We loved this hotel. It is not near the city center but is very nice. Great balconies in both rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic showers. Svetlana was tremendous, she helped with finding World Cup matches on tv, food recommendations, driving directions to remote villages (even though she doesn't drive)

Stayed here whilst on business trip and found the Villa very clean and modern. It has a real fresh feel and the staff are extremely friendly. It may be a little way out of town so taxis needed. Breakfast served to the room was lovely and filling. At the time of my stay, they are building a new luxury apartment complex next door and a new swimming pool to be used by both apartments. So that will be an extra star when completed. Would definitely stay here again if I have to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Liburnum recently. The room with a large terrace was very comfortable and the breakfast served in our room was delicious. The owner was also very kind and helpful. We can fully recommend it and we hope to return!

Great Hotel. Room perfectly clean. Equipment super, LG flat screen TV with a German satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom with large shower, very nice and super clean. From the balcony views of the old town and the sea! The staff is totally friendly and accommodating. The people are real trouble. We had only booked Overnight stay and were surprised with warm pastries. Mega! The friendly owner is also the Hammer speaks perfect English and is always helpful and shines with tips on where to go for the best food, and provides you right off the bat just a little Tour of what you can visit in the surrounding area. Total locker immediately by you. Keep it up!

B&B with clean and simple rooms. Excellent breakfast was served on our private balcony every morning, and the owner was very kind — he organized several memorable day trips with local companies and even arranged a last-minute car rental for us.

A lovely family run small hotel, situated slightly out of Zadar town. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast is served in your room and consists of warm bread rolls, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit & yoghurt. We had a choice of tea or coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Would recommend this hotel.
The owners are friendly and are happy to advice places to see and recommend places to eat. We took up their recommendation to eat at their favourite restaurant Pet Bunara and we weren't disappointed. We had a fantastic meal at a resonable price.

Villa difficile à trouver, Le confort du lit minable, petit déjeuner qui propose que de la charcuterie en grande partie, mini bar défectueux, "villa" trop bruyant impossible de faire une grasse mâtiné. Les gens chante crie hurle sous les balcons … Enfin bon un séjour bien horrible!

This is a great B&B villa. Very friendly staff, nice clean and modern rooms with a great breakfast as well. Would highly recommend using if visiting Zadar and the surrounding area to explore the national parks and the town.

Modern facilities. Sumptuous breakfast. Location 2 km from the old town. If you book on the upper level, has a super views over the entire city. Is worth the extra price. We were very satisfied.

Nice modern room, very friendly staff and owner. Perfect service. Taxi to the city centre costs about 6 euro. Breakfast on your room/balcony very lush and without extra charge.
