I love coming to lunch here, the delicious food, the attention, the great staff, very friendly, excellent service and treatment, really recommended.

I’ve stayed here a number of times both for work and pleasure. The staff is attentive. The hotel is well looked after. The location is great … and it has a pool. I also highly recommend the Argentine restaurant in the plaza.

Yesterday I went to breakfast, the food was delicious and the customer service was also excellent. There was only one inconvenience, when entering the restaurant and paying the buffet bill, I was not told that I should stay with a mask. If this has been the case, I withdraw immediately since the use of it is no longer mandatory, I cannot be forced to use it, so I feel that they are disrespecting my fundamental right of the autonomy of the will. For some it will be antics, for others that we have worked the whole pandemic from the front line and used a mask every day, it is overwhelming to have to continue using it. When, although it is true, there is already a presidential decree that eliminates the mandatory use of the mask.

Great place, super friendly services and HOT elaborated cooked to order breakfast included among free parking and wi fi. Strongly recommended! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Strategic and privileged location. The treatment of the staff is exceptionally good. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds are fabulous. Breakfast was exquisite. I highly recommend this property. 5 stars.

The pressure in the shower is very good.
By pandemic they serve you a la carte but in general breakfast is good, it is not a buffet but the quality in the food is very good.
The pool is small, the water is at room temperature.
A Walmart crossing Plaza Street, EAST CITY with cinema, hooligans, across the road,
Within the square there are several restaurants and nearby is the Woods.

The complex where the Hyatt is located is circular with many modern shops, restaurants (I recommend Chichi’s), banks (ATM’s). The complex security is good. You can’t drive into the complex without stopping at security. Hyatt breakfast is decent.

Good place, very helpful staff and great complimentary breakfast. A wide range of restaurants around makes this place very convenient whether you are a tourist or on business.

Everything you expect from Hyatt. Great service, reasonable rates and they are attached to a shopping strip that has plenty of eating choices. The Hyatt has a bar area attached to the check in counter that has several local beers and some imports as well as deserts, snacks, water, juice and other food and drink items.

This was our 2nd stay here. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the rooms are clean and spacious. Located on the eastern side of San Jose in the Momentum Plaza, there are many restaurants and boutique stores nearby. The pool and gym are small but clean. The staff is VERY helpful and will go out of their way to assist you.

It's good place away from San Jose downtown, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the customer service is very friendly. A nice hotel on a budget.

I have never had such service. The staff and management have taken care of Don And I like family. Or then again we are getting old and need the help. Beautiful Country and the People are so kind.

Buffet breakfast options are available in promotion on Sundays from 8 am to 11 am. Good variety of options to choose from.

I always use this hotel when I'm in Costa Rica. In my opinion, it offers the best price-quality for those traveling for business. Very nice and well-designed rooms, good Wi-Fi, friendly staff and a decent menu. Besides, it is located in a mall that is not too busy, but that has many restaurant options for all price ranges.

This is a clean friendly place, great food and staff, it's actually located on a mall so you'll have MacDonalds right there also Denny's and a Walmart crossing the street, toy's r us and a good pharmacy.

Nice hotel, great rooms, parking, convenient location and plenty of restaurants (even for vegetarians) in the shopping center. One thing I hated was the silly policy of charging extra after the first guest, given is a bit pricier than average. Besides that everything was perfect.

Excellent location, lots of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from. The hotel is also very nice and the staff are very pleasant. The free full breakfast is also a nice touch with many local and standard selections. I have stayed here three times and am looking forward to returning someday.

Jessica Gomez is the best gallery host at this hotel. She is very knowledgeable and help to suggest local attractions, and sightseeing ideas. Very helpful, friendly and professional.

American style breakfast tasty but no croissant. You can find easily many restaurants for your lunch or dinner. Some of 1st or 2nd floor rooms may not be recommended because of some car headlight and the feeling. The room is very clean and well formed but no minibar drinks or snacks. You can't open the window for fresh air.

Young black man's review (may not apply to you) : Hyatt place has always been my go to when I visit Costa Rica. Have stayed here three times now. This hotel caters to businessmen and women moreso than travelers like myself. However the decor of this hotel is nice, it is clean. The hosts are very kind and are bilingual. I always stay in a King room which I love. The views from either side of the hotel I would rate 3.5/10. Honestly it is a nice hotel that makes me feel comfortable. The only reason I am rating this hotel 3 stars is because Costa Rica is known for its racist inhabitants and I do find that even the hosts here speak to me differently if I'm not dressed very nicely like the other business people here. But… Like I said, this may not apply to you if you are not a young black man like myself. If you are a foreigner and looking for somewhere safe and comfortable I recommend this hotel.

Or missing or you have left is what is right and necessary… there is a good discount when you pay with your red.

Hyatt Place is definitely one of the best properties in San Jose, the best option for business and leisure, great location with a wide variety of gastronomy. The staff is as always super professional and friendly, they really know how to make you feel like home, a job well done.
