Beautifully located and nice people.

No drinks at the dinner, which we already paid for? 5€ for the hotel car park per day? Ordered 2 x 0, 3l beer and paid for 2x 0, 5l? Do u fancy a drink from the hotel room bar? Sure, but pay! Lucky that we don’t need to pay for the air we breathe🙏

Great staff, the food was varied and much from the sea, the peninsula offers plenty of space directly near the hotel.

Great place, wonderful old city, beautiful beach, nice swimmingpool, good food, kind personal… But teribble bed, too high bath, the hotel guest must also pay for the place on the beach every day 100 Kn and for parking 5 euro daily.

The hotel is very well located and sea views. It is next to a pretty village. The restoration is varied. Tip: buy beach slippers because they are pebbles. Clelia is adorable and gives us great advice about activities or other. Zora's team is on top. The excursions are expensive but of high quality.

Hotel ok but paid sunbeds… While the beach is made of pebbles. We're trapped. We have to pay. Very nice village nearby. Varied food with excellent fish. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. TV from the 80s. Hotel clean. Medium quality animations. Expensive but quality excursions.

+ good food, nice beach, kind staff, clean rooms — "paper walls" i. E. You can hear other guests, cleaning ladies should learn how to close the doors without slaming them, old furniture in rooms, 5€ daily for parking, weak air condition, too expensive for this kind of hotel.

The Hotel Zora is an example of a socialist building, a reminder of the past, which survives thanks to its excellent location — situated on a small peninsula. With kind of a private beach that is clean and well maintained, you can rent two deck-chairs and sun umbrellas for 100 kuna per day. Parking is 5 Eur/day but parking spaces are everywhere, under the trees, on the road… ridiculous! For another 5 Eur/day you can rent a tiny refrigerator. The complex itself consists of several buildings connected by corridors. The main complex looks refurbished and well maintained. The living blocks not so much. Some carpets are disgustingly dirty, the doors and equipment is from the last century with cracks and faded materials. At least there is a kind of air-conditioner in the room (for free! ), but it is no match for the hot summer. But on holiday you don’t want to spend much time in the room anyway. There was even a stray cat family, which was taken care of by the hotel stuff and tourists even that the hotel rules state different. The food was excellent, as the other services (although Pina Colada should be served with anananas and not melon or other fruits :-) )

Old rooms, old badrooms — not renovated. We reservated new rooms and we became old! Not satisfied.

Fantastic place. If you are looking to unwind on the Adriatic coast. Food is standard hotel fair. Nothing to exciting but tasty. Rooms and facilities are second to none.

Beautiful Hotel! We arrived in mid-April 2018, in full board 2 adults and 3 children. At this season there are not too many tourists, so much enjoy. The scenery is beautiful, the rooms overlook the Adriatic Sea. The water is turquoise, the setting is really heavenly and the surroundings are really beautiful to see. In the evening we can walk around without fear. The restaurant is good, the dishes are varied. We eat very well, the kids as we enjoyed the food very much. The only downside is that they do not serve cheese at noon and in the evening when there are at breakfast.
The housekeeping is done regularly, the hotel is really clean. On the other hand the corridors are long, a real maze, so people with reduced mobility must specify it, I think. At the beach is in front of the hotel, there is a track for walks or jogging.
I highly recommend this stay for people who still hesitate.

Very nice functional room by cons the bathtub is too high to step over and the sink well too low but these are only details like CRT TV and no French channel but we are on vacation!
What I was most embarrassed about was the lack of dairy products for lunch and dinner. Excellent Reception all the staff did their best to understand us. Very attentive to our expectations. On the other hand the only black dot is the evening meal we Mediterranean are accustomed to eat late and there at 9pm the restaurant closes but good stay beautiful discovery and courage to the Croats.

Hotel by the Sea. Indoor pool of warm seawater, covered with a dome. It's worth the thought even out of season. Good food great value for money recommended. It's the third time we've come and they've always treated us well. Primosten is a delightful town, it has a very nice harbor suitable for luxurious boats. From Primosten in between quarters of an hour by car you arrive in split where it is worthwhile to visit the palace of the emperor Diocletian who was the Roman emperor of Croatian descent who established the capital of the empire in Split. Near Sibenicco, you can visit the Krka Natural Park, lakes waterfalls and the oldest hydroelectric power plant in Europe designed by Nicolaj Tesla.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, tasty food, great nature, wounderfull coast and sea.

The hotel is close to the city center and the rooms were clean. The food was good.

Clean and cozy rooms, with an amazing view. The staff was welcoming and the service was excellent.

Bad service, attitude and judgy. Bad atmosphere in the cafeteria, loud guests. You can hear other people talking outside without any effort. And someone in the same trip as me told me she opened the door easily with a Bobby pin. Would not recommend.

Great! Each room has a terrace and sea view. Very clean the beds, it's fine.

It's a bit of a lot to say. Plan the sneakers to make the Trips Room bar/reception/Restaurant It's a trot! Despite that there is everything and the location is beautiful.

A few things to improve, at the entrances a lot of deli and cheese in the morning and never at lunch or supper, not very strong in the desserts no longer lack the fresh fruits of season, but very clean, friendly staff as well as The animation.

I recommend it.

We stayed there four nights. Not impressed. Room was very dated and furniture falling apart. Walls were dirty and doors wouldn't close. Not even the bathroom door. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window wouldn't open. It reeked of sewage when we entered. The air con was useless. The sealing fans were too noisy. Food was good but too many people and too long queues. Pool was very dated, most of the water features were broken. The whole place need a bit more maintenance. The playground was not bad but the kids pools were not cleaned. The beaches were ok.

Overall the value for money is good. Decent room with a great bed. A flat on the TV very old and with colors that does not work. The pictures were for us pink and green. Their pool is great. The meal and rather good with several possibility of choice. The staff are not the most smiling we almost feel to annoy them. Satisfied PIWR the price paid.

Very nice hotel a beautiful place the only benom for such a large hotel that works as well is to charge the sun loungers on the beach so the price is quite expensive otherwise everything is perfect.

Plenty of activities to do (canoeing, pedal boats, table tennis, mini golf, volleyball, football, badminton, boat and jet ski)
Nice hotel with various places to eat morning noon and evening with a wide choice of dishes

The 'cheap' rooms are quite dated, but everything is kept very clean. The beach is only 10 steps away. The food is absolutely great. Staff is very friendly. But they don't even give water with the included meals, you are expected to buy all drinks. Still 5 stars because we came for the beach, and the hotel is well above 'fine' too.

It's more then I expected and much better then what photos are presenting … which is rare in tourism business these days.

Excellent beach, great for kids. You can play tennis and other fun games. Its a bit expensive.

Very nice and good (beware there was no water)

The country is very nice, it certainly deserves a visit.

I was on holiday with a group the last week of August, great hotel, overlooking the sea, efficient and helpful staff, especially at reception, I have changed the room to two gentlemen who had problems in a short time and with the utmost Friendliness.
Breakfast plentiful and varied so also for lunch and dinner, fish and meat at will.
On the last day before departure the Scheff, at my request he prepared us some fabulous seafood spaghetti.
Only negative notes, you see that most of the rooms are renovated, but the bathrooms with the toilet, are all without aerators and I let you imagine, also the cleanliness of the rooms would need more attention. In compensation a great holiday.

I spend a week, frankly it was great. In addition the animation team is French-speaking.
