Beautiful place! Excellent sanitation! Great food!

Everyone is great. I feel at home. Place is clean and breakfast is great. Had dental work and spent good amount of time in room. They bring fresh towels and ask if you need anything. Night Manager even got me a pizza delivered since I was struggling with Spanish. 5 star on all levels. I might add I travel a lot and can't find one thing to complain about.

The worst hotel I visited, there was the dirty bathroom the room needed maintenance, air conditioning did not work, and they had no parking safely! I had an argument with the manager to cancel my reverse and I call myself a con artist that what I wanted was to switch to a better room which was fake because what I wanted was to leave! THE MOST RUDE MANAGER I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! The cleaning girl and lord were kind and apologized for the attitude of their boss's peedant.

This hotel was very reasonably priced for what you get. It was a good experience for the price. If you are used to staying at a five star resort then this may not be for you. However, if you are looking for an economical place to stay, that is also clean and somewhat modern this is a good place. It is located about 20 min from the airport and only about 10 min to the downtown San Jose area. The rooms are not dirty, but are not newly renovated looking. They could use a little updating. It is advertised that there is AC. However, it felt more like a fan blowing cool air out of the unit. So if you like a very cold room you may be disappointed, but it's not hot. You can open the room windows to get fresh air as well. The hotel concierge Javier was wonderful! He booked all of our day trips, greeted us every morning, and always looked out for us. He speaks English and that was also helpful as we asked a lot of questions about the area and the day trips. The full breakfast each morning was decent especially for the price of the stay. The restaurant prices for lunch and dinner were reasonably priced as well. Overall, this is a very decent hotel for the price. We knew we just needed somewhere clean and safe to stay for 7 days in the evenings because we spent each day out of the room. I would say this hotel met our expectations. For the low price, you also get free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast. Our Wi-Fi worked well each day from the room. The casino is a plus if you gamble.

This hotel has quality attention. They if they know it is giving their place to the customer and especially the cleanliness is good. Very friendly, polite and helpful. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant to share with family or either for work reasons. Nice place to stay.

They need to modernize and change the attitude of one of the people who are in Resepción. It seems that they are interested in being more on the phone than attending to customers. (Not all, I clarify). Otherwise food, cleanliness. Everything is fine.

Quite dirty The bathrooms, towels grisaceas and not to mention that in the buffet breakfast do not have lactose or soy milk. I was told it was the first time anyone asked. It is Not a hotel prepared for people with intolerance problems. The rooms There are a lot of noise from the casino below the hotel. And a lot of prostitution.

Great location near San Josw center. Staff is very friendky and willing to help. Room was excelent, clean and spacious. Water in the shower was warm, but not hot enough. Breakfast offered realky good variety and great taste.

A nice hotel to spend the night with a good atmosphere and comfortable facilities. The breakfast can improve as well as the service and the treatment to the guests. The stay at the hotel is relaxing and modest but ends up being tired and costly in food matter.

This hotel is definitely one of my favorites when staying in the Sabana park, national stadium area. Super modern. Clean, safe, 24 hour food, valet service, and security. And casino. Rooms have a nice mini bar, comfy big beds all the amenities you need. Free toiletries in their nice bathroom with bath tub. Something not common in most hotels in Costa Rica. (usually only stand up showers.

The hotel was OK however our hotel rooms could not be opened at First. It took 15 minutes. Until someone came and we were tired of the long journey. After the one was passed for the 2nd time the door was open but you could not close it anymore. Would be very cumbersome and for the price, which we paid not OK.

Weak The rooms on 16:00h are not ready yet. Service staff needs Shoes.

Excellent place, on one hand the hotel has a very good service a toilet that gives taste and the rooms very well. The casino on the other hand is a pleasant place to have a good time.

Excellent value! Entire staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a blessing to chat with the beautiful young lady that made me a drink at the bar.

Good service, clean rooms and the prices for dinner are OK, lying between 8 and 17 dollars. If you want to exchange money, you can do it at the hotel's casino. The course is as common as usual.

