A hidden gem of an apartment. In the land of the million stairs, The Republic of Ragusa, today called Dubrovnik, there exists a small hidden place called Kiki apartments. Kiki is the name of the very nice and friendly lady letting the apartments. We had the (I think slightly larger) apartment at the far end. It's essentially one large (long-ish) room with en-suite bathroom. The apartment is basic, nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and with a kitchenette. Everything is here that's needed. What makes this apartment stand out by a mile is it's location — 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. And, above all, the terrace from where you have the most magnificent views down to the Old Town, the Old Port, the Sea, the Island across (Lokrum) and where you can sit and relax in the very comfy chairs and enjoy the atmosphere by day and even more so by night. This is what makes this place excellent.
