We stayed at the end of July, we were staying in the room Everything was very clean and in good condition except for a coffee maker and a curtain (minimum things that are nothing compared to everything else) all the utensils and amenities.
If you are looking to cook on your own, there are supermarkets less than 10 minutes away by vehicle.
In the common areas everyone sheltered the distance and there was no noise of any kind, it is quite quiet. The other guests were quiet, they maintained a respectful atmosphere.
The pool is medium sized (semi-covered) and there was no problem with the space since the place was at 50% of its capacity.
The restaurant next door (Vida Hermosa) has good service, sells cocktails at ₡3900 and typical breakfast at ₡3100, they give you to take it without any problem entering either by the main entrance or by the beach (just steps from where you sunbathe at Surf Inn).
The beach clean, all very relaxed, you just have to take into account that you should be careful as the sand is very "loose" and there is quite a swell (the lifeguard was attentive to tourists).
The help and attention Christina gave us by msjs, the letter and the response to our questions was excellent. We had some setbacks due to restrictions, however she always had patience and helped us a lot with booking/date options.
Marisol helped us in check in/ check out. She is a super helpful, empatic and friendly woman, she was always attentive to our needs and to give us recommendations according to our needs.
