We stayed at this apartment in Aug 2018. Joseph, the owner, was kind enough to pick us up at the ferry dock. He quickly drove us up to an overlook of the town to give us the lay of the land and then took us back to the apartment to run though the various options in Hvar on a tourist map. The apartment was very well furnished and very comfortable. It's a 5 minute walk to the main area of Hvar so easy to access but far enough away that the evenings are quiet when you want them to be. Joseph also provided concierge services for us, making reservations for dinners and recommending charter trips. Would highly recommend Apartments Nikolina!
The nicest host in Croatia, he took us up the large hill with the weather station with spectacular views over the entire island. The room we had was perfect, quiet, modern and clean and in a very good location just a short walk from the city centre.

Would highly recommend these beautiful apartments for staying in Hvar. Stayed in Aug 2018. The owner collected us from the ferry dock with no hassle and gave us a quick tour of the surrounding area (including a trip to see Hvar old town from above). Josip, the owner, was able to suggest multiple activities and restaurants /bars to sample while exploring the area. These recommendations turned out to be the highlights of our trip to Hvar. One thing to note is the walk to and from the old town isn't long but is quite steep in parts. This should not deter you from staying here. The apartments are kept to a high standard and are fully equipped.