The hotel is located approximately 5 ideas from the center, of Paseo Colón Avenue. Near the Parque Sabana Norte where the stadium is located. The rooms are spacious and the place is in good condition. It is suggested to replace the sheets with new ones as some have stains despite being clean. The cuisine is gourmet, its dishes prepared with exclusive dedication.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. It offers everything the business traveller or tourist needs. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. A pretty fast, free wireless LAN is pleasant. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant. From the hotel it is not far to a sprawling park. Also, it has a convenient location to quickly reach the airport.

Good hotel. 2 different experiences. The first impeccable. No problem. The second was different. Arriving in the afternoon the rooms were not ready. They were repairing the bathroom. When we came back was the room dirty and above all the bathroom, which had not been reviewed, plus the arrangement was not adequate and did not work properly. It is a comfortable hotel with good facilities. Too bad they don't take care of all the details. The staff is very attentive and okay. They're very kind. Very good breakfast.

Pretty Dirty 3 star Hotel.

A quiet nice hotel near the park la sabana with a parking. It has a nice pool and gym, and the rooms are pretty nice too. The breakfeast is good.

In a word, depressing. This hotel describes itself as boutique, well its not that at all. Room was small and clean, however very basic. The bed was comfy but there was constant noise throughout the night from the street as well as humming of machinery and a noisy air con. The restaurant is primitive, and the food ok. Was slightly worried about the hygiene as my serviette was wrinkled and stained. When I made an issue of it, it was explained that it hadn't been changed since last night! Food was ok, but the wine was awful. Staff were generally good, some friendlier than others. Location of the hotel is not great. About a 40 minute walk from the central market. Didn't feel that safe at night waking around. Was told it was fine, but when I left was then told not to take anything apart from a little bit of cash. There was nothing nearby anyway. I would not stay here again, and beware this is a casino too, so can be noisy.

Check when booking that your room does not give side Casino… If you want to sleep.

Great casino, offer currency exchange, very friendly, great big tasty breakfast (I loved the gallo pinto: rice + black beens), concierge was very friendly and helpfull. For lunch we ordered ceviche (seafood cooked in lemon juice). Besy ceviche I had in a long time. 5 stars.

It is quite and cozy. Great customer service. Though we are vegeterians but breakfast menu has many veg variety also for us which they specially informed us.

This place was the perfect spot flying into San Jose. It has a Casio attached that we didn't check out. The rooms were nice and the staff was great Javier the concierge had great suggestions for activities and he will gladly set you up. Pablo worked the front counter and took great care of us. Jennifer, the bartender served ultra cold beer with a smile. We will be back!

Would I me to explain that use the sidewalk public as if it were your parking like? You forget that there are disabled people we use to use the sidewalk? They do not know the law? As fate know it I recommend you to buy it in a bookstore or to consult a lawyer. Insult and abuse for passersby with photographic evidence and videos it should see the authorities and the news media.

Hotel nada espectacular, habitaciones regulares, comida poco especial. Hay muchas opciones para alojarse en San José, este hotel de es una buena opción. El hotel no cuenta con parqueo por lo que hay que dejar el vehículo abandonado en la calle, cual si fuera un lugar europeo. Tal vez era mejor cuando pertenecía a Barceló.

Not a great hotel, the rooms are nothing special and so is the food. There are plenty of better options in San José. Including the Garden Inn which is very near of this location. The hotel does not have any parking, the car must be left on the street like if it was an european place. Maybe it was better when it belonged to the Barceló chain.

Great hotel. To part we had a reservation all the rooms were occupied and gave us a suite.

The food is very good, the menu is varied. The casado is excellent with steak, chicken, or fish, has variety of slot machines and on the second floor there are tables of pai gow, rummy, black jack, etc.

We have been in this Hotel twice during a visit to the country.
I want to highlight the friendliness of staff, especially Mr. José Muioru organized us trip and routes throughout the country. We are confident in the and was a real success.
