Good hotel with friendly staff and excellent fitness room. Close to beach and Porec centre. Rooms were very nice and clean. Food had a large buffet selection. Drinks were slightly overpriced. Entertainment takes place in the next door hotel. Plenty going on but not really well thought out … (for example jogging right after breakfast) although the team was friendly. Indoor 20m pool was great to exercise in as the one outside was full of people! Plenty of sun loungers but the rule of no reserving is not really enforced.

We enjoyed our family holiday. We have loggia in the apartments of the Residence which offers great value. The hotel is clean and well-groomed. Friendly staff attentive to the needs of customers. Beautiful beach, swimming pool and pine forest where the hotel is located is the surrounding park. Free bike sharing for 30 minutes, more than enough to reach the center of Porec from the beautiful promenade along the sea. Even the entertainment for children is the various attractions are very nice.

Great hotel. Food is excellent and roms are a great size and kept clean. Only problem they don't put families together — we had rooms 2 floors apart — not ideal.

Nice hotel with good food. We only had business meetings and lunch there. It was ok, but coffee in breaks was really bad. Too bad they serve American style coffee in this situations. Some more proper coffee that is usually available in this region would make much better experience.

Nice place. The hotel is well kept and run. Everything as on the advertisement. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant has lot of choices, a bit noisy and below a real 4 stars for that. They charge too much any drink, which is just annoying. Rest is all fine, the premises, all of the Porez area.

I've never experienced such a good kitchen and such friendly staff. The pine forest is beautiful and so is the Adriatic. The rooms are not 5 stars but we wait very satisfied.

Valamar's flagship Hotel suffers from the years that pass and would need a renovated all in all three stars for the service with the waiters who speak ill even the few languages that know and above all there is the willingness to use the gym and the Pisci Na to try.

The hotel has an excellent service and kind staff. The receptionists were nice, especially when giving towel cards and info about the town and the hotel services. We enjoyed the nice pool — though it was a Crystal hotel outdoor pool because the one in Diamant wasn't open outside. The rooms are small, but clean and sound proofed windows add up to the comfort. Although my room was above the caffe bar, the noise was decent. The view of the greenery and the park was amazing. The restaurant offers a large selection of meals, from healthy or sport diet to pizzas or meat and fish. I used the full board and the breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. Special thanks to the chef and the waitresses at the restaurant which were extra nice and communicative and always suggested lovely meals. The drinks are too expensive, but given the location ok. I attended the conference and it has the large meeting rooms for various occasions. Good thing — the AC works fine and it was pleasant temperature throughout the hotel. All in all great experience and I would like to visit this hotel again.

We liked the hotel very much, the room was clean, maybe not brand new but in order. We ate well and the location compared to the center of Poreč is great for a nice walk on the waterfront.

Extremely good food. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very good fitness/gym. Entertainment was every night in the time of Easter. Drawback is the indoor pool, which is too small in my opinion. Seaside beach is well arranged, especially nice for kids. There is plenty running and cycling paths across the seaside. I feel that this could be very crowded place in summer hit season, as there are few big hotels and apartments in the area. The towncentre of Poreč is approx. 15 min by foot from the hotel.

Clean and simple, kind employees, restaurant bit expensive for meal quality they offer, nice beach near hotel. I can recomend for visit if expectations are not high.

A little bit dated hotel but they compensate with awsome food in restaurant.

The structure is affected by the years. In the winter time the staff seems undersized and in distress, especially at the reception. In The dining room the younger staff was evidently lost. Breakfast and dinner not at the height of a 4 star and especially a chain like Valamar. It is not permissible to be woken at 7.30 on Saturday from the noise from the maintenance chainsaw pruning the trees.

Our dream destination for several years. If the arrival was not so far, we would come 2x a year.
The hotel room is clean and the food is good. The animation also fits. The sea is fantastic and if you like to lie in the pine forest you can borrow as well as the soul in a hammock.

Very well built hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent location, a few steps from the sea and connected with a pleasant walk to the historic center of Poreč, always promenade. Breakfast buffet full of proposals. With a fitness area and swimming pools.

Service and New Year's Eve offer-and food, was a lot better two years ago.
The staff is very attentive and friendly but was greatly reduced.

We were there this year in mid-September, had booked for 10 days and departed on the 4 day. The food was very good and also the staff was very friendly. But this hotel has considerable construction problems. In our room it rained in the carpet was totally wet. In the restaurant is a huge water stain on the ceiling and through the thunderstorm that we have got, parts of the ceiling came down and the mold came to light. The hotel just dismissed that it's normal for you when it rains. Did not lock the part in the restaurant but the people could continue to eat breakfast. We did not mention an alternative at first! Not from the hotel nor from the tour operator! Only after a long complaint did you find us 2 alternative hotels. That would be out of the question for us. Both 2 star hotels without pool and without balcony. An absolute no go if you ask me. Normally, you should suggest a vacation to a hotel of the same name that is appropriate for what was spent. After we were told by hotel as well as by TUI that you can not offer us anything we have departed. But again the pool which is shown here as well as with all the other sites where you can book this hotel does not correspond to the current truth. We were looking for this pool in vain and then asked for a visit. This pool is no longer there. It has been rebuilt and is now only a small basin! I wouldn't go on holiday there anymore!

Very nice hotel and well located around 15 minutes walk from Porec town centre. The room was modern and had all the facilities you would expect, although the bathroom was a little dated. Plenty of choice at breakfast including freshly made eggs and omlettes. Finding a tree table was sometimes a little difficult. The pool area is nice although the pool bar was closed on days with poorer weather.

Very decent hotel with good facilities and lots of activities of offer, particularly for people who like to stay active on vacation. However, we found it to be a bit expensive.

Ok for a 3 star hotel-no way a 4 star one, especially for business guests! Wifi is not great and Tv reception is abysmal. The Bed is mediocre. The staff was very welcoming and professional and the hotel is overall very clean!
