Do not book! Me and my partner booked to stay in the apartment for 8 nights and on the photo’s they show looks like a big rounded room, it is not! The room is small, located underground (like a basement) so the light shining through is limited and the neighbours upstairs, who are residents, are EXTREMELY loud. We were woken up from 6am each day we were there. No bins or bin bags included, no kettle and they only clean once during your stay! After a few days into the holiday, we arrived back one evening at 9pm to the whole underground flooded. Our clothes and electronics ruined but it then gets worse. We called Dejan (employee for Best Location) who arrived within 15 minutes and said we needed to pack our bags and he was driving us to another place. We couldn’t both fit in his car, I was left stood at the side of the road at 9pm on my own. We had an excursion booked the next day, with no idea where we were being taken! Dejan told me he couldn’t arrange a taxi for the morning, “Google a company”, And only sent the location after he dropped us off. The new location was a 40/45 minute walk into Split centre, no kitchenette and quite honestly not the apartment we had paid for. We had to eat out for every meal and spend a fortune on taxis.
