The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The selection of breakfast is versatile. The dinner was delicious The rooms are chic and the bathroom is clean. The air conditioning does not rudimentary performance, so you sweat heavily at night. The receptionist said that there was a general problem with the system that was fixed by the technician, which in my opinion did not happen.

Very helpful at Check in. Our room wasn’t ready however the lady took care of our bags and helped my wife later to carry them up to room. And we got a surprise upgrade to ocean view room. Highly recommend.

Very well located (Shopping and 5 Minutes to the Sea).
We have a Room with Sea Views on the 6th Floor beautiful and large Room and absolutely clean.
Price Performance is absolutely top.
Staff very friendly and multilingual.
Possibility to park there is also but costs a Parking space from the Hotel about €17am per Day and a public about €24€ PER day is a lot of Money but think for a Hotel able OK.
The Food is very good and you have a good Choice as well.
The Water on the Beach (Concrete no Sand or anything like that) is very clean.
Lots of great Waterfront restaurant.
All of which I highly recommend it and will also be very happy to come back myself.

The furnishing is old and the room is full of smell of mold. Wall in the room is full of scratch marks.

Rooms have modern amenities with stunning views of the Adriatic sea and coastline, yet has managed to retain its original heritage charm. Staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is within walking distance to trendy restaurants, cafes and bars. Bar and restaurant at the hotel downstairs is lovely with an outdoor patio with a view of the Adriatic sea and coastline. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends in a heartbeat. Stayed in April 2018, hotel has just completed full refurbishment 10 days prior to us staying.

Bad experience, I booked twice in a time span of two months, both times I booked with a week in advance… And both times hijacked on another OHM group hotel, with notice made via mail in the morning of the day scheduled for my arrival. Absurd!

Sea front location, good food, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

Worst experience of my life! Hotel looks very different than photo booking! No parking available. The rooms very old not inviting you to hear everything at night even when the toilet is clogged you fűhlt like outdoors! Windows are not tight! When you wash your face you even get a free foot shower because the drain is not tight. The Frűhstűcksraum too small not personally and all eat together no privacy. Staff not so friendly! Once and never again!

We liked the room and the view but the problems with booking were stressful. All in all it was a beautiful hotel with nice clean rooms and a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

In the heart of Opatija with clean and spacious rooms. We were more than welcome. :) Prices are acceptable, however, parking is a bit difficult.

Cheaters! We have been here two days ago, a group of 13 guests with 6 double rooms booked in advance. We booked the rooms six months ago for Bristol hotel, which belong to the same chain. A month before our arrival, the manager called us to say that they have to relocate us to Astoria because of some problem they had, and for us it is upgrade, which we understood on arrival that it was downgrade. When we were leaving, they asked from us euro 100 per room, when the contract says euro 50. I also verified this price by phone six months ago. If anybody will make reservation now, for a double room, he will see that he can get a room for euro 80-85, but 6 rooms, booked in cash as a group, cost us euro 100! how can you call this if not cheating? anyway, the hotel was not worth euro 100 as for this price you get across the road Excelsior hotel 5 stars. The breakfast was very poor, the rooms were with no sea view but old houses, there is no parking available, even if you want to pay. We were disappointed coming all this long trip from the USA to be cheated.

Great recently renovated hotel with well cared for rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace during the best days. It has an agreement with a very nice spa just a few steps from the hotel.

Very good location, excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink offer is excellent. It was to be guest great 14 days there.
