No one ever have treated me as a client like the lady in charge of the place, we have a misunderstanding with the payment and because she doesn’t understand English at all (note: If you offer a service for tourists at least have a minimum knowledge of English, just basics). We thought they had charged the bill in the credit card, so when we were leaving, saying goodbye taking our time, she literally started to SCREAM pay pay pay! So we realise that their payment system was in cash, okey our mistake, or not, we just ignored that, I told her to calm down (more tourists were there) and my friend went to an ATM while I was waiting with the luggage. The lady was speaking loud in Croatian, saying words like Police, check booking, and with aggressive gestures, treating us like robbers. I tried to calm her down explaining that we didn’t know and that was a mistake easy to solve but she was completely rude, disgusting last feeling in Dubrovnik. My friend was there literally two minutes after with the money, so the problem was not big at all. The rest of the stance was OK, they weren’t helpful due to the lack of English language.

A day trip on Sept 30 2019 to Montenegro, Kotor and Perast was just perfect. Our tour guide, Davor, was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. His enthusiasm and smile never faded! He is highly recommended!
