Terrible customer service we call to book and the receptionist is asked for the data to cancel 50% and it remains to send they do not send anything one asks them about the rooms they do not know or what they 😡 answer.

Clean, excellent care and location all very close and accessible.

Very nice. Full of vegetation. Very clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very familiar.

We were there on the weekend, the place is very nice and quiet, besides at a good price, the rooms are large and are very well clean which is the most important thing, I would definitely recommend it and we will go again.

A SUPER PLACE, wonderful atmosphere, and stands out the toilet for both the rooms and the swimming pool, in addition to the low price! The customer service Diego in particular is flawless, there are definitely people q were Born to that. The surroundings are beautiful (the area of the Lighthouse), Ferry nearby and easily accessible places (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, bar, restaurants, bicycle rental. All)

Beautiful landscape, very quiet and super recomendadado; clean, comfortable rooms and excellent to get out of the routine and rest.

The receptionist very friendly, the parking inside, the great location to take the ferry and the pool in front of the room (we had asked for one nearby and they gave it to us). They don't do restaurant service, which is not a problem because around the corner there is an excellent restaurant. But the lack of breakfast we have heard (the starlet in less is only for this reason).

It's a family place. Neat. Economic.

The best is your pool although you need a pintadita. The location is excellent.

Too bad that they are with a stay of 3 nights minimum, but you can't book. We have gone several times on other occasions and like it very much but it is special date and of course those are the rules.

An excellent location…

Excellent place: large rooms with A/C and television cable. In addition to large bathrooms and hot showers for those who always use even on the beach. Very clean place with good pool. The annoying but acceptable: they don't have restaurant included but you can order Srrvicio Express from a few menus from several restaurants nearby.

I loved Hotel La Punta. Diego and Liza (not sure I've got the spelling right on that) were wonderful. They both said they spoke "a little English" but their English was perfect! They had great recommendations for where to eat. The room was clean, bug free, and the air conditioning kept me nice and cool!

The roof leaked, the water cascaded down the walls and puddled up on the floor and there weren't enough towels to clean it up. When I went for help, the man at the front desk wouldn't stop wiping down the counter to look at me and finally told me that I'd have to wait till he could phone his manager. A half hour later, he came to tell us we could move to the room below ours. That one leaked too. We canceled our second night.

Great people working there! The owners were fun to talk to and have done an really good job keeping it clean and pleasant.

The best hotel in the tip of Puntarenas, the best service and attention besides the price. All very close, accessible, the beach is less than 200 MTS AC, parking, Wi-Fi, large swimming pool, living room, spacious and comfortable rooms and clean. Definitely a place to enjoy with family and relax.

Lousy attention from the guy at the front desk! On the day of the reservation, I called asking if they had double rooms, quadruple or as was the service of lodging, in a spoiled way I asked how many we are, to answer 5 people, very reluctantly to offer me 2 or 3 rooms … it sends me to some cabins that I do not remember the name.
A lot of interest has the owners of the premises where customers are hosted, sending them to other places of the competition, instead of providing a friendly treatment or offering more rooms.
Never again!

It is an excellent place to share, very reserved, quiet, definitely a place to rest.

We have stayed a number of nights at hotel La Punta. The rooms are clean and roomy with hot showers. There is TV with English and Spanish programs. The pool is well kept and inviting. One block toward the beach there is a number of places to set outside and have a cold drink or very good meal. New piers have been built and offer a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The New owners have done a great job of remodeling the property. There is also security parking on the hotel grounds. We like to go during the week as the rates are very good and we have most of the town to ourselves. There is no bar in the hotel but beer and soft drinks can be bought in the lobby. A taxi ride uptown will run you about a dollar.
