I've never seen an employee in 2 years cleaning up the beach area where the guest leave trash instead they consistently move the blue trash bin from the public area to. Their sidewalk. Please buy your own bins and leave the blue ones for public to keep. The beach cleaner.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever booked through Expedia. The room looks exactly the same as the pictures. It is a very large room with more than adequate air conditioning and amenities for the 5 people in our party. The full kitchen really helped us budget our money. The only complaint I have is that we were contacted 2 days later by email saying we had damaged one white towel and lost 3 beach towels. This was absolutely not true. The property management office tried to charge me $120 USD for these items until I threatened to call my credit card company and name that transaction fraudulent. At that point they dropped the issue and never charged me. The experience at the hotel was was amazing while I was there but I felt like we were being taken advantage of when we left. Overall a very good place to stay.

Love everything about our experience here. The views from our unit was perfect. Parking lot was a plus and felt safe with the 24hr gate guard.

It is a wonderful thing to spend a weekend, is a paradise and I hope I am more aya of the sea waters.

I can't say enough good things about this place… 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, very roomy, has a pool table, a nice complete kitchen and a balcony that almost wraps around the whole place giving you maximum amount of that beautiful view of the ocean and the street side. It's right on the water. Also has a very nice swimming pool!

Downtown beachfront luxury condos. One of the few places that has big 4 bedroom rentals for large families or groups. All the commercial and entertainment amenities of Jaco are within a few minutes walk. Ocean-facing condos on the higher floors offer a panoramic view of Jaco Beach, which carves a 4 km (2 1/2 mile) long arc between the S and N points; and views of the Nicoya Peninsula to the W.

Stayed a full month in unit 301N. Spent our first two days fixing the screens, improving the glide of all the sliding doors, washing the outdoor chair pads, repairing the cheap BBQ (watch out for the handle, it will burn your hand), washing the floors and scrubbing the many, many scuff marks off the walls. "Gourmet equipped" kitchen was not but the owner did finally bring some very necessary tools by the end of our first week. For this price you should expect and receive top notch everything. Great views and super location very close to downtown and on the beach. Excellent service from the concierge.
