It's in a central location. Met by a friendly, informative and welcoming receptionist. Reasonably priced. The Wi-Fi was good once it was fixed when the owner was informed and had time to do it. The apartment was pretty clean in general well equipped with useful furnitures and utensils eg. Several bedroom lights, cooker, microwave with a good working air con and tv. The water is safe in most places in Croatia and also widely available on tap or public fountains, so hardly bought any. Also the staff cleaned the apartment quite thoroughly after asking, although some crockery could do with a quick wipe and the shower a scrub. Although coincidentally when we stayed there, a few insect bites appeared on his legs and arm, and one on my hand. Thankfully it hasn't caused us too much bother, but just be aware.

A very cozy and clean accommodation. It has nice bedrooms for 2 and also apartments (kitchen laundry tv) for groups. The workers of Nikola are very friendly and perfect English. A highly recommended place. Not very far from Downtown, good location with really nice surroundings.
Very nice and clean accommodation, have rooms for two people and also full team apartments for groups. The people who attend are very nice and with perfect English. It is a totally recommended place, the location is also very good in 2 minutes already you are on the main streets of downtown.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our room number 6 was outstanding, it was huge, tastefully decorated, and immaculatly clean. I loved the beams in the roof and the bathroom was beautful. The location was perfect, the owners and staff were also lovley and go out of their way to spend time telling you about their wonderful city and gave us some brilliant reccomendations for dining out and drinks. Overall we loved it and would deffinatly stay here again and reccomend to others.

Really lovely place right in the heart of Split. It has all the things you'd expect such as good sanitation, air-conditioning, etc, and the family who run it are really lovely people who go out of their way to help you if they can. It was true Croatian hospitality. We had a really nice stay, and will definitely return.
