We loved the customer service of all its people, the delicious and varied breakfast. Comfortable facilities, room, bathroom, air conditioning pool and breakfast area. Overall all excellent and the location is wonderful there are many food options around. No doubt you pay what they offer and by far … 100% recommended… we stayed 3 nights.

Everything very nice just improve the cleanliness of the rooms because we arrived and there were hairs of other people in the bathroom.

Very nice place, very good customer service, helpful and humble.
What I do not recommend at all is the breakfast, they give very little and the taste nothing pleasant!

A super nice place to be, beautiful rooms, good cleanliness beds. Great breakfast.
The pool is a delight and the staff with all the kindness.
In addition to the convenience of the location by being in the center of Quepos, all close without the need for a car.
In conclusion we loved the Pura Vida stay.

Lousy customer service nor desire to go give how you treat one when we call do not go to this place.

We didn't recommend this place at all, at the time of room cleaning which we were not even told were going to arrive, we were robbed of twenty thousand colones like that, I don't know what kind of people work there, you're supposed to feel a reliable and safe environment and it was the least we felt, and apart from this we were charged more in the room price and when we claimed we were not reimbursed, we were robbed everywhere.

Very nice and clean place, super rich breakfast! Very friendly staff.

The lady who attended us super rude, haughty and rude.
She wanted us to sleep on the street for not carrying the printed coupons she had a printer and we had the coupons in the mail.
The following days she continued to attend us super arrogant and in a bad way even if we had already given her everything printed.
Breakfast on the second day had a hair
And the air conditioning was almost useless and the white sheets stained blue.

It's a shame to see the money being stolen from the reservations, The Manager is a spoiled one who has nothing of manners. Yesterday I had to cancel my Booking for health reasons and the surprise was that my bank account was scammed or stolen about $52. I do not understand how they are so imumanos and are apbes of the situation since in advance I cancel my reservation and I am sure that they have already rented it… they take advantage of local tourism to rob you… The official is very disrespectful and even hangs calls… I'm going to take care of never recommending this place that SERENO doesn't even have the name… Pesimo Service… Roy Peñaranda thank you.

We stayed for 5 nights at Serenity Boutique Hotel in Quepos and enjoyed our stay very much.
The staff was very friendly and were very helpful, when we had questions about tours, transfer, next supermarket … :) The room was spacious, clean and well equipped: Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom, Hot Water, AC, Cupboard — > Basically all you can ask for :)
A nice bonus was definitly the pool, which had a perfect temperature to refresh ourselves in the hot climate of Quepos! … Also breakfast was included in the price: We got Gallo Pinto every morning, together with fresh fruits, coffee, juice and cerals.
Fresh Fruits & Coffee were available during the whole day for free, which was great! The location of Serenity is very good, since there is a small supermarket, a bakery and a shop selling pizza slices just on the opposite side of the corner.
One block away you will find the sea with a promenade, where there is a market from time to time. The bus station and center of town with a lot of restaurants and shops is just two minutes of walking away. If you want to visit Manuel Antonio Nationalpark, just go to the very close bus station, grab the bus for around 1 USD and 20-30 minutes later you will be there. :) We had a very pleasant stay and would like to recommend this accomodation to anyone planing to travel to the Manuel Antonio region.

First, very good customer service staff very attentive and polite everything fast and well done, the hotel very nice and very clean, the breakfast very rich and good quantity, it is central and easy access to the beaches! Highly recommended! Would come back many more times!
