There is not enough signage in the hotel for things going on. Not mobility conscious for disabled and waiters are very much needed all day. Other than that I am being picky as the hotel itself is nice. Pools are too small.

Good hotel staff are more or less friendly but they don't always understand. Good Restaurant Varied. Lots of activities on offer super animation team. The negatives the pools are too small as the bathrooms and your few sunbeds provide a very very very early awakening.

As expected for all inclusive in Croatia. Found the food varied enough and generally speaking of a high standard — although the meat dishes were often too well done for my liking. Location is very good. Staff are generally pleasant by local standards, being more used to western European standards of geniality. Local facilities and connections to other centres such as Dubrovnik are excellent. Excellent water sports service on site with more serious Diving trips and open water training as well as the more trivial (you can be dragged behind a jet ski on an inner tube if you want).

Very well at the level of the rooms, the buffet at will is varied but of different quality (from the worst to the best), the drinks in free services are mediocre. Nice facilities, small beach friendly and sufficient. 10 minutes from Cavtat (bus, convenience store, port. )

Beautiful view from the terrace of the hotel and the rooms on the sea side. Many shaded areas in the gardens and at the edge of the beach. Very nice place.

Beautiful surroundings from every part of the hotel. Food okay but not always hot. Views more than make up for it. Staff are fabulous. Very friendly.

Place of reception for group. … huge with a fairly small garden ditto the pool. The self is huge and noisy.
The rooms are large is quiet if you want a typical place or Cosi… it's not there. …

Presently holidaying here. All inclusive DOES NOT include any whiskey. Not even ropey toothache soother! If you are French all inclusive "Lookea" you an have Canadian Club. Vive la France! Also must say the food is only average. The salad selection is really poor and there is a certain monotony to the menu. Hey ho its only day 3, it may improve. Lastly not all rooms have balconies to dry swimming gear etc. On a positive note, its aspect is superb.

Very well located hotel with sea view rooms. The rooms are nice. Possibility to simply go to Neckermanist by boat or bus from Cavtat. I do not put 5 stars because I find that the quality of the buffet could be improved especially for desserts.

Used the water sports club attached. Was a lot of fun parasailing.

Very nice staff and the hotel is set in a beautiful location with a gorgeous walk in to Cavtat.

Excellent sea front location, lovely walks to Caveat. Rooms, staff, food and drink all very good for the price.

Food okay. Welcome fine. Clean and tidy in the very pebbely beach.

Nice rooms, bigger balcony would be nice, or at least table suited to tiny balcony so I can walk to the other side. Food is nice, not wow but ok. The view from the balcony is great, and swiming pool is great for the kids.

Well overall. A small quack on arrival bad room in basement instead of the one planned with terrace and sea view. Problem solved 4 days later.

Large hotel, lots of facilities. Noisey though, the various evening entertainments are staged in a marquee and the music is loud, luckily finishes a at around eleven. No restaurant since the hotel is too big, what they have is a canteen worth self service options. We went to local restaurants rather than eat at the hotel. The local places were all excellent.

Good hotel but food very repetitious and caters primarily for french guests. Also limited evening entertainment especially for children two shows both in french. Staff though are pleasant and very helpful and hotel in gorgeous position with amazing views.

We are staying at this hotel at the moment but if you want to come here make sure you ask for a balcony not all rooms have them, I am really disappointed with my room because of not having a balcony, you have nowhere to dry your towels, swimsuit etc… Food is ok but not all of the food is hot? There is a beautiful view as you enter the reception area. Cavtat is a beautiful town and the surrounding areas are all amazing. All in all not bad but very disappointed about no balcony.

DO NOT STAY HERE My room got flooded bc of a rain and after that it smelled awful. The food is disappointing. I paid for a breakfast and dinner with my room and I didn't receive any bracelet so the staff kept asking me to pay for my food. The hotel is ex soviet renewed in 2017 with the typical soviet hotels problems — small uncomfortable rooms and idiotically big restaurant and lobby. The main visitors off the season are big loud groups of children and elders. The air conditioner do not work. They are still in the 90s and cover the bed with some disgusting blankets and smelly cushions. If you spend more than 5min in the restaurant you will smell like old saucepan. I do not recommend!

All good the food is very good, the pool is very good all drinks freeeeee. What else could you ask for. Staff very helpful and nice.

Do not stay here! the staff need severe training in customer service. Very french orientated. What you see offered in a broucher is not what you get! food average. But cavtat is a beautiful area. Just stay elsewhere.

If you are on the fence about booking here book now! The place has the potential to be five star and is in many ways, let me explain! The view omg spectacular all day but phenomenonal at sunset! Staff lovely and will sort any minor problem immediately for you! Free safety deposit box and free towels all week for a 100kn deposit and you can change them twice a day just don't lose your token! Sea view room was amazing very large with a fridge and was on ground floor so had a terrace with two sunbeds! Sunbeds are plentiful but obviously the jostling for position happens but a lovely lady goes round throwing towels off beds, have never seen a hotel enforce their policy of not saving beds before, was refreshing! Food amazing! Beer nice but flat sometimes and certainly not full strength on all inclusive! Wine was appreciated by the wife all week! All other all inclusive drinks horrible as no diet drinks and no branded mixers even and that is the only thing stopping this place being truly five star hotel! Croatia is a beautiful country and you are a short journey from Cavtat which is lovely and a water taxi away from the delightful city of Dubrovnik which has to be seen to be believed!

Pleasant stay in this renovated club hotel, its location is ideal for sightseeing, the buffets are varied.
The rooms have a lot of storage in spite of a limited space.
The cleanliness of the outside areas of the club is average because of the very little environmentally friendly tourists. Can be thinking about recycling plastic cups.
The pools and the beach do not offer enough space to accommodate all the holidaymakers of the club but also the surroundings so you have to expect in high season to a war of the dreaded deckchairs (alarm clock at 5 am), really too bad, the black point of the club. So I advise you to make the most of the coves.
And for the party goers no nightclub but possibility to watch in an establishment close to the club.

Food was reasonable but didn't have the 'wow' factor that we've had elsewhere plus restaurant more like a works canteen. Bedrooms o. K. But I didn't like the oh so tiny balcony! A few other things like a decent swimming pool would be nice!

Clean, we'll located hotel. A little dated and run down but this was reflected in the price. Cavtat is a lovely, quiet fishing village with a beautiful Bay which I will visit again. If I was on a budget, I'd consider the Epidaurus for sure.
