ist gut da Umfeld jedoch sehr touristisch, das war aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, der Zimmerservice gut. Aber man merkt gerade im Badezimmer leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen.

Stroller unfortunately hotel! Not recommended for family's with small children and also elders, lots of stairs! Outdated rooms and bathrooms.

Clean and right next to the beach.

Very nice, older hotel complex which is built in the hillside, and therefore everything (reception, room, restaurant, pool, sea) can only be reached by many steps. This could be detrimental to disabled people. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom very small, the entrance to the shower is difficult, on the balcony there are table and armchairs. The restaurant is very large, the variety and quality of the food offered as well. Even beer, white and red wine, as well as soft drinks there is as much as you like, in the morning is the same for coffee, tea and cold or warm milk. The lounge area on the beach is small but clean. The outdoor swimming pool is well maintained and is available around these loungers. Beach towels or bathrobe are not available. The staff is very friendly.

I (23 hotel staff) My husband (27 Koch) and our 2 year old son have spent our week-long holiday from June 18th, 25th in Laguna Gran Vista. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms, as already mentioned in 100 other reviews, have come a little in the years and the bathrooms are actually small. There is, however, no negative evaluation of us, because that was already clear to us in the beginning. The many steps were also no problem for us, and we believe that it is less suitable for families with babies with prams. Our son doesn't use any more.
The pool is also very nice and clean. We did not feel the dining room as in a canteen… everyone has a different taste and there is something for everyone. One should not forget that this hotel belongs to the cheaper hotels in Porec and for 3 stars it is really top. The service staff surpasses everything for us and our 5 stars are available for the staff in the service area, the cooks and the cleaning staff. You have to remember that these people are always there and they have to work at such temperatures in long trousers and Jakett. On this way once again thank you for everything!
The surrounding area is of course beautiful and you have everything nearby.
A wonderful holiday for families or couples who do not want to spend a lot of money for the hotel, in which you can hardly stop!

Budget friendly hotel. In the city you can take a boat to Venice!

Amazing location, lovely veiws, dated accommodation, food is a bit lacklustre. Wonderful lakeside style holiday. Don't take kids under 2. More stairs than you can possibly imagine. Shower/bathroom is tiny, like an ant's back pocket.

Very nice, also free Internet we have always enjoyed. Lacked only animation, which was too little.

Nice, clean Hotel with good, varied kitchen, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately there is no lift access to the upper floors. The bathroom is tiny and for people with disabilities not suitable.

Great hotel in a really beautiful location. Definitely next recommendation! What's not so nice, are the many stairs you must put back the beach / Mall. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small in the room of the lowest category. Yet everything is very clean, the staff friendly, the pool properly, food good. All in all a clear next recommendation.

If you want to make a relaxing, quiet holiday (vorraussetzung walking) this hotel is fine. The facility is super clean and well kept some rum. The food is varied. These 7 days, I'm about 5000 steps go. For many the only shortcoming.

The hotel is really very good. And the view from the balcony — is just great. By the way, the hotel instead of the 3-Ki quietly pulls on four! The hotel is just super. All 4**** instead of the promised 3! Score in Croatia has HB, but I assure You that the diversity and abundance Breakfast and dinner will be quite enough. In the middle of the day, you can eat in any of the many restaurants and cafes nearby. Prices of almost Moscow, pizza is just amazing! She Italians admire. Hotel is situated in the Green Lagoon, which unites several hotels network Plava Laguna. Green Lagoon itself is a complex of sports facilities as tennis courts, Golf field, hire of yachts, boats, water ski, bicycles, motorcycles, cars, etc. The Location of the buildings of the hotel does not give the possibility to meet with the guests, as it's the only one Central staircase to the reception, and then each block has its own entrance. Air purity and transparency of the sea simply no comment! We were told that the Adriatic sea is clear and the air is clean, but what is clear and we did not even imagine! Very good pebble beaches throughout the coast. So you can sunbathe and swim on the coast! You will not be indifferent Croatia.
