I had a local book is some rooms for a 22 person team. If you are a local, it might be okay. But for an American it's a little better than a hostel. Manager is super nice. Cooks and restaurant owner is super! Now the rest of the story… Beds have only sheets. And are super hard. Shower is a joke. Extra Hot and cold water fluctuates from one extreme to another. Some of the bathrooms have broken glass panes. We had to stuff dirty clothes in them to keep the mosquitoes from conning in. Only the main front building has hot water. Back rooms do not. The room a/c. Some rooms work well and others don't. Now the night life… You don't have to go to the clubs to hear the music. It bangs and booms till 1, 2or3am You will need ear plugs to get any sleep. The pool. Not very large or deep. But I would not have my family swim in it. It looked dirty a the beginning like the filter was not working. Then by the third day it was dark green. Now on the fifth day it's no color but the water is no clear like filter is not working… A strong smell of chlorine. Now, the sex traffic in the area. After dark, They start renting the back rooms out to the Ladies and guys needing a room. 5-5:30am the trash truck comes in. This is NOT a place to bring a family.

Great value for the money. Super friendly staff and clean, comfortable, pleasant atmosphere! I’d stay here again!

Very nice place, simple but cozy with the advantage of having rooms for 5 people.

The worst experience I have ever had, bad service, misleading advertising when we called to inquire we were told that the room included: cable TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioning and breakfast included… When we enter the room and SURPRISE… The refrigerator wouldn't close, the TV cable at the imagination of them because nothing could be seen, and when we started looking for the bathroom, we noticed that he is located outside of the room completely to the… in free air in the rear, without light in the bathroom and NO WATER! After several complaints we indicate that we are going to change of room and that we are going to send it to repair the TV cable and see the subject of water, but we had to wait for q to vacate another room, after much waiting we indicate that we already fixed the water issue and that there are no more rooms available that we have to stay in that. And to close with golden clasp being in our room the lord that came to repair the TV cable, I had every intention of entering the room without touching and without having the permission to do so, passing over our privacy, I wonder, so it will be when guests are not in their rooms? Enter without permission? It leaves a lot to say… there is no safety or peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure… The breakfast is a complete joke, the receptionist very badly scratched and with zero customer service, I have been in hotels bad, but like this none! There, never more!

The rooms for two people the price should be more accessible due to the noise from the bars nearby, the air conditioning was not in good working order, the room gave it almost 2 pm and it was supposed to be at 1 pm, the breakfast was good.

Reasonable price, acceptable place.

Downtown clean close to restaurants pharmacies cafes and beach.

The cabin we went to had no TV or refrigerator, the A/C failed one night, we talked to the manager and we didn't solve anything.

Very centrally located Hotel with good security for the visitors, excellent service.

A nice place wonderful pool beach access, ac works great Wi-Fi could be stronger and bed could be more comfy but still slept nice and nice staff.

Close to the Sea good service excellent Zabamar.

The hotel is nice and neat, the pool is fine too, has access to the beach, maybe the only little would be the noise in the night which is half annoying but from there on super!

I want to start off by saying this is my first bad review. I'f I could give negative stars I would. Where do I start, the rodent feces on the and around the dirty blood stained matress and cover, the smell of sewage from the backed up pipes/shower, broken no lights in the bathroom, no mirror, bed dirty not made, dirty nasty room, big hole in the wall in the room, barb wire in bathroom, broken tiles that almost landed on my foot, no hot water, very unsafe hotel and very, very, filthy. I checked in was tired from traveling but got felt sick by the rancid room that I checked out 2 hours later after vomiting. I showed an employee the room and his exact words were, " what did you expect for $50". I was charged 160 for two nights and the manager does not want to reimburse a cent or work with me at all even though I did not stay. This place is a dump, not safe, and a rip off. I got a very nice room down the street for 65.

Its clean and cozy and very close to jaco beach! employees are friendly and didnt really have any issues! not the fanciest by far but cheap and convenient! would def stay here again!

Standard service, no frills:

Great location, tons of things to do around it. Great staff. Private access to beach with shower. Been there multiple times and have plenty of great memories.

All good, cabins are very good and service good BUT BEHIND HOTEL THERE is A DISC THAT EVERY DAY FROM 10 Pm until 4 am makes a scandal that will not let you sleep if you go to this hotel purchase earplugs pprque not sleep.
