➜ I'm sorry to have recommended a "hotel" like yours, where they're not serious when they say "we make the reservation until Friday at 3 pm, but not after three", one arrives even before 2 and you tell him you didn't make any reservations, when they are not serious with their prices because they changed the rate of what I was going to be charged 3 times, when they are not kind to their customers, let alone (how could I think of such barbarity) to have human sense about treatment, what a shame it is to bring tourists to such an unrepresentative place how cute and enjoyable Costa Rica is… I hope that no other tourist should be treated so badly by the owner of a place here in Costa Rica (and I emphasize that he owns and not at all the employees, who were by the way as friendly as they could)
Finally, we left the hotel and they weren't even decent enough, nor formal enough to receive our keys, but they left a recording that said we left it there at a table and left.
in conclusion it's been the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
