Rested with a large company in May 2022. Upon check-in, he demanded to count all the cutlery and take them according to the inventory. I took 1000 rubles deposit for the key to the house. I took an additional 100 rubles for a two-year-old child who slept with us and who did not need a separate place. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude in all time. On the last day, a pipe burst in our room, stuff and a laptop that was on the floor. The owner refused to compensate for the repair, saying that he did not know who flooded it (although there was a lot of water in the room), so he did not even apologize for getting all the things wet before leaving. All conversations were conducted rudely and boorishly. After the trip spoiled mood and additional costs for repairing equipment.
On the amenities, I also wanted to mention the hard pushed beds and the smallest TV and refrigerator I have ever seen.
